Stopped in mid day Saturday to catch some of the bowl games. They have a GREAT out door area with tv every where, inside and out. The good news stops there. Took the waitress a good 5 minutes to greet my table after passing by several times. I ordered an appetizer and an entree in that order specifically saying I will start with...food took way too long for a sandwich and the app came when I was 1/2 way through my entree. Apology what is that....all I got was I thought you wanted that app to which I said yes as an app too late now....she said oh yeah still no apology. Great new find! Food was exceptional, service was as well. Place was packed and food a little slow to come out, but it was well worth the wait. Had the fried jalapenos - batter was spot on, not gummy like you can find sometimes. The chicken sandwich was delicious and perfectly paired w the tomato bisque, which was as good as I've ever had. Onion rings were amazing. Drinks were awesome. Had a few rounds of bloody Mary's (perfectly spicy, but could have used garnish) as well as one of the Mason jar drinks and it was quite good. A friend and I ate here on 2/16/2020. They were quite busy, but our waitress (Donnie) greeted us quickly and got our drinks and appetizer (Southwest Egg Rolls)underway. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Melt and my friend ordered the Monte Cristo with street corn. My sandwich was soggy from the copious amount of butter it was soaked in, the fries looked like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp overnight and were equally as soggy as the butter drenched sandwich. In addition, the sandwich had items on the plate that the menu clearly stated came with a totally different sandwich. The street corn was less than appetizing. The kitchen has a VERY long way to go before I would go back. Masks are apparently not required here. Manager stood right behind my table without a mask over his nose and talked to several people who were not wearing masks only a couple feet from my table. I liked the atmosphere, but I had bad service... barely saw my server... she was playing the shuffleboard game with other servers. I had to ask someone for a napkin, then had to ask for a silverware. Boomer Jacks has only been open for about 10 days now if my memory serves me right. I decided to give it a try Thursday. I met up with a buddy in the early afternoon, and sat at the bar - my go to spot. We were quickly recognized, and in less than 3 minutes we both had drinks in our hands! Justin the bartender was very engaging, and had a great sense of humor. Not one time did our drinks go dry before he was asking if we wanted another drink. When asked on personal food recommendations he pointed out 3 or 4, and I chose the Texan Melt. All I can say is "SPOT ON". Between the killer drink specials, and the food quality and price - not to mention the staff.. the place can't be beat. I have yet to find an establishment in the area that has better drink specials... EVERYDAY! Keep it up Boomer Jack's and watch the competition shake in their boots. read more

Place is rocking, busy , lots of TV's and great ambience. Menu looks good but actual food sorta resembles the menu. Wife's egg roll appetizers came out cold, my food came out on the cold side too. Beer felt like it was taken out of the box and served, not cold at all. Wife's SangriaRita looked it had been sitting at the bar awhile. Service was slow and that maybe down to the waitress as the people next to us got their drinks and food in no time. I have tried this location Stacy road two days in a row to see if the service would be better... it wasn't. Saturday 4/30/22 we went to this location and was given chicken wings which were frozen, then fried and they were old and not edible. We had to return them for something else. Went back today 5/1/22, and the outdoor server staff appears to not want to come take my order. I had ask three times like I did the prior day for a waitress. But other folks they appeared to know received service right away upon sitting down. This place appears to have sone staff that discriminates on who they feel they will serve and who they will not. This was my first time going to Boomerjacks, I actually had never heard of it before yesterday, and never plan on returning. The outside looked promising, the inside area looked like any sports bar where most of the food is fried with a side order of fries, how can you mess that up? While it did look busy, it wasn't packed or anything. We stayed there for hours and most of the time was spent waiting on food to come. Once it did I wished I could return it back to the kitchen and get out of there. I ordered the buffalo wrap with sweet potato fries, nothing was hot, (luke warm if you were lucky) fries were overcooked and soggy at the same time, there was two strands of blond HAIR garnished on my wrap. I visited BoomerJacks last night with two friends. The drinks were good and the mozzarella bites were delicious. They have great prices and nice music. The only thing that was not good was that our server kept pulling her mask down. Obviously, at this time during a Pandemic getting to go to restaurants is all we can do. It made me uncomfortable that she kept pulling down her mask. Also, even the management was walking around with out their masks covering the mouth and nose. When working here there is a no drinking policy at any concept operated under boomerjacks, which is fine. I recently separated from the company due to a new job and couldn't wait to partake in the drink specials I had been slinging for months. When I came in after work, I obviously sat with someone I had worked with. While she was in the middle of taking my food order after being served drinks, the gremlin of a manager Jim called her and another waitress from my table-in the middle of my order. When I asked what was so urgent that my order was interrupted I was quoted verbatim" because it is her, y'all need to get away from the table. If it was another customer fine, but her get away from the table" all of this while cussing at my former coworkers. am I not a paying customer? Because I worked here I no longer deserve good customer service? We were preached to about customer first during training and the first time I do come back to enjoy myself as a customer, I am treated rudely by a manger who quite frankly shouldn't have a job. I am a 24 years old woman and the manager Jason says he cannot serve me because my ID is questionable??? What kind of facility is this, you take my ID to get scanned for 15 minutes and then have your manager come tell me you can't serve me?? For what???? You saw it, scanned it, HANDED it back and said you cannot serve me??? I about got up and called the cops to have them come serve me and "check my id". I have never been in this situation before being that I am 24 lol. They turned my business down because they were too busy for me and used my ID as an excuse. Today we went and from the get it was bad. We walked in got dirty looks me and my girlfriend are both mixed race Latino/white and black/white. I got ID'd which is not a problem happily gave the waitress my state issued ID. She looked at my name looked at me and promptly stated quote on quote "my ID looks fake as f*** and that a manager would need to see it" after about 5 minutes she comes back tells me it won't be accepted because they can't confirm it being real or not?
