Be very careful going to this location. Went to this location in April. First of all, got the special on boneless wings. They weren't boneless wings, they were nuggets. The first order was mushy and we had to send them back. One of our drink orders got "lost". To top it off, the credit card used.. the number was stolen and someone tried to place TWO 1400.00 orders with Apple. The card is rarely used. When called on this, the manager didn't seem to care or offer any assistance or compensation for the inconvenience. I put a review on FB. Blair reached out to me and said she would compensate me. I have yet to receive anything and they won't return emails. To top it all off, the FB page has hidden their reviews now. I would bet money no one from BoomerJack's will get back with me to even try and rectify the situation. read more

Unfortunately, we have decided to never come back to Boomer Jacks. We have a group of 4-8 people that like to get together and watch games and Boomer Jack's should be the perfect place! Great patio, lot's of TVs, average food, and horrendous service! We have been there about 6-8 times and every time, a few in our group say that they don't want to go because of the service and they are always right! It's unbelievable that your server will never pick up an empty glass or plate off your table, they will just stack up until you leave. It will also take an average of 15-20 minutes for your server to return with anything you request. This place could be great with minimum effort, but they aren't making it so we are done. read more

I have a buddy that loves this place...he drinks draft beer and tequila shots which one can't mess up. If you want a cocktail or food I'd go somewhere else. It's too bad they can't get the food part of the restaurant experience right because they have a good sports bar atmosphere. The chicken wings are comically small. I have never seen a smaller chicken wing. The prep doesn't help out with the wings either. Sports bar TVs and atmosphere along with draft beers...great place. 4 visits now and the service has been the same. Normally I don't agree with leaving poor reviews based on a single service experience but this place is absolutely out of control.  This is specifically referring to the curbside pickup service where we have been treated poorly by FOUR different individuals now.  From no masks to practically throwing the food at the car. Every time we have ordered the food has been late. And every time we have ordered but 1, it has been too cold.  It's like they finish making our food and then it sits somewhere in the bag while they argue over who has to take it outside to the curbside spots.  The girls who work the curbside service are all incredibly rude. They try to dump the food at us and run as quickly as possible. And yes, before you ask, we always tip. Probably better than the average takeout person. So why the treatment?   This is disappointing because Boomers is close to us and they're pretty much the only place that makes decent potato skins. That's the only reason we have put up with this as long as we can. And when we get them cold, they reheat well in the air fryer when we get home. The only food I've had that I don't recommend was their Nashville chicken line. It's got way too much sugar in it, the flavor profile is wrong.  Most of the food is between a 3 and a 4 star.  Some items are better than others. But please step it up on the curbside service. The managers go out of their way to accommodate any TV requests you might have for a specific game you want to watch. Very impressive hospitality. Love BoomerJack's usually but tonight I ordered a "bowl" of soup and my husband ordered a cup. I'm pretty sure the cup and the bowl have the same volume. This is the shallowest bowl I've ever seen! I wanted to fill a cup with water and dump it in my bowl to see!! Just order the cup of soup I'm sure it the same! I'd be more disappointed about how small the bowl was if the loaded baked potato soup was good. read more

I went to Boomerjacks's the other day and tried their wage burger which was just okay. I enjoyed the sporty atmosphere around this time of the year with plenty of basketball and football games to enjoy. There is also a 360 bar which is perfect for getting drinks. They had a good deal on beer and I was able to get drafts for 3$ each. The bill ended ended up being cheap! I would visit again. If not for the food then likely for the environment. read more

Came here for NFL Sunday and a good time but left extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. Wings were absolutely terrible and overcooked. Took my server to long to get back to my table along with bringing things that I needed. If you are a wing guy like me I'd recommend leaving these wings in the kitchen with them. The atmosphere is loud between the tbs that lined the walls of this bar and grill and children screaming. Definitely an atmosphere that assaults the senses. The food was good and service attentive. I was there this past Monday night watching football eating and drinking at the bar and I felt something bite my finger and I looked down and it's a huge rat on my lap. I was hysterical!! I was screaming and the staff acted like it was no big deal. The customer next to me said he saw the rat jump from the ceiling TV and run across the bar. It took a manager over 20 minutes to come and see what was wrong. She never even apologized and didn't seem concerned. I filled out an incident report and I had to go to the ER which I was prescribed Antibiotics from the rat bite on my finger. I would never go there again! I am still traumatized! read more

This place has a great location, but it's never really busy like the other sports bars in the area and now I know why. The service was decent, but the food was quite possibly the worst food I have had in years at a restaurant! I went the night of December 30th and we had wings with a side of veggies and onion rings. We asked if the wings could be finished on the grill, and they said no. The wings were soggy. The onion rings were so bland and soggy we sent them back. The veggies I dare to describe to you what they tasted like. They need to take their recipes back to the drawing board and the cook needs to get a new profession. I didn't want to pay for such terrible food but I'm not a bad person, so I didn't fuss and left a good tip. Seriously though, get that person the heck out of the kitchen! read more
