We had a Huge family day work outing. It wasn't cheap by any means but for what you get it was definitely the best deal for n our area. The food was great and more plentiful than we could have imagined. The staff were outstanding from the planning phase through completion of the party. Tons of fun. The bar was very reasonable and the drinks were fine.

Boomers is like a Craigs Cruisers where there are multiple activities under one roof. In Boomers' case, there's an arcade, bumper cars, laser tag, bumper boats, and a mini golf course. For almost $100, my family of four did mini golf and $60 of arcade credit. The mini golf was not bad. It's in better shape than other courses. If you like a more difficult course, do the red one. The arcade is hit or miss. Some games didn't work. Like all arcades, most games are a rip off and the prizes cheap, but our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it!

As an adult who would like to have some drinks while the kids run around I regret coming to boomers. My review is mostly for the bar. I ordered a blue moon it came n a plastic cup and was not cold. I received the bill for the one right away and I should have asked before assuming the price 11.22 for a very depressing drink. Not one person was sitting at the bar this should have been the red flag and I should have known. If there goal is to sell the least amount of beer they are succeeding. I ordered the one and left.

Boomers in Boca is a great spot to keep teenagers entertained for an afternoon. The arcade is packed with fun games, and the outdoor activities like go-karts. Buying one of the ticket packages is definitely the best value. Food was pricey for what it is but we had a great time and will definitely be back!

All in one stop shop for family fun. I would recommend the unlimited attraction passes because it comes with arcade credits and a single attraction can run you $17. The staff was courteous and helped out when machines were malfunctioning. Go karts, mini golf, bumper boats, and the arcade, we had a blast The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because it is EXPENSIVE, a regular pizza is $32, a ICEE is $8, "deal" of 4 fountain beverages was $50. It's really not about affordability, it's about what makes sense and the food and drink prices just don't make sense.

My S.O and I had fun here. It was pretty crowded though, the go-karts ran on gasoline instead of electric. The whole place was really dirty.

Overpriced and way to busy. I don't ever expect going back to many options for entertainment.

I had made a list of things/activities for us to do while she was here and I put Xtreme Action Park on the list. Honestly, I did not think anyone would want to go. But, we woke up one day and decided to just hop over there because it wasn't far from our house. It was around noon on a Wednesday and we almost had the place all to ourselves! When we walked in, we were astonished at how huge this place was! It has indoor go kart racing and I'm not talking the slow, kiddie ones either! These go karts went very fast and it was a very large and curvy track. They also had a huge skating rink, an entire 18 hole, miniature golf room, a huge trampoline room, an obstacle course that hung from the ceiling, virtual reality games and experiences, a ton of standard arcade games as well as a restaurant and bar. (they had so much that I'm probably forgetting something important!) We had the time of our lives! We killed zombies and road motorcycles and battled pirates, laughing, screaming, and yelling the entire time like three little kids. We stopped for a while and went to the bar and ordered nachos and Mojitos. The nachos were delicious (they were actually the best nachos I ever had! ) and they made a special Mojito that was also very good. After we ate and had a couple of drinks, we went back to playing arcade games. Before we got a chance to even do anything else we realized we had been there for five hours! By the time we left, it was getting very busy and we were exhausted but on top of the world. We had so much fun running around that place, each of us addicted to a different arcade game. We left with credits still on our cards so I am going back soon. Regardless of how old you are, put this on your list of things you want to check out because I promise, you won't regret it.

We had planned on going there for games afterward anyway. I didn't play any of the games, but I must say we were VERY impressed with the reception staff, wait staff, and food. They were kind do us and very attentive. There was a lot more on the menu than I had originally thought. I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap with the Jersey fries, and they were both very yummy. The thin-crust pizzas had a great crunch, spicy marinara, good cheese, and a nice char if you like that sort of thing. The kids enjoyed the quesadillas and mozzarella sticks. My husband enjoyed the wings, though he would have liked more sauce. You DO need to pay to park, but that is to be expected in that high-traffic location in Delray. I was surprised it was only $4.75 for two hours. We would definitely return to Silverball if we're in the area and want to grab cocktails and good quality bar food.

If you have a weak stomach, eat after your experience. This place provides a video game experience of Mario Go Kart. The Kart's are electric & go about 14 mph, if you think that's not fast enough, my iPhone went flying out of my cart & I found it on the track. We went in a large group, and got to try out both the racing and the shooting game they offered. The actual race is so fun - you can buy a package to do two races that's around $25, but they offer group discounts and deals the more tickets you buy. I had a blast racing the go-karts, and it was even more fun because I beat my entire family much to their dismay. While the go-kart experience is fun, the entire experience of Battle Racing is pretty mediocre. The building itself is pretty run down, and the staff is not very welcoming or helpful. The place doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of other games to play while you wait your turn, and they also do not offer reservations and the experience is first come first served. I would imagine that creates a weird experience if you aren't the first ones to arrive like we were. There is only one bathroom for the entire space, so if the place is full you have to wait quite a bit. They also offer food and private party services, but seemed pretty unprepared for our private party which my cousin booked in advance with time details and food requests. I think this place could be really successful if they spruced the place up a bit, offered a bit more organization when it came to booking, and had a more welcoming team. There is definitely potential, but it missed the mark for our party this weekend. There is a free parking lot in the back of the building, as well as street parking. Overall, if you want to go-kart race here I would be prepared for an in-and-out experience as it's not a place you want to linger.

Wow! What an incredibly fun night! We had such a great experience at PopStroke…read more We arrived a little after 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday with a group of five adults and one child. The parking lot was packed, which is usually a good sign that you're in for a fun evening. One helpful tip for first-time visitors: when you arrive, the main entrance actually leads into the restaurant, Bar Tenders. If you're there to play mini golf, look to the left of the entrance for the golf check-in counter where you'll purchase your tickets. We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and everyone had a fantastic time. I have to admit, my husband and I were a little skeptical at first. We typically enjoy traditional mini golf courses with themed obstacles, so seeing mostly putting greens made us wonder if we'd enjoy it. We were pleasantly surprised! The courses are beautifully designed, well-landscaped, and much more fun than we expected. The property is well thought out, with TVs throughout the course (perfect for catching the World Cup matches), a central bar, benches scattered around the course, and even hooks for purses at many of the holes, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are two 18-hole courses, one easier and one more challenging. Your admission includes unlimited play on both courses for the day, which makes the price feel like a great value. We paid $30 per adult, with discounted pricing for children. They were also offering a summer special where, for $50, you receive unlimited play through the end of September. They also mentioned offering healthcare discounts, and I believe they may have military and teacher discounts as well, although I can't personally confirm those. Another feature I thought was really convenient was the QR codes located throughout the course. You can scan them to order drinks for delivery right to your location on the course. I'm not sure whether food can also be ordered this way, but it was a nice touch. Even though the venue was busy, it never felt overcrowded. The course kept people spread out well, so there wasn't much waiting between holes. Overall, we truly had a great time. Everyone in our group ended up purchasing the $50 summer pass because we enjoyed ourselves so much. We'll definitely be back again soon!

The "Stroke" in PopStroke Is for the Stroke You'll Have When You See the Price of Mini Golf…read more We recently visited PopStroke Delray Beach with our kids (all under 8), and while the facility is clean and well-run, the value just wasn't there for our family. The course itself is fine -- but pretty basic. It's nicely landscaped and in good shape, but there's nothing especially creative or over-the-top that makes it feel worth the premium pricing. For younger kids, 18 holes was more than enough. Ours only wanted to play one round, and after that they were done. The pricing structure seems geared more toward people who plan to stay for hours -- replaying rounds, hanging out, ordering food and drinks. If you maximize the "all day" aspect, maybe it starts to make sense. But for families with young kids who realistically will only make it through one round? One bright spot: free ice cream for kids on Tuesdays. Overall, it's a nice facility, but unless you're planning to really camp out and get multiple rounds in, the value just isn't there for families with younger children.
