NON GENUINE PARTS…read more Came here to get a new battery for two phones and when I checked the battery percentage it said "non genuine apple battery" which I've never seen. This is a problem because I will be reselling these phones. But the worker was telling me I just needed to "update the phone" which is a complete lie which i'm sure he was aware of and just wanted to get me to pay and leave. Then he ripped off the old screen protectors and tried to charge me $20 for two screen protectors BEFORE TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE EXTRA. I was not happy with the "non genuine apple part" alert and told him I wasn't happy and he proceeded to mislead and tell me i just needed to update the phone/showed me youtube videos from 5 years ago telling me "this happens all the time and is completely normal." I'm selling these phones and this will obviously lower the price and he tells me to just show the buyers the receipt lol. He even told me my battery was the original one and any other replacement battery would show that alert. Again, NOT TRUE AND A COMPLETE LIE because I've changed the battery before at another shop and this was not an issue then. After all this and raising a huge stink, the worker then tells me I'm judging him(?) by asking them to put the old batteries back. Wow. It was at this point where his coworker stepped in and started to handle the situation because his coworker clearly did not know what to do and just resorted to getting defensive. I had to tell him the only thing i'm judging is their quality of work which I'm not happy about because I'm paying for it. At this point I realized there's nothing I can do and they didn't want to help me or make things right so I decided to just get my things and never come back. In the end, THEY DID NOT WANT TO PUT BACK THE OLD BATTERIES, EVEN AFTER HIS COWORKER SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE. To top it off he offered me the old batteries AFTER I PAID. The absolute gall. Original price was $220 but the coworker then said just $150. Then the original rude worker started to charge me $164!!! Again, I had to say something and only then did his other coworker charge me $150. Absolutely NOT worth it. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WILL FOREVER TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not to mention the worker told me 30 minutes. Then after he said he was finished (after 35 minutes) I walked over and was standing there for 10 minutes while he was still working on the phone while eating laughing and talking on his phone.

I wish he would have introduced himself so I could thank him personally here. He was tall with longer hair. While waiting my turn I listened to this staff member helping an older man ahead of me and he was so kind and gentle explaining how the gentle gentleman could fix his issue and prevent future problems with his devices. I was fortunate to work with the same employee. He very quickly solved my issue, explained other benefits available with T-Mobile and answered all of my questions. In that case, I will be with and need to take these other customers." Those other customers arrived 2 customers after I got into this store! I turned the Wifi router and cancelled my T-Mobile mobile phone account because new city has no T-Mobile Wifi and week T-Mobile signal. *2 months after T-Mobile, and now with Spectrum cable and mobile. I am still being charged normal T-mobile bill AND the T-Mobile phone represeentation will not take my call because I do not have a T-mobile 6 to 15 digit customer code???? It turns out that girl at the Riverside CA "Customer Experience" store was blatantly disrespectful maybe because I am 66 yrs old. I will be spending all day today, my day off, to try to clean up the mess T-Mobile has caused only because I could no longer maintain a T-Moble service. I being charged close to $300 per month over last two months when I should not have been charged becuase accounts were closed.

We went to ATT and Eduardo and Angel were very kind, helpful and efficient! Eduardo contacted Riverside Plaza ATT and advocated for my dad as it was unnecessary of what they had told my dad. This is above and beyond that we did not expect. Eduardo asked Angel to fix my dads phone, Angel was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Eduardo and Angel are top tier customer support.

Do not trust the sales people, and be aware the company does not make it easy to contact them or resolve problems
