We have always purchased our boots and Uggs and Carthart here...this last pair of pricey boots didnt last 6 months and I dealt with Mfg who agreed they were under warranty but I made one last call to Boot Barn and I believe her name was Christina answered the phone and simply made our day and said bring them in and I told her they look bad but soles didnt hold up and she graciously gave us a new pair!!! I was shopping at the Boot Barn Today and got great help from Abraham, he was most helpful. HOWEVER, there was a young lady about 5foot 4inches tall, long black hair wearing a long sleeve wine color top, I was standing at the counter and saw several guys in the back talking and doing what ever, so I clowned and said hay need help, this young lady said to see Abraham out on the floor, to which I said you have two guys in the back that I can see chit chatting, she said they were doing something, to which I responded I could take a belt and go in there and get me one of those guys to come out to help me, then she sarcasticlly, made a remark about me not doing it, (I'm 68 years old) I jokingly said why not, then she kept running her mouth, I say this because she turned her back to me and walked away talking to me, that is running your mouth, I am hispanic, and I believe she appeared to be the same, this is demonstration of rudeness and disrupt. This place has some of the rudest staff I have EVER encountered! With the exception of Olga, she was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, I had to make a special order for boots for a wedding, I needed a size 9.5 WIDE. I couldnt stress enough on the wide part. I had almost 2.5 weeks to break them in and I even bought their "boot stretch" spray and we already had boot trees at home which were a waste. My boots came in and I wore them a shit ton at home to try and break them in, but within. 5 min of wearing them, my feet were 100% numb and I was in pain! The monday before the wedding, I took them in to have them stretched here and they told me they would be put in the stretcher later that day and it would take 24-48hrs, oh and no charge! Cool right? WRONG!!!! I called the next day, tuesday, to double check they were put in the stretcher because I needed them for the rehearsal dinner wednesday night. THEY WERENT EVEN PUT IN YET!!! I spoke to two different women and they were both so damn bitchy!!! The first one literally cut me off while trying to give my info and was like "mhm hold on a second" and put me on hold. Didnt get my namr yet or anything! The second chick was equally as bitchy when I told her I was just going to come get them and take them elsewhere. She said "Ok, well youre going to have to pay for it and im sure you didnt want to since you are rushing us" excuse me?!?!?! So I got my boots, took them to SHOE WIZ in cerritos right by the mall! They gentlemen there then told me THEY WERE NOT WIDE SIZED AT ALL AND THATS WHY I COULDNT STRETCH THEM OUT ON MY OWN!!!!! So Boot Barn sold me a boot that wasnt even my size that I needed and paid for and never said ANYTHING knowing I placed a special order for them!!!! THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE A DAMN SALE!!!!! So Shoe Wiz stretched them out OVER NIGHT RUSH ORDER for $15!!!!! THEY NOW FIT HOW THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO IF THEY WERE ORDERED PROPERLY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BOOT BARNS STRETCHING SERVICE!!!! I highly recommend that if you are a POC to stay away from this place. From the moment my boyfriend, my parents and I walked in, we started feeling uncomfortable. My boyfriend and dad were the only people who the employees decided to approach before they even got to the first rack and were also the only ones who were followed throughout the store. There were about 10 other people in there, but me, my dad & boyfriend were the only POC. My boyfriend bought a $90 jacket and my dad was about to buy a $120 jacket. My mom really wanted to purchase this dress for me that we both liked, it was $60 for a slip dress with a lace overlay. When she approached the counter with the dress in hand, the young lady behind the counter TOOK THE DRESS APART and was convinced that the slip itself was $60. I told them to go check all the other dresses on the rack, which all had the same exact slip under every dress in different colors. I had checked myself before taking it up there. Anyway, she had another male co-worker go and check the same dresses on the rack. He went and saw that they were all exactly the same then said "I'm going to go check our website" at that point I was done. I told them to forget it and I didn't want it anymore, but that they needed to educate themselves on their own product. He laughed and ignored the comment, but still continued to look on their website on his iPad right in front of us. I've worked in customer service nearly all of my life and have never EVER felt so profiled. If it were up to me, I would have returned everything that we had purchased. Regardless if these employees were intentionally racist or just uneducated, I felt that we were all profiled the moment we walked in. I'm embarrassed for this company. read more

They have great boots, some hats but most of all their sale rack has some cute western cut off sleeve blouses that could easily pass as vintage wear. Perfect for a spring/summer BBQ outfit and very original because you know in your circle of friends no one else is shopping at Boot Barn. Also, men there are some very attractive button up shirts, man pants/jeans and clothing at a decent price that will make a chick do a double take if you can rock these sort of items. read more

Bought a pair of Tony Lamas here some time ago & the guy was helpful. I know my boots so I didn't need anyone giving me full complete details on all boots I was looking at. But I give him credit for being a great salesman. My Lamas are still great. Yesterday I went in to look at another pair of boots I was interested in and never received a hello when I passed the register upon walking in. I've come here multiple times and bought stuff but the one thing I remember the most is the customer service and that you have to go find the people sitting behind the counter talking to each other instead of them out on the floor asking customer if they need help. I think this place has ok stuff but there are not a lot of places like this one so they don't really suffer not helping their customers better compared to other stores. It's been over a year since I've purchased Wolverine boots from this location, great boots but the insoles recently wore out. I went in on a Tuesday to Boot Barn and purchased insoles (xero gravity insoles) by Friday one of the insole was ripped from the heel. I called boot barn and they did allow me to come in and exchange for a new pair of insoles, I ended up paying the difference for a different brand of insoles from boot barn. I'm not too sure what the clerks name was but she made me feel really unwelcome, had a resting bitch face the entire time and was not welcoming at all. I believe her name was Rose, she had tattoos all over her arms. If you're reading this stay in the backroom and let others take care of the customers, if you don't like your job find a job that brings you joy you bitter ass bitch. Customer service ladies are more interested in gossip than helping customers. While talking to her about the boots we needed, she completely started talking to another employee about something else not even related. Just flat out left my husband talking to himself, then interrupted him telling him they couldn't order his size. So sad, this is the closest Boot Barn and it's a 30 minute drive. What a waste of time and gas. No wonder people would much rather order things online!!!! You would think they would be grateful they have a job and they should take care of it. Terrible experience ! I ordered a pair of western boots online for my daughter, and the web page clearly stated 3-5 days delivery, that was Dec. 15. It is now Dec 23rd and UPS tracking reports delivery on the 30th. When I called customer service they claimed the 3-5 days was from the manufacturers warehouse. They also claimed their website stated that these boots had to be ordered by Oct. for guaranteed Christmas delivery. IT DID NOT and still does not. I called their corporate headquarters and was disconnected. I would have ordered from the manufacturer directly had I known. Their online presence simply shows a great variety of boots which they do not stock. read more

I was finally greeted by an uninterested sales girl and when I asked about price matching she said that they price matched off of their website and did not offer any further help. I asked about a military discount and she said only one discount is offered so I asked why don't I just order from the website and she said go ahead.
