This was a nice spot with delicious food, great service, and an elevated vibe. First, the food was very good! We started with some chips & guacamole which was sooo good. Although it's a bit of a basic dish, the freshness and quality ingredients were definitely appreciated. I had the pescado zarandeado which was sooo good! The fish was properly-cooked and it paired well with the accompanying vegetables. The service was also a 10/10. The server checked to make sure everything was going well and that our water cups were full. The host was also wonderful and let us get a feel for the outdoor weather before seating us to ensure we were okay with the temperature. The outdoor seating was very nice. It was a bit of a hotter day but the seating is shaded and comfortable. The open shaded space is great for conversations, laughs, and good eats. Overall, great experience with great food!

Several work colleagues, my wife, and I dined here on a Sunday evening at 7pm. We were seated outside and despite the temps being in the 80s, we were comfortable. Our server was very attentive and helpful and quickly hooked us up with drinks. They had Atomic Duck IPA on draft which was popular for several of us. We started with chips and guacamole which was a hit. At the server's recommendation, several of us got Vampiro Shrimp tacos. My wife went with the Tuna Tiradito. We also got refried beans and rice sides for the table. The tacos were yummy. My wife enjoyed the lightness of her dish and flavors. It was also beautifully presented. Everything was fabulous with our meal.

This review is for their weekend brunch. Absolutely delicious! 10/10. We will be back. The benedict and the churro tots were the highlight of the meals. But honestly there were no bad dishes. The only thing to note is that water is the only liquid included. Any other beverages such as coffee, tea, soda, etc need to be paid in addition. We liked the outdoor seat, but even though it was covered, after a while it got hot. I guess no surprise for vegas in July. Our server was great and very attentive. The place is good for large groups as there was a table of 6 next to us having a blast. We cant wait to go back.

Im my own opinion this place is a little pricey for the portion size. But the food was excellent. The service was impeccable. We had a group of 13 with quite a few kids and we got sat immediately. Food came fast and fresh. They continuously kept clearing off table and makeing sure our drinks were good. Such a pleasant place to sit down and eat at. The chips and salsa might have honestly been my favorite part. The chips tasted homemade and it came with three different salsas.

We went on a weeknight during a busy conference visit with a large group of 15. We made reservations ahead and the staff was accommodating. What I had a taste for wasn't exactly on the menu but the server helped me put something together. I had a side of broccolini with a side of white rice and a side of chicken. It was exactly what I needed. Everything was delicious! We will be back!

Went here for brunch with 3 companions and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We got the brunch which is unlimited small plates. They also have unlimited drink options but we chose single cocktails- they were delicious. We were seated outside by the pool; it was a bit loud and the service just a tiny bit slow, but we felt like everything was perfect. We tried many small plates- all creative and delicious! Chilequiles, French toast, smoked salmon toasts , Eggs Benedict with beef , chia pudding, tamales, guacamole. We had a few different margaritas which were all delicious. They brought me a shot of pineapple infused tequila as we were celebrating my birthday! Would go back here in a heartbeat!

We came for the weekend brunch at Border Grill and did the unlimited small plates with bottomless mimosas.... definitely the way to go. The portions come out small, but that's kind of the point. It lets you try a bunch of different dishes without getting stuck with something you don't love. Honestly, everything we had was really good.... flavorful, fresh, and came out pretty quickly. The bottomless mimosas were solid and consistently refilled (no long waits, which matters). Service overall was friendly and attentive without being over the top, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. If you're expecting big, heavy plates, this might not be your thing, but if you're into trying a variety of dishes and making it more of an experience, it's a great brunch spot on the Strip.

We got seated really quickly and the service was great our waiter was very attentive and had a lot of great recommendations. The food was delicious and i was very impressed with the taquitos. I love when we get free chips and salsa it's always such a hit. We ordered a pitcher of margs and it was so worth it.

It's become a bit of a game day tradition for us to come to Border Grill for brunch before home Raiders games at nearby Allegiant Stadium. It's an easy walk and this is a terrific place to get full bellies and pregame! On weekends, Border Grill features a bottomless small plates brunch for around 50 bucks. It's an incredible deal with a good variety of dishes so you can sample lots of different things from the menu. Even better, you can add on all-you-can-drink Mimosas, Micheladas, or Bloody Marys for less than $40! To me, this is where the value lies. I do wish the brunch menu had more options, but note that you can also order off a limited lunch menu. Here's my pro tip #1: you can still get the bottomless cocktails deal if you order an entree! Score! I usually get the chicken quesadilla with black beans and rice and bottomless Mimosas. It's pricey but worth it (especially because the drinks keep flowing). The mimosas come with three different juices (usually orange, cranberry, and then a juice of the day). My favorite is when they have the blood orange or strawberry. The bubbles are in the form of a bottle of Italian prosecco that's a decent quality. It's not fancy, but it'll do. There is a two hour limit on the bottomless booze. Pro tip #2: ask for a to-go cup when you're ready to leave. You can pour in a mimosa and take it with you as you walk over to the stadium! The vibe is lively but relaxed, with indoor and outdoor seating. There are some patio tables overlook the pool area, which adds a fun, sunny touch if the weather is nice. The restaurant is casual, colorful, and energetic without being chaotic. The indoor dining area lacks character, but I do enjoy the small bar here. It's a pretty big space that occupies two stories. My favorite place to sit is on the covered outdoor deck area during the cooler fall months. I've also dined here for dinner, but the brunch is where the bargain is. Locals, they've recently discontinued the locals discount but they do have a new frequent diner program so make sure you ask to sign up. The points and freebies rack up quickly. You can also utilize and earn points across a variety of restaurants that are also run by Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger. Border Grill has good, chef-driven food, offers bottomless drinks, and provides a fun, festive atmosphere. If you're in Vegas on a Raiders game day, the brunch is a no-brainer for pregame eats.

Best AYCE brunch on the Strip. This is a buffet that is brought to you by- you order 3-4 small plates at a time and they are quickly delivered to your table. We loved that the meal wasn't broken up by jumping up and down for more food and also loved that we knew someone hadn't sneezed on the tongs as can happen in buffets. The food itself was great - a nice variety of savory and sweet. We especially loved the horchata french toast, the chicken and churro waffles (they have a kick!) and the campechana. They were also willing to remove meat from dishes as my spouse doesn't eat beef or pork. We didn't do the bottomless mimosas - but did have an espresso martini which was delicious.

Highly recommended to make a reservation if you want to eat here. We arrived at 1ish in the afternoon, two adults with a baby in a stroller...took a little for the young lady to find a spot for us. She eventually found a table that could accommodate us on the patio. Mind you, today is very windy and they also have the heaters above on, so it's a strange feeling sitting out here. It's very loud, but we're in Vegas so that's to be expected. We sat here for a while waiting for our server. We never got any water or chips like the other tables. Very disappointing that it took about 15 minutes until our server came to our table and asked if she could get us a drink. I ordered a white peach lemonade mocktail and it was a great refresher. We also asked for water and it took a good 5 minutes to get those. Also got the Guac of the Month, which was basically their typical guac with bacon and garlic, very good. It's pleasing to the eye as well, topped with kale (she can eat that) HA! We ordered tacos, spicy shrimp, fish, and carne asada. The plate comes with three tacos, beans and rice; you may either get all 3 of the same, or mix and match as we did for a few bucks more. Welp, the plate arrived and I was not impressed. Let's see if it taste great....and disappointed. I do. It recommend the fish taco, maybe it was an off day, but it was too fishy, like sardines. We did not enjoy that. The carne asada was okay, the meat was soft but there was no seasoning that made the meat flavorful. All you could taste was salsa topping on it. As for the spicy shrimp taco, that was great. Flavorful and tasty; a bit oily, but it was the best tasting taco out of all three that we ordered. I tried it, I most likely won't return. Try it and see if you have a better experience. Also, the server only came back once at the end of our meal.

    Seafood Enchiladas - no good
    Peter M.

I finally made it to the Border Grill at the Mandalay Bay. There were no appropriate signs to find this place, until the end. There's all this hype about the famous LA chefs who now have outposts over here. I came here for something different and started with the trio of salsas. That was good. The seafood enchilada seemed from a frozen bag then baked. More like taquitos. Tough and dry on the outside. Only nice optics. Yes, looks can be deceptive. The inside components were supposed to have crab, lobster and shrimp. Zero texture. Seafood flavor only. More of a mash. Did not see any of the components, except a small cut up piece of shrimp or two. It was also excessively salty, giving me further affirmation that what came to my table, was probably from a package. I asked Justin the server, whether it was freshly prepared ...he said it was prepared in the morning and then kept. All the facts did not add up. No fresh taste. The side of rice and black beans (does not come with it. You have to order it separately, for a cost) were okay. Anyone can make them. The way I see it, an experience at any restaurant needs to be holistic. The unfriendly hostess Michelle, sent me on two runarounds. One to a restroom really far away, when there was one close by from the inside of the restaurant. And then sent me in the opposite direction for a non existent Uber pick up location. The busboy Jose, was very rude and laughed at me, when I tried to change tables to avoid the sunlight glare (I take a photosensitive medication). Stephanie, the manager, on the other hand, was understanding and empathetic. Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger are highly regarded, established and lauded Chefs, that have a well deserved reputation. How come this did not translate to Las Vegas. The whole experience was nothing much to talk about.

I like this place more than I thought I would. Service was quick and friendly. The food was extraordinarily well prepared absolutely no issue with quality for the money. They could've been slightly larger portions, but it was fine. The margaritas could've been a tad better as could be Trace Leche cake. The caramel flan was pretty good all at all. I would say these guys exceeded my expectations.

We ordered a coffee, an OJ, a Cuban Benedict and the breakfast sandwich. The coffee came out very bitter and tasted almost burnt so I asked for a new pot. Still, the coffee was really dark. That's not their fault - I just like my coffee a bit on the medium side and not as strong as they had brewed. Both our dishes were really disappointing. Both dishes were just drenched in butter and I couldn't finish half of my plate. I honestly felt a little sick from the amount of butter in every bite. For the Benedict, I asked for Tabasco to try and cut the butter and oil, but they brought Frank's Red Hot instead. Honestly I should've just gotten a pastry at a puncheon Bakery and called it a day. I would recommend going to Grand Luxe instead.

Everything we tried was about the best version of that food that we've had. We started with the pan de cristal and jamón Ibérico. The tomato on the crusty, crispy bread was amazing. Just enough acidic zing. I would have eaten that pureed tomato with a spoon. Then we had to Cono de Atún. A perfect 1-2 bites. The crispy cone was perfectly salty. Not pictured, because we started to eat it immediately, is the asparagus with romesco sauce and the grilled octopus. Both had a great char from the grill, both also perfectly tender. The asparagus was zingy and acidic with the romesco. The octopus was glorious. It was truly the best-prepared and best-flavored octopus I've ever had. Amazing.

Walked in completely unplanned, and we immediately felt so welcomed!…read more Our female bartender was incredibly patient with us as we couldn't decide what to order for food or drinks. After a little consultation , we ended up with the most amazing drinks and food! Margarita Ibérica was fantastic!! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much!

One of our party said they wanted room temperature water instead of iced, server said they don't normally have that, but he eventually brought some, never brought the hot tea we ordered though. Pretty good selection of vittles. Egg and carb heavy IMHO. We really wanted some fruit, but that never came around until we were almost ready to leave. Almost all the hot items were served almost lukewarm. Probably due to the fact we were at one end of the dining room and the servers came in from the other end and made their rounds. Selection was pretty good , but I was craving either bacon or sausage and I never saw any making its way to our table. It did seem that by the time the servers got to our table, their trays were pretty close to empty. So maybe mixing it up a bit and starting at different corners with each rotation? But the food was good, definitely brunchie . Standouts to me were the egg benedict's (two kinds) . And the yoghurt and fruit and the berry dish. Other diners at the table thought the mini burgers and the grits were good. (The grits were too creamy for me, but that is just a personal preference) Other diners liked the flatbreads and the ubi pancakes. They do have a bottomless beverage option as well, and our server happily had the bartender prepare a couple to go drinks before we left. Final opinion, still a good deal and alternative to the buffet, especially with respect to lines and wait times... We'll be back of course, still need to get my applewood bacon.

The atmosphere is incredible--the theme, décor, and colors perfectly reflect the restaurant's name and create such a fun, welcoming experience. We loved taking a trip down memory lane with the music and all of the nostalgic DJ-inspired touches. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch from beginning to end. What stood out most was the owner. She made it a point to ensure every guest was enjoying their experience. You could see her watching customers' expressions as they tasted their meals, looking for smiles and signs of satisfaction. It was obvious that she genuinely cares about her guests and has poured her heart into every detail of the restaurant. Her thoughtfulness was evident from the kitchen all the way to the table, and that personal touch meant so much. She made our celebration of 35 years of marriage even more memorable, and for that, we are truly grateful. We will definitely be back!

I was greeted by Sierra, and Blade and Jay took care of me throughout brunch, one handling drinks and the other food. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and attentive. The music was amazing and really added to the atmosphere. I also appreciated seeing the owner and chef right there in the restaurant, putting on vinyl, interacting with guests, and even helping bus tables. You could see the passion behind the concept in real time. I started with the fried deviled eggs, and they were easily a 10 out of 10. Such a good appetizer and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the pork chop with eggs and potatoes and added a side of grits. The grits were absolutely delicious. I learned that I am simply not much of a pork chop person, so while it was prepared well, I do wish the steak was still on the menu. The unexpected star of the table was my mom's chicken and rice soup. It tasted homemade, and the chicken had this wonderfully seasoned, almost grilled or smoked flavor. After trying hers, I honestly wished I had ordered it myself. The menu is not huge, but there is enough variety to find something to enjoy. Between the food, music, service, and overall atmosphere, Echo Taste and Sound was a great find away from the Strip and a brunch experience I would happily recommend.

If we could give ten stars, we would!…read more Our experience at The Bazaar by José Andrés was exceptional from beginning to end. We chose the Chef's Tasting Menu, and oh my goodness, the chef is extraordinary! Every dish featured an amazing combination of flavors, beautiful presentation, and a fascinating story shared by the staff. It was more than dinner; it was a complete culinary experience. Domingo, our waiter, was absolutely exceptional. He made us feel comfortable, kept us laughing, and helped make the entire evening unforgettable. We enjoyed everything, from the champagne and palate-cleansing sparkling wine to my surprise martini and the Negronis paired perfectly with the meats. The ahi tuna topped with the tiny egg was incredible, and the little seaweed taquitos filled with ahi tuna were another standout. Even the anchovy-stuffed olives were amazing, and I don't even like anchovies! My family didn't care for the olives (they did prefer the liquid olives), but only because they don't like olives. I thought they were extraordinary. Every course complemented the next, including the desserts. The atmosphere and beautiful interior of the restaurant made the experience even more special. We left with full stomachs and hearts that were equally fulfilled. Everything was truly exceptional. Five stars do not feel like enough, if we could give The Bazaar five additional stars, we absolutely would!

A Theatrical Masterpiece of Carnivorous Artistry: The Bazaar Experience…read moreThe Palazzo, Las Vegas, NV To categorize Bazaar Meat as a conventional steakhouse is to fundamentally misunderstand its profound contribution to modern gastronomy. Conceived not merely as a dining room, but as an avant-garde, multi-sensory celebration of the carnivorous arts, this establishment redefines upscale dining through theatrical gastronomy. The atmosphere is charged with a palpable, high-energy sophistication, where every culinary presentation is executed with the precision of a fine art performance. As a culinary critic accustomed to dissecting technical brilliance, I approached the legendary tasting menu and select marquee items with an acute eye for detail. The kitchen operates at the absolute apex of culinary science and heritage sourcing. The Architectural Prelude: Tapas & Avant-Garde Bites The culinary journey commenced with a breathtaking masterclass in molecular gastronomy, heritage ingredients, and playful presentation: * Bagel & Lox Cone: A tiny, impeccably crisp brick-dough cone packed with rich dill cream cheese and glistening salmon roe--a brilliant deconstruction of a classic morning ritual. * Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (Cinco Jotas, Jabugo, Andalucía, Spain | 1 oz: $45.00): The crown jewel of cured meats. Hand-cut with surgical precision from the famed acorn-fed, black-footed Spanish pig, the fat melted at body temperature, blanketing the palate in an unctuous, nutty, and profoundly complex umami. * Cotton Candy Foie Gras ($12.00): A whimsical yet technically rigorous triumph. The ethereal, spun-sugar sweetness of the cotton candy dissolves instantaneously, revealing the rich, velvety decadence of chilled foie gras hidden beneath. The Starters & Appetizers: Precision & Comfort * Croquetas de Pollo: Traditional Spanish chicken béchamel fritters that achieve the ultimate dichotomy--an ultra-crisp exterior giving way to a molten, velvety-smooth interior. * Caviar Cone (Ossetra Caviar, Horseradish Crème Fraîche, Gold Leaf | $22.00 per pc): A glittering study in indulgence where the saline pop of pristine Ossetra caviar is buoyed by the sharp, clarifying lift of horseradish crème fraîche inside a gold-leaf-accented cone. The Main Event & The Sides: Fire & Butter * The Bazaar Tasting Menu ($215.00): A comprehensive voyage through the imagination of the culinary team, anchoring a multi-tiered progression that redefines high-end dining. * Washugyu Ribeye: The absolute crown jewel of the Fire Stage kitchen. A premium American-wagyu bone-in blend, kissed by open flames and oak-wood smoke to yield an otherworldly, buttery crust and tender interior. * Buttered Potato Purée: An homage to the legendary Joël Robuchon recipe--infamously consisting of "butter, butter, more butter, and some potatoes"--yielding a silken masterpiece. The Sweet Finale * Assorted Spanish Flan and Milk Choclate banana: A sophisticated, sweet conclusion to an epicurean marathon. The Verdict Bazaar Meat is a temple of modern culinary excellence. By seamlessly fusing ancestral reverence for premier proteins with avant-garde technique, high-octane theatricality, and peerless execution, it delivers an experience that transcends dining and enters the realm of memory. For the discerning connoisseur seeking the absolute pinnacle of luxury and innovation in Las Vegas, this is an uncompromised destination. Five stars, without hesitation.
