The best donuts in town. I highly recommend their donut holes. They melt in your mouth. I thought I loved Krispy Kreme's until I tried Bosa. They have really good drinks too. I talked to them about ordering a large quantity of apple fritters and donuts and was told that as long as we order the day before, there's no issue with fulfilling this request. The first week went fine, the next time our request for 4 dozen apple fritters wasn't fulfilled...they provided only 1 dozen because 4 dozen was "too much work". Really? You said as long as you received the order in advance it wasn't an issue. Will be changing to someone who is willing to fulfill our request. Not a great way to treat a paying customer. read more

The first time I tried this place, I was pregnant and was craving snow cones. They were awful. I seemed to strike out every time I tried something from there until my husband got me a taro smoothie with boba, which got us into the habit of going to this place almost every day. I've tried the taro smoothie at other locations, but they are never as good as the ones I get from there. And that's really the only reason this place is getting one star from me. I'm very disappointed with the customer service, particularly when it comes to "Sofia" (or whatever her real name is). I am actually disgusted to put it plainly. Customers should be treated with utter respect and they should not be blamed if the person taking the order hears the (simple) order wrong. We always order the same thing when we go there: a small taro smoothie with boba. Not a complicated order right? Well, this Sofia person (the only person who seems to be hearing the order wrong) always ends up charging us for and giving us a large one. Every single time. No matter how many times we repeat ourselves. I don't know why she acts as such...it's like she's trying to upsell us...every time we order a small. Well, today was the last straw and I'll never put a foot at that location after the horrible way my Asian (very relevant here) husband and I were treated by her. After ordering the usual and telling her twice on the microphone that we wanted a small, she served us a large, which we expected. My husband tells her that he ordered a small and that the order was not correct. She takes the drink back and slams the window, which was very disrespectful to us. She comes back moments later with a small, her face is red at this point, and you can see that her smile is forced. And she throws this comment at my Asian husband (who's lived in the US for his entire life) I. A very sarcastic and disrespectful tone and manner: "I couldn't understand you because of your accent" as she reads his (Chinese) name out loud from his credit card. And then goes, "that's how you pronounce it right?" In a very arrogant tone. We couldn't believe how disrespectful she was because SHE misunderstood our order. I needn't add that my husband is from FL, and English is his primary language. She doesn't even give us a receipt nor has us sign one for the credit card. She tells us we needed to leave--after we've told her she was being disrespectful towards us and that we've been there a million times and no one misunderstands my husband's non-existent accent. And what does she say to us after we grab the drink from her? "I hope you'll enjoy it because I put something extra in there for you!" I had to go back inside and get a refund. I will never go back there. This woman should not be working there. Very detrimental to the business. Customers should feel welcomed and not getting refunds because "something extra" has been added to their order. Shame, shame on you read more

The customer service here is very rude, and they discriminate against people with medical conditions. As well, the donuts do not have the same exceptional quality as some of the other Bosa Donut shops, and so I am no longer going to give the Casa Grande shop my business (twice was enough). The Bosa's Donut shop in PHX/Chandler area is always great, donuts top-notch, customers are treated great, and the clerks do not discriminate against people with medical conditions. Usually I have great service at this location. But today the woman that was helping me must have been having a bad day. Not sure of her name but she is blonde and Caucasian. I came in with my baby, I said please for everything. After she gave me my receipt she rudely said "your welcome" and started shaking her head at me. She didn't even give me a chance to say thank you myself before getting pissed off at me. I'm sorry it took me more than a second because I had my baby with me and was trying to figure out where to go next because the indoor seating was closed, and I was waiting for my car to be done at breakmasters. Just a regular customer and it's about time to place a review. This place has always been great. I always order my Thai tea with boba. They never fail and always tastes good. I took a break going there only because it was getting expensive for me... lol! I'm glad I returned again because I missed out on new items on their menu. They now carry flavored tea with flavored poppers and jelly to add to your cold drinks. I have tried quite a few and they are good. I must say I keep going back to my thai tea but now instead of boba I add lychee poppers.....really good and refreshing. I tried their NEW iced coffee, the Sea Salt Iced Coffee. I actually like it for a change. Oh, you can't go wrong with their donut holes. Very popular to bring for coworkers, or potlucks. You just can't have one donut hole. The menus are a bit overwhelming. I asked for a minute to look over them and that was not well received. I felt like we were Inconveniencing the woman who asked multiple times what we are ordering. I wasn't in there longer than two minutes. She stated that she wanted to know if we'd be ordering donuts before she walked to the other side which was all of maybe 6 feet. I go here to get boba every weekend to reward myself for getting through the work week. their boba is fantastic and they really load up on the boba too, which I appreciate. their flavors are awesome, service is quick and polite. not to mention their boba is priced best in the valley, and a dozen donut holes if less than $2 ????? Oh my, these donuts are delicious here! I've been here a few times and they fail to disappoint. Last time I came here I wanted a bear claw, but they weren't going to be ready for 30-40 minutes. Walking into this place, I wasn't expecting much. The people that work there give us dirty looks and act like they wish we'd never come in. All of the signage and posters look like they were printed off of someone's home printer and microsoft word. Nothing looks professionally done and it gives the whole place a "low budget" vibe. However, the donuts really are amazing. Definitely the best in town without question. Too bad you have to deal with the creepy staff and "diy" feel of the place. I am a huge fan of regular glazed donuts. Especially Krispy Kreme! This place is very close to that taste. The staff was super nice and I even didn't the total in change and the girl behind the counter still gave me my coffee and donuts. This place isn't quite on the level of Lamars donuts if anyone is familiar with them but they more specialize in big speciality donuts.
