I don't know if it's just because it's 2026 but six dollars for a beginning and cheese and almost $15 for a drink and a bacon egg and cheese is crazy. I went today around 230pm to order a dozen of donuts and I was so disappointed in the quality of the donuts they were selling to customers was mind boggling . It looked like their chocolate glazed was made by a bunch of 5 year olds . It was messy and sloppy and this is what they expected us to pay $17.97 for . When I brought it up to the girl working in there she had an attitude and laughed about it as if it was funny that they were selling reject donuts to us for full price . I've never seen such sloppy donuts before and I buy from bosa all the time just not this location . I absolutely love the products here. Vietnamese iced coffee is done with justice here. The dozen donut holes is also a great a deal. The late night hours are super clutch. I love bosa donuts. But Please, for the love of your shop, upgrade your mic system. I should never have to yell or be yelled at for my order to be taken. It makes communication at the drive through so difficult. My order has been incorrectly placed multiple times placed due to the mic. It also makes it harder to add other products to the order. I went to drive thru and ordered a hot drink and a donut. The person ordering seemed very distracted and was doing some tasks that I can hear since she left her microphone on. After making my order and a long 40 second pause, she asked if that's all. I said yes. I get to window and she hands me a cold drink. I said sorry but, I ordered a hit drink, she still tried to give it to me and said they cant make it a hot one right now. (I believe this was a choice as they gsve no other reason to not being able to) I said no thank you, I would like a refund for the drink. I was given a refund for my entire order so, without going through the process of asking for my donut, I just thanks and lefts. Comment, get your act together and pay attention to your customer. I purchase 3 dozen donuts from Bosa every week in Mondays and Fridays for my coworklet's. I've been doing this for so long, all the women who work there know me and my order. (10+ years) I found out today from another customer that the employees don't receive my tips electronically when I pay. This is totally disturbing to me. I asked the ladies if this were true and one of them reluctantly replied that they only get cash tips. This means the only tips they ever received from me is the week before Christmas when I stop and get 10 $100 bills to give each one of them. I've know them for years, I've seen them bring family members into the business and watched some of their kids grow up. This is illegal and needs to stop right now. I will boycott this company and publish this everywhere I can, along with reporting them. please only tip with cash or nothing at all. The coffee here is genuinely delicious, BUT apparently ordering more than one flavor is treated like a crime. All I wanted was a simple caramel hazelnut coffee on my lunch break, but the woman taking my order made sure to repeatedly (and rudely) 'clarify' it four times, complete with a nasty look on her face. When I asked for a LARGE, she condescendingly corrected me that their sizes are 16oz and 24oz. I ended up switching to the 16oz just to avoid giving them more money, only to be overcharged. Here's the kicker, I paid more in person for a 16oz with two flavors than I regularly do for a 24oz with three flavors through doordash. Make that make sense. I work 12 hour shifts, and this was the first time I decided to stop in instead of ordering online. Honestly, I regret it. The coffee is great, but the customer service is shockingly rude, judgmental, and unwelcoming. Why treat paying customers with such hostility? This is the last time I'll be giving this company my money. This happened at their store on pinnacle peak. Staff could learn the drive thru menu. I give them the order number listed on the menu and they always ask "what is it?" They seem clueless as to what they offer at BoSa. I feel compelled to leave a negative review after my recent experience. Let me start by saying that I love Bosa's croissant sandwiches. However, I bought two smoothies for my lady and me, and they had a strange aftertaste. I called the place to inform them of the issue and to see if I could get an exchange. I still have our drinks, so they can see we couldn't drink them and know we're not trying to take advantage of them. However, the lady I spoke to told me they don't offer refunds and that I should have tasted the drinks before leaving the drive-thru. Then, she hung up on me. I sensed her frustration when she took my order over the intercom. So, if anyone reads this, I recommend not spending your money at this particular Bosa Donuts or any other place where you're not appreciated but merely tolerated. The lady, whose English was very poor, asked me to tap my card again saying the transaction didn't go through the first time. I had a bad feeling and was almost positive the charge went through the first time. When I looked at my charges once I got home, I saw it was charged twice. I went back in and told them, but their system shows that the first charge was made at 11pm the NIGHT BEFORE, which I did not make! I saw people walking out with three to four dozen boxes of donuts at a time. All the greatest hits are here- maple logs, old fashioned, glazed, pink frosting with sprinkles. I was in donut heaven. The service is fast and friendly. There were two to three employees helping customers get their donuts at the same time. So your in and out with a dozen donuts and a coffee in no time. This Bosa is our go-to spot for "donut day" aka any day that I pick up donuts for my kids. I'm here almost weekly as typically Saturday is "donut day" in our house. I'm typically pretty good and stay away from the donuts myself, but every now and then I give in to a bite and then forget about it... I become a donut-a-holic and can't stop! You can't go wrong with whatever your donut preference is from vanilla or chocolate sprinkles, old fashioned, glazed, or so many others. The donut holes are delicious and a great bang for your buck! Bosa does donuts well and consistently, and the added bonus is that they have a drive thru window and they are open from 5am - 10pm daily. Boss Donut Alert! I'm still dreaming of the apple pie donut I had here on my last visit. Believe it or not, this was my first time having such a donut, and I am crazy about apples. Located in a strip mall with ample parking spaces, Bosa is open nearly 24 hours a day. A group of us wandered in here at 9 in the evening on a Saturday, craving sugar after a long day of bar hopping. We were immediately greeted by a friendly proprietor behind the counter, and were pleased to find a deserted store in which to munch. They have a crazy selection, too. I nearly picked a maple bar, but ended up settling on my apple treat. I did take a bite of bae's maple bar though, and it was fantastic. These donuts are fresh and pillowy, melt-in-the-mouth good. Stupid good even. The donut I'm raving about was stuffed full of fresh and flavorful apple pie filling. This donut rivalled even the famous Rainbow Orchard apple cider donut. I'm not kidding, Apple Hill Fans. I am so stopping here the next time I visit my Phoenix bestie. I've got my eye on the Boston Cream. Bosa is a MUST.
