Tried to order a pizza on their $10 special, a very young sounding girl put the phone down and told me to hold . I could hear all the employees clowning around while I waited about 15 minutes. After she finally picked up the phone I was told I probably should order elsewhere since there was an hour and a half wait..... rude , rude, rude. Cheese & crust was great. Ordered curbside but there wasn't any designated parking for pickup. Called & let them know I was there for my order & was told I could go inside & get it (didn't say anything & they said they would bring it out). Fried cheese order was okay but tasted way better with their ranch. Wished they had put more toppings on the 12" pizza. Overall I give it a 8/10. I would give this Cheese Pizza from Bosses Pizza -0 Stars if possible. The Cheese was solid, too thick, & would not melt. Also the Cheese separates from the crust. The Pizza Crust was doughy & not thoroughly cooked. Almost raw even. Not to exclude the ridiculously uneven slicing of the Pizza. Reached out to Bosses & spoke to someone by the name of Randy I believe. I was rudely dismissed of my dissatisfaction of the pizza after several minutes of explaining the condition of the pizza. I even suggested to return the pizza myself or send him pics for his own viewing in which he was totally dismissive of. I've ordered pizza from Bosses several times before & have never experienced an issue as such. Once they added olives to my Big O although instructed not to. At that time Staff was very apologetic and scheduled my future order as a free replacement. Honestly, I don't blame Bosses all together. If you're looking for a good pizza buffet, this is the place to go. If you have never been here but have been to Cici's, I think it is an upscale Cici's. I came here with 3 of my classmates during our lunch break, and it hit the spot. I had a salad, about 4 slices of pizza, and 1 slice of the cinnamon roll pizza. Pizza options included cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni with jalapenos, sausage, supreme, and a spinach artichoke with white sauce. I really wish they had their chicken parmesan or their lasagna pizza at the buffet, but I'll have to come back to try it. One of the things that I was really impressed with was how fast they kept bringing pizzas out to ensure a good variety to choose from. For the pizza buffet with a drink, it cost $8.93 (tax included), which is a great deal for poor college students like me. read more

I just called to order a pizza for my family and asked to have it brought out and put in the back of my truck because my family had Covid and I didn't want to put anyone at risk. I was told that they no longer do curbside and if I wanted a pizza I would have to come inside. So just know that this company would rather put the community at risk than walk a pizza out 20 feet and put it in the back of my truck. Lunch Buffet is great.. salad, drink, pizza all included for about 8$ The bacon pizza is too good. They rotate all the types of pizza so that you get to try a variety of specialty pizzas. I would say that at the peak of the lunch rush (about noon) you might have to stick a foot in to get the kind of pizza you want, but it does keep coming if you wait a bit. All in all, this pizza is the best I have had in as long as I can remember. It brings me back to the days when mozzarella tasted like something, tomato sauce was fresh and herbed, dough was brushed with garlic, and meat was not cheap deli meat! This is the most delicious pizza in the area. I go to the one on Jacksboroh (sp) highway. The crust is delicious, they are generous with the I always order extra cheese. Mmmm! The decor is funny and great for the kids to play a game of eye spy while waiting. Highly recommend them! Moved to Keller 2 years ago and wanted to find a good, local place for pizza. Tried Bosses on 377 in Keller and have been hooked ever since! There's no 'specialty' pizza here. This is the pizza we grew up on, but with better quality ingredients. Garlic butter crust and home-made ranch for dipping (even spicy, if you like it). It's a small place, crummy booths by the windows and tables everywhere else. Tuesdays is $10 for a medium any way you like it. I don't get the one-star reviews on here... I guess they like Pizza Hut and Domino's better... to each their own. It's a family-oriented place and the managers know us when we walk in and start filling out our ticket for us. Also one of the few places that sells RC Cola. In the summer, expect soccer and baseball kids filling the tables. Good pizza, unpretentious atmosphere. Second the heavier white woman at the counter was rude. I asked where the forks were standing right in front of the utensil divider and she told me "probably up my ass." I was in shock. She saw my face and then tried to apologize after she realized there were none in the fork spot. I've been to Bosses before and have enjoyed the food and staff. Today I brought my family for the buffet 11-2. We arrived at 1:10pm. The buffet table was low there was no pasta left. Just meat balls. I asked the young lady if they were going to bring out some more pasta. She replied No that's it.! I had just spent $42. I asked her why not the buffet is until 2pm. She said in a dismissing tone, "that's just that's just the way the owner wants it". They brought more pizza but no pasta, I feel that that they should have provided pasta until the end of the buffet time. And felt her attitude showed no concern for me as a paying customer.
