Teriyaki chicken, bbq ribs, cream cheese wontons
    Alyssa C.

Amazing. Everything was 10/10. We got the teriyaki chicken, the bbq ribs, and the cream cheese wontons. Everything was tender, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious. Was just passing through the city and this place was a great surprise. The service is great and the lady is so sweet and accommodating. The place is not overly crowded and there is ample seating.

I consider myself a donut aficionado or dare I say, even a bit of a donut snob. My criteria for donuts these days is they have to be worth the calories and they have to be worth the money. Boston Donuts wins on both counts. My go-to test donuts are always the glazed twist and an apple fritter. The glazed twist was airy and had no oily taste. Also, it wasn't overly sweet. The apple fritter....oh my! One of the best I've had. Not too sugary, lots of cinnamon taste and the texture was perfect. Wow! They also have Chinese food which they start serving at 11:00AM. There a few small tables and some counter space with seats. I was there for the donuts, but I'm sure the food is good, too! It's really clean and the woman who served me was very nice. Parking is a breeze and the prices are very reasonable. A big YES to Boston Donuts!

I walked in and noticed this donut shop is actually a donut shop and a restaurant. They start serving food at 10:30am. The server was very friendly and the restaurant has a lot of bar stools like an oldies diner. The blueberry glazed donut was full of blueberry taste and the glazed made it sweet. Very nice! The french crueller treated a bit stale. Other than that, it was a good experience. Next time, I just have to remember to get just the blueberry donut.

The food wasn't the best I ever tried, it was just okay, the eggs roll wasn't crunchy felt like old, The cashier was nice to us tho, The place itself was okay too. Not a restaurant I'd recommend or go back to be honest.

I'm so glad to have a Cambodian-Chinese owned donut shop to go that's right around the corner. Reminds me of when I was living in Long Beach and we all know they make the best donuts. The owner is so sweet and kind to my family and I and has friendly conversations, and even gives free donut holes to my son. Their service is quick and I'm usually in and out. Their donuts are Amazing and soft and you can just taste the freshness. They have a wide selection to choose from, from their cake donuts, traditional ones, jelly-filled, sprinkled, everything. Their sandwiches are good too. They're simple but freshly made and delicious and a good size. Their Chinese food is also good and they give a good portion of everything. I like that they don't overload their food with MSG/salt etc and they also give free egg rolls and drinks depending on what you order, it's part of their promotion. Overall, very happy with this place and we'll continue to come here!

Kung pao shrimp. Very tasty. Very friendly staff as well.

Came in for a donut, and the woman at the counter was just as sweet. I had passed by everyday and didn't even know it was a Chinese food spot inside. It smelled so good and was clean. The Woman ended up giving me a sample of the food and it was really good. I'll definitely be back.

Fresh Chinese food. Food is constantly replaced from old to new. The don't serve stale food sitting. The food is good plus they give a lot. I ended up having two meals out of one. Additionally we bought donuts. She said she'll be closing in an hour. 8 donuts for the price of a half dozen donut and the owner gave us two extra donuts. A teen asked for free food. They were so nice. They gave the boy what ge wanted to eat for free. How nice! That doesn't happen anymore. I recommend it.

A watery jajangmyeon that tastes worse than a cheap 3-minute Ottogi jajang or Chapaghetti (which costs less than $5) is definitely overpriced at $15. You'd honestly be better off paying a little more and eating somewhere else. This is honestly the worst Jajangmyeon I've ever had in the OC area, even including k-snack bars. It was worse than even Hong Kong Banjeom, which is cheaper than this place. This place will keep you fed and full for a good price. The chicken dishes here are all pretty…read moregood. The soy chicken is super sweet though, to the point where it tastes like candy, so I would be careful w that one if you dont like sweet things. I was in the mood for shrimp the last time I went so I asked for a shrimp dragon bowl. The lady spoke very fast and in very broken English. I believe she asked what type of shrimp and I asked what type they had and she had me go down to the steam table that had one type of shrimp, so I was like "ok, I guess that's the one then." The portions and the cook and temp on the shrimp was really good. The sauce on them was straight up mayonnaise though. Looking back at their menu online I now know this must be their walnut shrimp. Never saw any walnuts though. All mayo. So the next time I go I will ask if I can get a bowl of maybe some sweet and sour or spicy chili shrimp because the mayo all over the bowl was kinda gross. Their firecracker chicken, orange chicken, kung pow chicken are all good and the egg rolls they give as part of the combos are the highlight of the meal for sure. The past couple of times I have gone they were still stocking the drinks in the ice bin so when they asked me to take a drink as part of the combo each time they had not stocked any of the sugar free sodas. I mentioned to them if they had a diet soda I would take one and they just stonewalled me and didn't reach over to the stack of cases of diet soda along the wall of the restaurant. So yeah, not the most helpful of service sometimes. I think it might be because they are always so busy and they have one speed where you don't stop to smell the roses and make that connection, but at least you can say that they keep the line moving.

Ordered a large pork fried rice (got shrimp) Honestly it was bad. Oh the egg roll tasted like dirt. It's a walk up and order establishment so I won't address ambiance. I don't get the hype about this place. I've had better from the Panda chain.
