We came here for a quick drink and ended up staying for a few! This place has every sports game on you could imagine with plenty of tvs. I got the strawberry and lime fruit crusher (a couple lol) and it was delicious! It was fresh and very well balanced. The service was also on point for the bar being so packed. The bar tender even gave us some recommendations on places to go since we were from out of town. Overall we definitely would and wanted to come back here!

There is another local brunch spot that our party tried to go to with no reservation and we ended up here as they were able to seat us immediately. I am a Huge Diners, Drive-in's and Dives fan so I had to try the titan sandwich... it was huge and delicious! Fries were a bit soggy but tasty. Fried pickle spears with ranch were the bomb! Are party all seemed to enjoy their food. Our waitress was super sweet and the amount of people who help check in was amazing! Great wait staff for sure!! It was nice inside with big windows and natural light. Even had some outside tables (dog friendly). I would come back here for sure.

Our experience here was not very good. The atmosphere was pretty neat, but the service was awful. We barely got waited on and the server seemed aggravated the entire time. The mozzarella sticks were good and had a nice cheese pull. The Philly, sweet potato fries, red pepper wrap, and club was good. The chicken tenders weren't anything spectacular. The Wake n Steak barely had any flavor and was cold. Even the Titan (which is supposed to be what they're known for) was cold. The icing on the cake was two members of our party never received their food AND a roach crawled out from under someone's basket. The manager did comp our meal and apologize, but we definitely won't be back.

One of the best bar food spots I have ever been to. We got seated immediately on a Saturday for lunch even though it was so crowded!! Got a burger with their house sauce, definitely recommend it. They also had decent prices, I would say it is affordable! PS there is a photobooth outside of this restaurant and it seemed super popular! Long line

What an amazing experience. We live nearby so we tried it out. Brunch menu is pretty good and reasonably priced. I had the chicken and waffles and my husband had the pancakes. Their drinks are strong but not expensive. They are also delicious. We heard about their New Year's Eve experience and decided to partake. Hair a. Reserved table and drinks and food was awesome. Staff here is sk top notch and everything is clean. We will be back

Great late night spot on 12th South. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. Bottle Cap also has a great brunch.

Love this spot. Great spot at the bar with all day happy hour on wednesdays. Got a couple mixed drinks and a beer for good prices. Went with the Titan as seen on DDD. Delicous and for $16 you can't beat it. Huge portion with burger chicken mozz stick onion ring, etc. and fried. Awesome deal. The perfect neighborhood joint you can go watch the game and get a good bite to eat and drink. 5 stars

    BLT and sweet potato fries

We stopped in here to avoid a long brunch wait elsewhere. Our server was so nice with good drink recommendations. My BLT was fresh and just the right size with tasty sweet potato fries. This is a sports bar with fairly loud music and open room. We were sat near the door even though the place was not busy, so that was a little odd. The staff was attentive, and we would definitely come back.

Great atmosphere and always busy, but the staff kept things moving and tables turned over quickly. Drinks were delicious. I tried the hot chicken and waffles--the flavor was spot on, though the chicken was a bit tough and definitely needed a knife to cut through. Also ordered the Philly fries; the toppings were good but the fries themselves could've been better.

Not Bad at all, started off a little rocky after our food started coming out. Chicken hot , fries cold as that thang. Not once , but twice .... Barmaid and bar-back was pleasantly satisfying and attentive even with the hectic crowd going on (football watching) !!! Food and drinks was worth the hr wait we had. No complaints after the fries situation 8/10

Staff were super nice and friendly and on it. Food was delicious and big portions. I got the famous Titan burger and wow it is so delicious. Roll up doors for windows and was seated inside but felt like we were outside. Loved it.

Parking can be tuff as the 12ave I knew is no longer. Maziozo's is folded and all this new construction has certainly overshadowed the cool vibe that once made this area clearly local. We choose Bottle Cap as my Father in-law like his Budweiser in a bottle and no other way or substitute will be tolerated. The atmosphere was quiet at about 430 pm on a Tuesday, but was slammed upon departure at 6pm. The inside is wide open and plenty of big TVs dot around the area. They also have outdoor seating availability. Our server Jack was cool as heck and was very attentive as well as personable. My wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad that was fresh and tasty. I ordered the Turkey club that was perfectly made with toasted sour dough. My father in law enjoyed his smashed patty ( no medium rare with smash burgers). The fries were good and the food was serviceable. I will definitely try the wings on the next trip. The place is built for and used by mostly the young college kids and tourists with open arms to locals willing to take a chance on getting near downtown on a weekday. We will be back and tanks to Jack for the great service and being an old soul!

Came for Happy Hr; vibes were real chill, not too loud for a sports bar kinda setting. Service A1, food came out real fast! The Buffalo chicken loaded fries were the perfect snack/meal. So yummy and just right portion for 1.

    How's the parking situation here?

Bottle Cap does not have its own parking lot. 12 South can be busy depending on the day, but I've always found parking within .2 miles and never paid to park. They do have several pay-to-park options as the area continues to develop.

We came here for late dinner, 8.30 and this place was not packed which is very surprising, bc they play music jazz music, and you can have a lovely dinner and still hear ppl talk. But the best thing is their pork chop !!! This is a must get. Thank me later. We got the pork chop medium well bc we like our pork more cooked bc ain't no one trying to get salmonella from undercooked pork. But it was sooo good, has a nice char on the outside, and perfectly seasoned. Additionally, it sits on top of a bed of allegedly "rice" according to our server. But to me, it reminded me of a tendon brisket texture. I would've bet money on it too. But delicious with sweet peach sauce that came with it. For the prime rib, it was a huge cut of meat, but it was lacking flavor, needed some more salt and some rosemary to bring out the meat. Both main dishes can serve 2 people each, so worth the price and food. Definitely come back! And a shout out to our server Cole, who was great

But I digress. They also have merchandise and a pastry kitchen for you to grab and go coffee if you don't have time to enjoy the delicious food at a table. Now you cannot really go wrong here. We started off with the ricotta and honey on sourdough...amazing. And that honey? I wanted to take one home so bad but I did not want to check in my bag for it so I'll have to come by again. I could eat this pairing for days. So good. We stuck to the basics, biscuits with our cravings (chicken on mine, and bacon + egg + cheese on my friends) and a curry. Left leaving stuffed. I would have liked for the toppings to be spread out amongst the chips (once you get to the middle, bottom they were empty). For my drink, I decided to try their bridesmaid's tears and this drink was just ok. It watered down very easily and didn't really have much flavor. I ordered the catfish and subbed fries instead of the grits and it came with collard greens. This meal was ok but the catfish wasn't fried hard (as I requested) and the greens were too vinegar based. The fries, however, were good! The sauce they offered - crawfish cream sauce - was way too oily and didn't have good flavor. Would've preferred a tartar sauce, though. Overall, the spot was ok. We had read somewhere that Acme Feed & Seed (in an historic 1890 building) offered a quieter alternative. We gathered around a nice table near the stage on the first floor, and maybe there were a dozen other people there? Yet, on the next Broadway block things were in full swing? We weren't complaining, but wondered why? The first floor at Acme has been described as a high-energy "Funky Tonk" atmosphere featuring a main stage for live music, a large bar, and fast-casual dining. Our band during our stage was even a little different than that, and what an enjoyable group is was! The Mudbug Stompers brought us the sounds of old-time jug bands, Dixieland jazz, blues, trains, baseball, and crawfish boils. Although this is a Nashville Band, we could have easy been on or around Bourbon Street in NOLA. I was particularly impressed with the trumpet player and the lead singer who played a mean mandolin. Add the string base, sax, and fiddle, and we experienced a very impressive whole. We were highly entertained and engaged, and we're still talking about the experience!
