I love going here, especially after a party. I can't really say much about the food since the only thing I order is the chilli fries (delicious) but the atmosphere in the busy hours of the day is very fun and warm. I love it here! Use to go everyday when we were in high school. We always order the same thing: any type of burger usually plain and an order of chili cheese fries, or an Eagle Special which is just with both. We dip our burgers in the extra thousand island that is just .75 The people are friendly and I still go once in a while when we can. Great people, great atmosphere. There are many TVs around the restaurant perfect to watch any game just ask them to change the channel for you and they are more than willing to. The only bad thing is that after trying their chili cheese fries you only want theirs. I went to the Hat and their chili cheese fries were bland compared to Boulevards. I used to eat here often before the owner or manager or whatever he is, became to rude to deal with, he's a dick basically. I don't know what it was about us. Not only him but some if the staff too. After a while, they started giving me less thousand islands in the burgers, NO DEAL! read more

Okay I am partial to this place because I was a regular to old johnnies. But this place takes it to another level. There is more memorabilia on the wall and nostalgic nic nacs that you forget this is not the Hard Rock Cafe. YES here in little Bell "we gotsa our own food place". Their food is good and not like any ordinary hamburger joint, they have their own unique taste which is something to experience. One two issues with this place. Staffing seems to be a bit rude sometimes, also a bit overpriced i believe. Could do a lot more to improve. read more

The avocado burger and DUI fries are the best!!! Well they dot have DUI fries you have to order chili cheese fries with pastrami and carne asada. This place comes a little close to the famous DUIs from Jims. Love that this is an old school type diner. Lots of things to look at and the have the oldies constantly playing. read more

BB is just like any other dinner that offers Mexican American food I like the fact that their menu is very flexible Si you can get anything from a salad to some chicken wings. Lots of people say that their burgers are the best, their chili cheese fries the greatest, but everybody thinks the same about their local dinners. One specific quality about this place is that their decor is pretty neat very unique at least for a place here in bell. The memorabilia is nice. But I don't go somewhere to eat for the memorabilia alone. I had a chicken taco. HORRIBLE. The meat was full of fat, the tortilla was extremely dry. I know you shouldn't necessarily go to a burger joint for a taco, but nonetheless, all food should be up to par. Plus, $10 minimum to use your debit card and $.99 fee anyway. I went to this restaurant but mostly for meetings for my club. Sometimes I would order a hamburger with fries and a drink. Sometimes the hamburgers taste a bit cold but I would suggest they cook it full. Also when ordering food with a debit card or credit card they charge you a min of $0.50. The bottom line is that the chili fries are good and the large ones are good to share with friends and family especially for my members of the club. I would suggest to bring cash to this restaurant and save half dollar from debit orders. read more

This place is by my house and I use to visit here often during highschool now the burgers have little to no taste or they always give me the runs also the fries have a very stale taste overall the quality of the food has degraded since I was in highschool (4 years ago). Two times they have either messed up my order or my burgers have been cooked partially raw how can you mess up a burger. Boulevard burgers will not be getting any of my business anymore. read more

The burgers were decent and that's why I gave it two stars. Place looks great but if I'm spending 10 dollars on a burger combo I want more. Portions of fries small and they charge you for everything. Refills a dollar and dressing the same. I could get this same burger taste elsewhere for half the cost and bigger serving. First time trying this place for breakfast. Frankly, Dennies serves better. Ordered the pancakes, sausage, egg special plate. The eggs were burnt here and there, pancakes had burger grease so they did not taste like buttermilk pancakes. Sausages were over cooked. My boyfriend had the 1/4lb burger with fries. Burger did not look 1/4lb fries over seasoned. Taste was ok, not a big difference had we ordered a burger from Carl's Jr or Burger King. Overall we will be skipping breakfast here. But I hear they have excellent chili fries...so maybe just do lunch. read more

Just came from having dinner with my friends at Boulevards and I was totally entertained by the Betty Boop table I sat at. I tried the chili cheese fries for the first time and they where awesome. But besides that, my pollo asado dinner was bland and the onion rings undercooked. I've had several of their menu items and I have to say this one isn't good. They do deserve props for their breakfast burritos because they are big and yummy. read more

Horrible! The food was NOT good, got the taquitos plate, guacamole was lame, the rice looked and tasted like it was sitting around a while,no flavor, the beans sucked and my favorite part was the sad looking green tortilla chips they put on top that were soggy and not crunchy. Hubbs got the fried chicken dinner, salad looked like they pulled it out of one of those pre made salad bags that they forgot they had. Some of the lettuce had brown edges! The onion rings were cold! Also got 2 kids burger combos, burgers were tasteless, and plain. Again, the fries tasted like they had been sitting around a while, and we're warm, not hot, and soggy! And they weren't even salted!.... soooo disappointed, first AND LAST time I everrrr go there!.... I miss Johnnys! read more

This place used to be good. Now the burgers taste bland. The décor is nice though, they have a lot of classic items on display on the walls. This place is always full of high school kids from the school next door and it can get rowdy on occasions. Also the employees are just plain rude, they have an attitude all the time. read more
