I've always been able to walk right in and get service, and I have never waited as long as they say I will. This morning I was in a real pinch and needed to get my oil changed before an unexpected trip. Even though they were busy with a car in every bay, they got me right in at the price I was quoted here a few weeks ago. Most places refuse to even change the oil on my make of car, I was pleasantly surprised that FastLube Plus took it without hesitation and didn't price gouge me for full synthetic. The service here is friendly with no frills.
