I stopped in after being referred to them as experts in the I/M field and it couldn't have been more clear they had zero interest in helping me. After being barked at by the guy in the shop area to go to the other side of the unmarked building I then was treated to the peak of "why are you bothering me" attitude from the desk guy. Desk guy also was thoughtful enough to throw in the experience of being interrupted mid-sentence while trying to discuss the unusual situation with my car. The oil change was fairly quick since there was only one person in the lobby around 10:40 AM on a Thursday. Synthetic oil change was more expensive, but they seem to be around the same rate as other shops around them. They also said the suspension was fine. Nothing to be concerned about. -Full Service Synthetic $86.99 -Full Synthetic 5W20 5.9 gal $11.66 -High Performance Oil Filter $3 They also have a checklist that they provide as well while checking your oil. I'll leave a picture attached. There was a jokester at the service desk that was hilarious and made me feel at ease immediately. I appreciate people like that. Only been here once, but I will be back.
