I got very upset and was telling him, NO, I am being told right now that your guy broke this by force. I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW WHAT HAPPENED, AND IT'S ALL ON CAMERA. I've always been able to walk right in and get service, and I have never waited as long as they say I will. This morning I was in a real pinch and needed to get my oil changed before an unexpected trip. Even though they were busy with a car in every bay, they got me right in at the price I was quoted here a few weeks ago. Most places refuse to even change the oil on my make of car, I was pleasantly surprised that FastLube Plus took it without hesitation and didn't price gouge me for full synthetic. The service here is friendly with no frills. They've always talked to me straight, been very transparent with pricing, and have great recommendations for other shops that do types of work that they don't do here.
