I've been using Bouquet Cleaners for the better part of thirty years and they have always been the best at customer service. Recently, my daughter had a wardrobe catastrophe when the washing machine tore the strap off her pantsuit a day before she was scheduled to leave town. She's small, so a quick shopping trip for a new outfit, is difficult if not impossible. I recommended she check with Arlet to see if she could possibly get it fixed. The seamstress was off for the weekend, but Arlet fixed the strap herself and she received a call within hours to say it was ready. They are truly community partners. read more

Although the people here are very friendly, the outcome of my item wasn't so pretty. So my husband decided to bring our white king sized comforter here to get cleaned and when I picked it up it was nicely packaged in a clear zip up bag. When I got home, took the comforter out and laid it out on the bed, there were burn marks and large big yellow stains throughout the comforter, not to mention half of the comforter became very stiff. Now I'm not one to complain and call and be a bother, but just be forewarned to look over your things before bringing them home. I found this business on line, and because of thier marketing website decided to give them a try. WHAT A MISTAKE, The tailor marked off my suits to be altered, and ran up a bill of 130.00! Of course she promised me that" they wouldnt look too good, because of the weight loss I had achieved", not exactly what you want to hear for 130.00 bill that is non-refundable, so I only let them alter one suit. The OWNER was haggling with me very hard on price(1st time customer) so I was ready to battle when I presented him my coupons, of course he wouldnt honor them. Horrible service. My coworker took her sweater for dry cleaners and they messed up big time on her sweater. She had worn that sweater to work and it was definitely burgundy with white trim on the bottom and nice pearls on the sweater portion. The cleaners took her sweater and returned it back with the white trim to pink color. After the disappointment and mistake they didn't even refund my coworker her $6 for the mistake and inconvenience. They referred her to kohl's because the tag didn't say don't dry clean. FYI she had that sweater dry cleaned before so it was definitely a mistake this time around and they probably washed it instead. read more

This place is awful! Do not have your uniforms (military or law enforcement) pressed or tailored. What a joke. I even called prior to coming in and they assured me they understood how to press uniforms. I also needed two name tapes sewn. The green name tapes were sewn with BLACK thread and they were above the pocket line! Also, it's like she skipped every 1/2 an inch while sewing because you could slide your fingers under the name patch! And forget about them being pressed correctly, they were still wrinkled. I returned to have them fixed and they didn't bother taking the patch off to fix, but rather just fixed the gap's. The patch is still above the pocket line. And what really bothered me, was that the owner never once apologized for the shoddy work. They have lost a customer for sure read more

I have used this cleaner primarily for cleaning my husband's dress shirts. We have been going here for approximately 1 year; and the owners are very friendly, reasonable ($), and do a pretty decent job. The last couple of times we have discovered some spots on the clothing we picked up (One spot on a tie, and one on a shirt). The owners were very nice about it and offered to fix the problem (no extra charge), but we are getting tired of having to make a return trip to the cleaners for these items. Also, because my husband's job can require last minute trips out of town, I don't want to send him off with a dirty shirt. If you are looking for a decent, reasonable cleaner; and can afford to make a return trip every so often, you'll probably be OK. As for us, we are going to try to find another cleaner. read more

If I could, I'd give it a zero. I turned in a red sweater with white trim (looks like a shirt underneath, but it's just sewed in at the bottom). My sweater also had pearl beads all over the front. I just bought this sweater about a month ago and had it dry cleaned once at my work. It turned out great that time but the price was a bit expensive so I decided to give Bouquet Cleaners a try. First time. The owner (I presume) hangs it up while I pay my $6. I look at it and the trim was now PINK!!!!! Originally they said the trim was pink. I insisted it wasn't. Their final answer was that the tag didn't say "don't dry clean" so they can't do anything about it and I have to go back to the manufacturer-because it's their fault. WHAT??? Now, I didn't remember that I already had it dry cleaned before with no problem until I got home (I was thinking this was the first time) so I couldn't throw that in their face, but somehow I don't think that would matter. They didn't even give me my $6 back. She said she could try and un see the bottom to get the pink out or replace it but she'd have to charge me. Again, WHAT?? On top of that some of the beads were loose and starting to come unattached. She said she could reattach better, but since it was already ruined, why bother and I don't trust they'd do a good job with that either. So disappointing! read more

They've always asked me if a certain date is ok (usually a few days after the current date), but have been able to help me if I needed something done quickly. Harry and Arlet have a great team there that has helped preserve the life of my clothing, especially since I have so many Hawaiian shirts to wear for Trader Joe's. I love these guys! I have been trusting my choir dress for years and recently, I had them fix up my prom dress. It's from the 1950's so there was some wear and tear, and it was a little too small for me. However, their seamstress pulled off a miracle! The dress is in perfect shape and fits me like a glove.
