My Husband and I have nothing but great reviews to share about Bozard Ford/ Lincoln. We had been look all over Central Florida for a Lincoln Nautilus. We had gone to a pain staking test drive at Central Florida Lincoln in Orlando it was just not a good vibe and they had so many extra costs floor mats was shing etc it was horrible. So, we started chatting with Hayden a Sales Rep at Bozard he sent us a price of the vehicle we were interested in, and that price did not change there were no surprise costs. We made the 90-mile drive to Bozard when we finally met Hayden he was as professional in person as on the phone. The car was ready we had a test drive he made everything so pleasant. Ricky the Finance Manager was incredible, he got us a great deal on a used car as we were very concerned about the interest rates. We did have to rate for finance because of a hiccup in their system, I guess. But they made it up to us with their extreme generosity. My favorite was a savvy young Man named Jared he was the GUY that showed us how everything in the vehicle worked as it is loaded with so many features connected our Bluetooth up and so on, he was a lot of fun. The vehicles are marked up at this dealership - Once they the tack on the dealer fees, etc you end up paying too much. There's not much room for negotiation and to be honest they probably don't have to because someone else will end up paying asking price with all the added fees. This dealership is located in a shopping plaza and competition is limited since there's no other dealerships in the area (that I can see). They are also expanding since they purchased the Gander Mountain next door thanks to all the suckers that overpaid for their vehicles. The car I was looking at had a few flaws. I noticed the windshield was replaced but left some extra sealant. Also, the fluids were a little low which makes me wonder if the oil and filter were changed. My salesperson Zach said they do but I wasn't too sure about it. The car was also missing a SD card for the navigation and they said they could knock off a few hundred for that. I walked. read more

Gotta love taking your vehicle to a dealership for technical issues. Car chargers not working, back wiper fluid and gps having no signal get it back only for problems to continue days later and swirl marks all in my top black part. Then waiting another week just to be seen again. When telling Colby he says. I've put 100s of cars threw the wash and never had scratches.( pretty much calling me a liar. Real nice) funny thing is EVERY vehicle dealer has ever washed my flex gm washed our old dully same problem. You'd think company making that much money would pay professional car detail company to wash cars. Unbelievable we spend SO much money on these cars and take them to be fixed just to leave with more problems..... I was looking for a new Explorer for my wife, and I had looked around and talked with several dealerships in Florida and Georgia. It might sound cliche, but I had a much better "vibe" when I talked to and eventually walked into Bozard Ford. The showroom is in great shape, everyone is smiling, and the dealership just felt like a nice place to be in (aside from the fact they had a brand new Ford GT in the showroom!!). I started the haggling process over the phone and emails, and I know a lot of dealerships will toss and turn over having to do the negotiating, ad just tell you to get lost. However, I was pleasantly surprised how flexible the sales team was with what I wanted. Specifixally, our salesman Seth Evans was absolutely amazing! He helped us get the perfect vehicle at the perfect price (2018 Ford Explorer XLT sport), and even spent an additional 45 minutes explaining and demonstrating all the new safety features for the Explorer! This really made my wife happy, and it made me feel good knowing that (not only was I getting a great deal) but that the Seth was so knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Seth was also very patient, very communicative, and was extremely professional! Don't Buy from this Dealership. Have been looking at a 2010 F-150 for three days. My wife and I went out in the rain storm last weekend. The salesman person I normally work with kept on being away from work referred me to another salesman. He also said the truck was as is. So I wanted to be sure there wasn't any major issues with the truck. So I picked up the truck took it to Beaver Toyota today 12/18/23 to have a pre-purchase inspection. I spent $155.00 for this inspection. This is what Beaver found 1. Tires weather cracked 2017 2. All fluids were discolored Brake, Power Steering and Coolant. 3. Pinion seal 4. Oil Pan leak 5. Front crank seal leak 6. Exhaust Leak 7. Backup camera lens foggy 8. Re-Charge air filter 9. Drive Belt weather cracked When I returned Frank and Bob were not there or were busy with other customers. So I got stuck with some putz of a salesman person, then they gave me some guy name James. So I did discuss my concerns about the tires it is a safety issue. They did agree to replace them. I advised James I need to discuss this with my wife. I also want to check with the insurance company. They sold the vehicle before we could get to the bank and get the money I have had other Dealers call me and asking me if I was going to buy the vehicle, however they did not care if I spent $155.00 to make it road worthy. Simply common sense would indicate that they had some one very serious about buying about "AS IS"' after spending the whole day working and spending $155.00 to make sure this was a safe vehicle I asked for a business card and I had to scan well I scanned it but didn't save it no way to reach out to James. They have lost over 12 years 7 cars to Beaver, 1 Gary Yomen, 4 car to Atlantic Dodge. Not to mention 4 cargo vans. In essence even tho it was a 11k car deal but the sale it go towards dealer allocation, part, service, accounting Department. In summary they are willing to sell unsafe vehicles and class them as "AS IS". Unless you carry 10k they want the deal done on there term. While Bozard put out the illusionary front on how they are community focused, however they are primarily concerned about a sale not customer service and selling unsafe vehicles. In addition Ford Garage is having 4 less customers as well. They are your typical car dealership all of the salesmen are like vultures don't want to let you get in the door and they follow you around. What's truly amazing is that one of my family members have known the Bozard family since they had their location downtown. One more thing I am associated with one of the leading customer service consultings firms in the country. They truly failed. Angela in service was the most attentive, communicative, and helpful service advisor i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and this was even my first experience at Bozard. Will definitely be taking my vehicle here for all issues (hopefully none) in the future and for routine service. This dealership robbed my daughter who's 20 years old and enlisted in the Navy. The car was overpriced by $2K. They made her pay $4K down and financed $7K at 17%. Pure evil!!!!!! Our daughter went through eight weeks of military boot camp, had her wisdom teeth pulled raw, no-nothin'. She serves your country. You all made her first time car purchase a grave she'll never be able to dig herself out of. The service department at Bozard Ford in St Augustine constantly puts a minimum of 25 miles on my 100k dollar truck for a typical brake job service and has put almost 50 miles during one scheduled brake service repair? They have replaced the wrong brakes, done a horrible job on the brakes and had to shave down the rotors so much based on accidenral mistakes? I was forced to pay for new rotors??? I bring it in with a full tank (always kept full) and comes out with a quarter a tank? if you put premium in your truck (I do)? That's no laughing matter. What repair shop puts 25-50 miles on your car/truck when replacing anything? Watch out when you visit this dealership! I'm not a very patient person and hate the car buying experience. There's usually a dog and pony show, which makes me crazy, but not at Bozard Ford. There was no bringing a manager to give you some bull line on why they can't give you what you want. That did not happen here! They presented us an offer, we countered and the deal was done. We were in and out of there in a couple of hours, wow! I'm use to having to pull up a cot to take a nap because it seems to take them so long to do everything. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! They were so good to us! Our only regret was not coming here first when we needed service. We tried AutoNation at the avenues but the receptionist said they don't check rotors on Saturday and 12 Miles is too far for me to get their shuttle to work. AutoNation Orange Park said we could come on Saturday, but left me sitting in the lobby for 4.5 hours, starving, wondering what happened. My tracker showed three test drives, 69mph in a 55 mpg zone and a breakfast run to Burger King while I sat there. We reached out to Bozard for our battery and they were quick, efficient, conservative, warm, honest and friendly. They are stuck with us now! read more

On a holiday road trip our 2018 Ford F-150 overheated and spewed tranny fluid on the highway leaving us stranded. We were towed to Bozard Ford to have it checked out. The staff there was the best. Nathan Dippy in the service department gave us an honest accessment of what they would be able to do and a timeframe we could expect to be delayed. He coordinated with Mike the courtesy driver to get us a hotel room for the night. Mike also gave us a ride to downtown and gave us a quick tour of the area and some advice on restaurants and things to do to occupy our time. I filled out an online inquiry about a vehicle I saw over the weekend. A rep by the name of Andy Harris reached out via email and I called back to set up a test drive. When I set up the appointment I told him I was on a tight schedule and did not have time to waste. He confirmed that he understood. I called him back and told him I'm in route, he confirmed it was still a good time to meet. I arrived right on time to the dealership and Andy was no where to be found, once they found him he walked up I introduced myself and the first thing he said was "how do I plan on paying for the truck?" As a former car salesman and based on his actions I took that as a qualifying question to see ifbi could afford the vehicle. A question I don't even get asked first at higher end dealerships. I answered his question because I didn't have time to waste. He then searched for the key to the truck and then had to walk to the other side of the lot to get the truck. Now I'm infuriated because I communicated multiple times that time is of the essence. I was going to use my credit union but after finding out the vehicle is considered a commercial vehicle due to payload I had to work with Ford financing. Through the process my questions were not adequately answered by Andy and he would send other individuals to contact me not even have the courtesy of communicating effectively with me. Long story short I ended up buying a Bentley instead which was something I truly had no interest in but had I not had such a bad experience with Andy I would have purchased from Bozard. We went there to get a first vehicle.um the experience throughout the 2 days this emotional Rollercoaster ride was full of excitement then total dismay with the first car then they had a 2nd car still not what we wanted but ok we will.give it a go..yay so they let us take the car home "drive it like it's yours" instructions so naturally we think cool we got this car for sure . right? Well that will be a big fat No on a 2nd car that they actually let us take home. Pick out a tag.transfer insurance.And even showed us how to use the features of the car..Told us our down payment was enough that we can take this car home tonight. This is my favorite Ford Dealership to have service performed on my vehicles. The Quick Lane service has great customer service and awesome technicians. Every inspection they perform is thorough. Recently, during an oil change, they discovered the shocks and struts were failed in my wife's Mustang and the tires were separating. I thought the car just road poorly. They got the parts they needed and replaced all the shocks and struts. The car has been TRANSFORMED! Thank you Bozard for completing a complex, unscheduled repair the SAME DAY! The worst. Do NOT Take your car here. I will take my car anywhere but to the Bozo's at Bozard. They have no idea what they are doing. Bozo Colby failed to turn in the proper paperwork for the insurance supplement (he forgot to put what vehicle on his paperwork) resulting in me being without a car for a week & half. My truck had no prior problems before an accident but the Bozo Colby can't figure out why it does now. He states it was before the accident. Bozo Colby it was not. Ford saw my vehicle before the accident but they have no record. I have never in my life dealt with such bad customer service. We ordered parts and get the wrong parts. Buyer Beware of this place!! I Brought my truck in for routine repairs and the mechanic ended up breaking something that later caused issues. They claimed they fixed the issue at no cost to me but 1 month later I have issues with the same part they broke and "so called" repairs. I brought my truck in to a different local Ford dealership for diagnostics and repair. They informed me that it is the same issue that they broke. Interestingly I was required to pay a $107 dollar fee. I contacted Bozard but the representative on the phone told me the managers and all supervisors were too busy to accept my call. I assume this is how Bozard Ford keep themselves in business by breaking parts on your car so you have to return for more repairs. Well Bozard Ford, if I can't get a response from you regarding reimbursement for damages that your dealership caused I will just contact Ford Corporate and let the rest of ST Augustine Floirda know about the poor quality of your services. read more

Our sales man was nice and down to earth. I purchased a used F250 king ranch and had to have it serviced three times already. I found out the hard way that the four wheel.drive didn't work while trying to pull my camper. Every time they delivered the truck back dirty after telling us they washed it leaving foot prints on the bumper. I like the dealership however am upset that I had to pay for part of my bill for two new batteries when I had my truck for two months. I feel like since I spent 40k that the issues I have had should have been changed or repaired prior to me purchasing the truck. A little dissapointed about that.
