I needed an Oil Change on my 2013 F150. I called Auto Nation Ford Jax & was told that the next appointment available was about 13 days out on Feb 1. I then called North Florida Lincoln & was told that their next appointment available was 5 days out on Jan 24th. I called Bozard Ford & was told that I could bring it in today & that it was about a 1 hour wait time. I drove from Jax to St Aug near the outlet mall. I went to Bozard Ford service lane & they directed me to Quick Lane for my oil change. I was a little reluctant but found out that they are owned by Ford so I went ahead & brought it in. My service advisor Sonya recommended Ford's Garage restaurant for Lunch & I was able to walk the short distance there. By the time I finished my lunch, I received a call that my truck was ready. I was back on the road in less than an hour. I believe that they washed the truck too. Full Synthetic (7 quarts) was $106. Great service & Sonya was knowledgeable & friendly. read more

I Was very angry. I specifically requested a regular oil change not synthetic. When I went to pay, I was very surprised to hear the cost for an oil change. They went ahead and gave me overpriced synthetic oil without my consent. read more

I am used to taking my car to experienced, professionals who let you know what's wrong with the car. The first few times I went, they had let me know that I needed a battery, brakes axle, etc. Which was ok. The place is convenient and quick. Some work I had done there, some elsewhere. So I went in in February and said there was a rattle in the front end. WIthout letting me know, they added on a $50 evaluation fee. Then they called me into the service area and tried to convince me that the car (2009 with 155k miles on it) needed motor mounts and axles. The estimate was $2500. I went to a real mechanic who said I didn't really need motor mounts. Definitely did not need axles. Even more concerning was that they didn't notice that I needed a drive belt and had 2 oil leaks! Not going back there, ever. By the way, they never found the rattle. read more

This is my second horrible experience with this quick lane in St Augustine. My first bad experience was about 3 years ago. The mechanic forgot to tighten the oil filter on my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium and I didn't realize I was dripping oil around town until the check engine light came on and notified me I'm out of oil. Well a few years later I bring my 2020 Ford Explorer ST (Not a cheap vehicle at all!)in for an oil change, and I am reminded after my experience as to why I hesitated to go to this Ford facility for an oil change. The trunk compartment cover for the vehicle was missing and then when I called at 6pm at night after noticing it was missing while loading my groceries, I was told their was no supervisor or manager present and they couldn't do anything about it. I am extremely upset about this experience especially since its not the first time at this specific place that I've had a bad service experience. What I dont understand is how there was no manager or even supervisors present to handle my complaint. I now have to reconsider whether or not I will ever buy another Ford vehicle because the service departments are subpar in their performance. I want my vehicle trunk cover so I dont have to spend several hundred dollars purchasing another one because of a bad service experience. Epic Experience Ford! read more

Out of town, in a rental and catch a nail. Staff was nice, got me in quick. Large facility with, and this is unheard of, enough staff. Impressive. My car was even run though a wash. While I'm not likely to need their services again, if ever in FL and need help, this is where to go. All done and reasonable price. read more

This is my favorite Ford Dealership to have service performed on my vehicles. The Quick Lane service has great customer service and awesome technicians. Every inspection they perform is thorough. Recently, during an oil change, they discovered the shocks and struts were failed in my wife's Mustang and the tires were separating. I thought the car just road poorly. They got the parts they needed and replaced all the shocks and struts. The car has been TRANSFORMED! Thank you Bozard for completing a complex, unscheduled repair the SAME DAY! First time here and they've been great! I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong but I explained they symptoms and they knew almost immediately what the problem was. Four new tires that weren't nearly as expensive as I'd expected. Fresh baked cookies, water, coffee and an area for kids!Very professional, friendly staff and the smell of baking cookies made it a pleasure while waiting. I took my truck in for an oil change. The customer service was great. The female representative had great customer service and left happy with good price. Got back in my truck and radio which is not stock radio had no power. I Had the radio on before I left and that should have nothing to do with oil change and also my ac was no longer blowing cold air and again should have nothing do with oil change. I called the next day and was told to come back in and they will look at it. This is where problem began and my terrible review. I came back to shop and mask man offered to help and I told him Lauren told me to come back. Told him my ac stopped working and radio stopped working after oil change. And he said nothing we can do. I explained respectfully that I was told come back and bring it in which I did and this guy took me outside because he must of knew was a safe place for him to disrespect a customer. This guy started telling me that there is nothing they can do because they would never turn off radio just turn down volume. Then he said truck like this air could go out minute left shop any time could stop working just like radio, and that all he has is my word. I had no choice but to let this go. I was selling my truck today but this mask man needs to learn. He disrespected a customer and was hostile towards me when it did not need to go there. He did not apologize for wasting my time to come back out and said maybe tomorrow you can bring it back but it's going be $150 diagnosis test. Look I get it an oil change should have nothing to do with radio going out and ac going out and I believe technicIans did great job but their leader running the shop, was very disrespectful and judgmental towards my older truck and towards me. I will not go back. Everybody else at that shop was very respectful but this no named mask man needs to learn and unfortunately not even this review will make him be accountable for his actions and words. I was driving through St Augustine and while on I95 a truck in front of me dropped a plastic bucket in front of me. No chance of stopping or moving over. The bucket hit the front in and damaged the air damper to the point it was hanging down. I drove in hoping for some help. Stuart Darren stepped up and took care of the problem. read more

My experience with the folks at Quick Lane was very positive. They were reasonably priced, very courteous, and quick as advertised. The included car wash, clean, comfortable waitiing area was an added plus. I liked being able to shop Gander Mountain while I waited which made the drive out to the outlet malls worth it. read more
