My Dad, 92 year old, took his Cadillac for a brake job, 1,300 dollars later . He drove it home . Following day his brakes were failing. I went to service desk. They said he now needed a new brake cylinder. I took it to brake masters they checked the brakes system found the vacuum hose connected to the brake cylinder was loose. They tightened the connection, and the car is working normally now....and best of all they charged me $0.00 zero dollars. They called it a service check. read more

I took my car to get maintenance done on it 8/24/22 and was told it was my fault my car kept breaking, and that I didn't to now how to drive my car. I still decided to get work done on it there. After the maintenance was done I left with my car, with the check engine light still on, and was told that it would turn off on its own. I called back a week later and let them know that the light wouldn't turn off. I took it back in a week later because for the light issue, but was told I had to make another appointment. it turned out there were two faulty parts. So we placed the order for the new/faulty parts and was told it would take a week. That week turned into 3! I called several times to try getting updates and no one would give me any information! Finally on the 4th week I was told the weather was the problem, but that the part should be here soon. I waited and waited. No calls for updates. Another month went by! Finally I stopped by and was told the person that was helping me was let go! I was told that one of the parts was in, but that we needed to wait on another one to come in so that both parts get changed at the same time! At the beginning of January I stopped by and asked questions and was told the last part should be in in a week to week and a half. It's now 1/18/23 and I was told the 2nd part was in but the first part we ordered is missing so they need to place a order for another one and that it will take a couple days. While this all happened NO ONE every reached out for updates. I had to call and call just to get updates! Turns out they used the part ordered for my vehicle on another vehicle, leaving me to wait again. There's no excuse for no communication at the least. read more

I recently purchased my dream car at BF Chevrolet. It has turned out to be anything but dreamy! I have only put 4000 miles on it since I bought it in January and most of that mileage has been going back and forth to the dealership for service!! The service personnel are for the most part, very personable. However, the sales staff who are overly willing to help you when you buy a vehicle and even give you their personal cell phone numbers, act like you are a tremendous bother and make no qualms about hiding it when you call them after the vehicle leaves the lot. This vehicle has needed numerous repairs. Luckily, I have a bumper to bumper warranty. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Spend the extra gas money and go to Albuquerque to buy a car. read more

Horrible experience. Bought a car here in November. It's now January and they still have not paid the loan for the lease they bought me out of, which puts them in breach of contract and threatens my credit - leaving me with two loans and just one car. Getting a hold of someone to fix a problem is very difficult. Last month they told me there was something wrong with my contract and that I had to drive an hour and a half down to fix their error (since when does the dealership demand that the customer drive out of her way to fix THEIR mistake?). It took days of unreturned phone calls to resolve the issue. Stay far away from this dealership. read more

1. I purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica on 4 Nov 2017, there was a recall on this car which could have been fixed before I took possession of car, especially since they had the car in their inventory for over 4 months. 2. Had to call them to inquire about my registration since I never received anything from DMV in three weeks, only to find out that I needed to have an emissions test before they could submit the paper work. Not a problem but they could have informed me three weeks earlier that this needed to be done. Not waiting/or doing nothing about it for three weeks. I should not have had to check on this personally, they should have been more proactive and informed me that this needed to be accomplished. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE! 3. When I called to find out about the delay the so called manager told me that since I was to have to drive down 45 minutes to have an emissions test done that it would take 15 minutes for the test, Then to compensate me he would fill my gas tank for the inconvenience. Since my temporary registration was going to expire that he would get me another one for the duration of how long it was going to take to get the new tags for my vehicle. 3. When I get to Brad Francis the manager is no where to be found. I was told it was going to take over 30 minutes to have an emissions test performed. That I could not receive another temporary registration and that they could top of the gas in my vehicle. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE! 4. After the emissions test was performed I was taken to the title clerk she was unapologetic said the process of titling my vehicle would be done "Some time today". It wasn't her fault that it wasn't done and that another part of the company was responsible. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE! 6. By this time the manager that I spoke to a few days ago, (The one who promised he would be there to take my keys get my car in for emissions testing, a tank of gas, and a temporary registration for my car), finally came over to talk to me. The conversation was very lack luster, confrontational, I mean who comes up to an irate customer and says. "Hey" and throws up his hands? Not any professional I know. Then when I informed him that I was not happy. He just proceeded to tell me why was I there to be rude? Really? NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO RESPONSIBILITY, UN-PROFESSIONAL, AND CONFRONTATIONAL. 7. Seth the saleman actually filled out the previous review !! After dealing with them further they could not fill out the paperwork correctly. It took them 3-4 times and said we have to come back on Monday to sign all the paperwork again. But on the way home driving on I 25 I had a braking problem doing 75 miles an hour some people slammed on there brakes our new car couldn't stop fast enough, I almost rear ended these cars. I bought the car back less than 24 hour and told them that I was not happy with the performance of that car and I wanted my car back..They previously told us that if we were not happy with the car we could bring it back within 48 hrs and under 200 miles, of which we did. When I did they would not give me my car back. In fact they moved it and wouldn't give me my keys.. I ended up leaving there car there and getting friends from albuquerque to come all the way out here to pick me up. Now I have no car. I didn't feel safe in that car, they will not give me my car back. The worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have never been treated this way before!!!!!! I will definitely be calling my lawyer and the news media on Monday. Do yourself a favor and never do business with this dealership. read more

I have no problem with the service department, they did everything they were suppose to do and in a timely manner. My problem with recommending this dealership stems from a past problem I had with them not fulfilling a deal I worked out with them for a friend. Unfortunately I could not be with her or her son the day they went in to see them and they did not come close to doing what we had agreed on and shook hands on the day before. Needless to say they did not make a deal and went across the highway to the GMC dealer and got exactly what she wanted in a much friendlier atmosphere. read more

I went to the dealership to collect the prize I won. They have a contest guaranteeing you to be a winner. Went down to claim my prize and all I walked away was a scratch ticket. They had no intention of paying out a prize. They just want to sell you a car. Call the hotline and verify your winning ticket gets you no where. Just as i have experienced. I can not drive due to my sickness. I am sure many people wanted their prize but finding the sales man trying to sell you a car. If you can't collect a prize from them. I should have read the previous reviews before trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, absolutely horrible experience! I was constantly given the run around! They let me take the vehicle home as I lived 4 hours away and they were to send someone up to me to finalize the paperwork in which this took two weeks for them to finally make a plan to do so. The day this was supposed to take place the deal had fallen through, at this point I was late making my car payment for the vehicle I traded in and had been waiting for the dealership to pay off. I went to a local bank to get approved here, and as I did so their story changed numerous times when it came to interest rate and down payment. I demanded them to bring me car back at this point it was way to much stress!! Now I am behind on my car payment which also accumulated late fees that they told me they would pay and yet to do so. I bought a pickup new from Brad Francis. Put about 3000 miles on it in a year. Then I noticed that the dealer-installed spray-on bedliner was cracking off. I took it in, the body shop rep agreed the repair was covered by warrantee, and that it would take "two or three days" to finish the job. Ten days later, I still don't have the truck back. When I was there to check, there was a young man lackadaisically 'working' on the truck. I understand that no repair facility wants to assign a highly paid mechanic to a money-losing repair, letting the job go on this long is unconscionable. I suspect that young man I saw was periodically taken off the job to run errands, wash a new car so it could be sold, any number of higher priority jobs that generated money. So the job slips. But allowing it to slip this long? Unsatisfactory. If you have a choice, take your work to a professional shop. Their cost-saving has meant I went without the use of my truck for an additional week. read more

I have had a completely horrible experience with this dealership, and i know i'm not the only one. Here's my experience, I purchased my vehicle in Feb of 2013 at approx 97,000 miles with this being a used vehicle I purchased an extended warranty on top of the vehicle cost within the first six months of having the vehicle and putting no more than 7,000 miles on it the timing chain starts slapping. So, I call the dealership about getting it fixed under warranty the lady on the phone tells me I am mistaken that i had only purchased a maintenance warranty for oil changes and ect I disagree and she forwards my call to a higher up who should be able to help me figure out what is going on with the warranty, I never get through to a person and try for about a month straight to reach someone leaving voice message after voice message with not one return call. At this point it's been long enough and end up taking it to a mechanic myself where i find out the whole timing system and a valve need replacing, and also find out per owners manual this job has to be done at 90,000 miles which it was not so they sold me this vehicle 7,000 miles past this job being done basically selling me a vehicle waiting to completely loose the engine. After paying $6,000 at the mechanic and it still not working properly I file a BBB report against Brad Francis and low and behold they finally contact me stating I did indeed have an extended warranty this whole time and that they will immediately take my vehicle into their shop and get it fixed no offer to refund the money i had to spend on my own. They get my vehicle there around Christmas 2013 about 4 months after all this started and tell me that they are going to have to replace the engine entirely it is now Feb 25th 2014 and i have yet to get my vehicle back from them and still don't get a returned phone call from them when i call for an update i have had to go in there once a week myself for the past 5 weeks after my prenatal Dr appointments to see if anything is getting done, every time i go in i get the most rude customer service or just completely blown off by them when i do get anything out of them is it'll be done by Monday or Tuesday for the past 5 weeks! I am a mother of 3 with a fourth due in 4 days and have been without any kind of transportation this whole time with no concern from them about this i have no idea how i'll be getting to the hospital and they can care less to even keep me posted on the matter. I will be calling the BBB again today and also contacting the AG office asap. Please wish me luck, if i had know then what i do now about this place I would have never stepped foot onto their lot. I hope this will help some of you to make the decision not to go to them please go to a different dealership one that actually cares about their customers making the trip out to Albuquerque is beyond worth it for a vehicle purchase. read more
