Started my delivery order with a phone call to somebody who mumble whispered. Ordered the 12" BLT deluxe and Eggplant Parmigiana. My BLT considered of 3 pieces of bacon, some brownish lettuce, a burnt looking tomato, and more mayo than all other components combined. The delude included some soggy bubbled fries that occur from old under-heated oil and weak if any heat lamp. Ate half for dinner and soon found myself in the bathroom. Saved the rest for lunch the next day thinking maybe it was something else I ate, and soon found myself in the bathroom again. My first experience with Bradley Best, was far from the best. We needed a last minute delivery for lunch so I ordered from Grubhub at 12:07. Confirmation was received and delivery anticipated between 12:47 and 1:03. At 1:25, I called the restaurant to find out how much longer on the delivery and was told the order was never received. When I asked what do I do now, he said "it wasn't his problem!" So I contacted Grubhub, who also called the restaurant and verified the order was placed, and replaced the order verbally as well to confirm. I also called Bradley Best to confirm receipt. Whoever answered the phone did not seem sorry our order was messed up and told me next time to call directly.... Never apologized for the poor service. Finally at 2:45, we received the order, but had to pay again with cash -- even though it was already paid twice on the credit card The food was okay. We ordered the "deluxe" of the sandwiches which should have come with fries and a pickle but we did not get pickles and our fries were cold. Charging me three times for lunch is not good customers service. Telling me it isn't their problem is very poor customer service!! I expected an apology or something to rectify the bad experience but nothing. They could have sent a free drink or dessert or a card to say thanks for giving us a chance but all I got was two credit charges I have to now dispute with my bank... Got pizza here a couple times and never again, first time I called it in and the told me a half hour for potato skins and a pepperoni pizza, I showed up a half hour later and the food wasn't ready, no big deal. Well, it was a big deal when I had to wait in the restaurant an additional 30 minutes for my potato skins. The pizza was very good and I enjoyed it I ordered two more of the same the day after, this time around 1:30pm. When I got the pizzas, the quality of pizza a total disappointment. I was expecting another great pizza - why would you not? These two pizzas were thinner crust, they were burnt on the bottom and the cheese was dark brown. First off, I do not like to leave a terrible review since I like businesses to succeed but the bad customer service level I received merits this review. First the food: It was decent, nothing spectacular but not worth lowering the rating. I received the wrong delivery order and assumed it was my fault so I didn't press the issue. It was once they called me back asking me not to eat the food since they had my correct order in the delivery car and my order was for a different customer. They kept stressing that I shouldn't have touched the wrong food and should have called them right away. I then requested they bring the correct food which they declined because I started eating the other food. I was trying to explain to them on multiple levels they are responsible for delivering what I paid for but continued to decline their responsibility and rejected my request to deliver the correct food. If they corrected the order, I would rate them a 3-4 stars but they had to be called 4-5 times and the result was the employee was telling me he won't be bringing me the food unless I want to pay an extra 5 dollars since they are losing money. I don't believe they understand the concept of correcting a wrong. After 5 phone calls giving them multiple chances to correct their wrong, paying for the wrong food and the company not wanting to correct their mistake earns them less than one star. The experience really put a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily there are other pizza places in town with great food and a customer service level where they appreciate their customers instead of treating them like criminals. read more

I called the number to correct the problem. It turns out it was a 3rd party. When I explained the situation to John, he said he could not change it, and was very rude, so I ended up canceling the order. This was done minutes after placing the order. A while later, a driver came to my door. Very nice guy, but couldn't grasp that I canceled the order. I had already placed an order with a different place. The owner called and was very rude insisting that I take the food. I refused and he became more of an ass. I ended up hanging up on him and it appears I will have to dispute the transaction through my bank. Stay away!
