Paid 49.75 online for delivery 5 mins down the road, called them and they said 1 they didn't do delivery which there site and number both advertise and also claimed the order didn't go through, so I'm like okay hop off the call after giving them the order number and everything, called my bank the charge had been approved and sent the money to them already, my wife then called them back and brought up all the relevant information they refused to provide the service that was paid for, and hung up on us after putting us on hold for 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend staying away from this scam of a place, truly a miracle they aren't out of business yet read more

First off, the front desk man was amazing. And went out of his way to make our order because it was late at night and they have been closed for 20 minutes or so. He just kept working through. For $5.50 I had a "small" Grilled Cajun Chicken Salad that must have had 1/3 lb of excellent well cooked and well seasoned to zippy perfection chicken. The salad was a generous serving of lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, onions, green peppers, olives and a nice pepperoncini. To top things off, it was seved with a half loaf of grinder bread, toasted and garlic buttered .. For $5.50, that is one helluva steal. I've read the negative reviews of this place, and I am sure they were written for a reason. But on the other hand, I can only critique what I had there, and my fabulous lunch was one of the most outstanding balances of good value and excellent food that I have had in a very long time. Their menu is ambitious- I mean they have SEVENTEEN different salads in small ($4.50-$6.50) and large ($5.50-$8.50). Plus a boatload of grinders, pitas, quesadillas, burgers, seafood, wraps, pasta, pizzas (with NINE different crusts!), wings, and appys. It's like a Long Island diner masquerading as a pizza joint. This place seems to have gotten a lot of negative reviews. This is probably for good reason, but my experience hasn't been bad. However, I have only gotten pizza and garlic bread from here, and always did carry-out. The pizza seems pretty good. They might go a little skimpy on the cheese, but ordering extra cheese fixes that problem. I find their "bacon" to be...dubious. It seems more like minced deli ham. If doesn't look, smell, or taste like bacon. It is in the form of soft little slivers. The other few toppings I've had have been good. Their cheesy garlic bread is also pretty good. The cheese only seems to land in the middle section of the bread (with the ends being mostly just plain bread), but I see that at other places too. Their menu is a little confusing, but I seem to keep getting charged a little less than I would guess based on the menu, so no complaints there. Speaking of which, the prices I've seen always seem pretty reasonable. There is a bit of a language barrier...I get the feeling that only about two, maybe three people there can speak English very much, and I've only seen one person do so fluently. It looks a little like a second-rate hole-in-the-wall pizza joint, but as long as I avoid the "bacon," I'm happy with it. Side note: They prefer that you pay with cash. Guy delivered to the wrong end of my apartment complex and then yelled at me over the phone insisting he was in front of my building. So i threw away their menu. Tonight we all really wanted a calzone and no one around me delivers weeknights. I had to settle. Sure enough, its awful. A large calzone for 3 people and it comes with 2 little dressing size cups of sauce? the sauce is cold. Like it just came out of the fridge. The calzone itself was barely warm. The cheese had cooled and stiffened. I should not have to nuke freshly delivered food. the crust is tough and dry, like its been over cooked. The mushrooms taste like they came out of a can. You know, I could stomach this pizza - not too bad ... but here's my experience. I ordered 3 pizzas, 3 of them. When the delivery guy came, I had someone else pay for the pizzas. They told me $38 on the phone. The person who paid said "Wow, those were expensive pizzas ... how many did you order?" I say 3. They gave me 2 - one with cheese, one with 3 veggies. So, we got a coupon menu in the mail and it had been sitting on our counter for a week. My boys had been starting at the food and finally cracked into asking to get it. I looked up the review and told them it wasnt worth it since the reviews were mixed, and mostly negative. But, we ordered pick up there anyway. Was simple, straightforward ordering via phone. Pick up took a minute or two because the phone wouldn't stop ringing and there was only one person to manage the front. I opened the box and it smelled great but looked quite plain/simple for a pizza (compared to high end places like Carbone's where we go for a treat), but when we tried it, we loved it. Tasted like the best kid friendly, family favorite pizza you could imagine. It took me back to a warm fresh, flavorful pizza from my youth. For 10.99 per large, you cant go wrong here - we'll be going back for more and I recommend you look beyond the reviews and try for yourself. You might just have a similar experience. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 from Pizza Time on their website. The estimated delivery time was 6:15. I called at 6:35 to ask where my pizza was and they said the delivery guy was "just leaving". Ordered mild flavor but the sauce tasted like honey bbq and the skin was soggy and disgusting. The 'ranch dressing' the wings came with tasted like sour cream that was spoiled.
