super helpful and nice. the place is behind a gas station, but it's first class service. i thought i needed to replace my brakes, so he checked it out for free and told me they looked fine. not only that, he helped me troubleshoot where the grinding sound was coming from. he ended up finding where the previous installer installed something incorrectly and fixed that up for me with a minimal charge. will come back here for any brake issues in the future. read more

This place is awesome. needed to get my brakes fixed. I noticed them squeaking, Big-O-Tires told me I needed all 4 brakes fixed but they didn't have time today. I originally wanted to get my brakes checked to see if something was off as to why they felt heavy when braking, and he showed that my front brakes were worn due to my rear left brake was over tightened when I bought the car. Jon is a Honest Business Man, I used to Flip Cars and worked on Cars so I know How this Business Is. We have 5 Cars in our Family so we took First My Wife and Daughter's Car and He checked and Said Brakes are Fine on both Cars. Then After Two Weeks I took My 2007 Mitsubishi Galant Which Requires all Four Rotors and Brake Pads. Only Thing I dont like O'Reiley's Parts but He has given written Warranty which is my First Experience that Explains Jon's Honesty. All the Mechanics says 12 months or 12000 Miles Warranty, but No one write Down on Invoice including Dealers. He is Not Cheap though, but He charge the Same Price which any other Place can be read more

This place is great. Replaced my front axle brakes and rotors. Took a little less than an hour to finish which was awesome. I really enjoyed the fact that the owner didn't try to upsell by being deceitful, he let me know that my back ones still have life and that I don't need to replace them yet, but to be prepared within the next year. Really nice and honest shop. Thought I had to replace my brake pads, rotors and brake drums because the brakes just didn't feel right. After lifting the truck up and taking off the wheels I was told I just needed to lube up the parts, replace front pads and tighten some things up which saved me a lot of money. Because of the great reviews and wonderful phone call, today I drove an hour to Antioch to meet Jon and have him take a look at my brakes. Jon was incredibly friendly, respectful, and most of all HONEST! He immediately showed me that my brakes were not the issue at all, but that I needed a new wheel bearing as my tire wobbled back and fourth. He typed up a report for me so that I could accurately communicate the issue to the repair mechanic, and then wished me a safe drive home. After being shocked by the high costs of replacing brake pads and rotors by my car's local dealer, I searched on Yelp for an alternative. I read the good reviews and got a quote from Brake Pros. The quote was highly competitive ... about 2/5 of the dealer's quote. Asim was professional and answered all my questions. When I asked if I should just replace the rear rotors too, since I'm changing the front ones and all brake pads, he patiently explained that there was no need to as the wear and tear is minimal. He did give me a quote for brake fluid too but after he checked it, he said that it was still good and there was no need to change. I was and am impressed by his honesty and not wanting to make a quick buck out of my lack of knowledge. He completed the job within an hour.
