Not working the car says ... the guy got a combo service ... sorry for the wait ... Well inspection service lanes are for quick inspections .... 30 minutes pass .. same car ... still there ... tech walk over and says ... sorry, this guy Wants his tires rotated .... It's going to be another 15-20 minutes ... Remember ... this is the "Inspection Lane" .... At that point I asked him to ask the person behind me to back up ... so I could leave. Wasted 45 minutes ... and it would had been another 45 minutes ... all because they allowed 2 services that should Of been in the oil service Lane ... to be routed through the inspection service lane. I went up the road and got it inspected in 15 minutes !!!

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

The charged my card without showing the receipt and once I got it the double charged $50 for the cabin air filter. When I brought to their attention they said they can't do a refund, so I ask for cash, we do not have cash. The manager said should would put in a ticket and it would take 2-3 months to get it back. How can a company run a business and not be able to refund a mistake??? Crazy and unacceptable
