I don't normally leave a bad review, but this place was absolutely terrible. Almost every single thing was wrong. First I ordered a hot drink that was supposed to have whipped cream not only did it come without whipped cream, it was room temperature. They were out of several menu items. The Caesar's salad had almost no dressing and the entree size was the same size as the side salad just more expensive. It seems the food sat under the heating lamp for a long period of time. When the soup got here, it had a thick skin on it and the pasta Alfredo was hard as a rock. Also, the entrée spaghetti and meatballs was the exact same size as the kids spaghetti and meatballs just more expensive and the kids spaghetti and meatballs even had one more meatball. Dec. 19 th, Brava had a notice from the city on it's closed doors. There was a handwritten note explaining the water heater didn't work. Upon further investigation, Brava was shut down about a year ago for roach infestation. I image if you simply fix a broken water heater, the city doesn't shut the place down. read more

I made an online order for 2 today.  I walked in and there was no one, no hostess, no workers around.  I saw two ladies sitting by the door and I asked if they had been helped and they said no.  One of the ladies said she had been waiting for 15 minutes and no one had helped her.  I waited for maybe 5 more minutes and decided to walk in the restaurant to find someone.  I saw maybe only 3 tables of people eating out of the whole restaurant.  I walked closer to the kitchen area and still no workers.  I see the cooks and that's it.  They see me but don't say anything. I see a line of orders all sitting on the counter. I finally tracked a bartender down who is serving a man at the bar, she walked in from the back i'm guessing. She said that the hostess is somewhere and he will be right with me.  I see a guy pop up from a bread station.  He was eating.  He walked over to my area after about 2 minutes of staring at him. He didn't ask me if I had been helped.  I then said excuse me, can you help?  He waved me off and said  are you here for a to go order. I said yes and I gave my name.  He pointed at my bag of food that was already wrapped up and looked good to go. "oh it's right here. " He told me to go to the front and he would be there to help me.  WHAT!?!  I went to the front and here he comes and helps the two ladies that were waiting and then helped a man take a togo that got there after me to order and then still didn't acknowledge me.  I waited another 5 minutes and he walked back up and took payment from the guy who just ordered and then walked away again.  I went to the bartender and asked her for help.  I let her know my name and that my order was to go by 2pm.  She apologized and said ill get it for you.  Sure enough she grabbed it, just as it was before when I saw it. and gave it to me.  CJ then walked over and mumbled something to her and walked away.  The bartender told me she was sorry and told me his name "CJ"again and said that my food has been ready and that CJ is always rude.  I am so frustrated. i got there at 2 nd walked out after 2:30 I called minutes later to speak to a manager and CJ answered.  I asked to speak to a Manager and he said they were in meetings all day.  I asked who teh manager was? CJ said why?  This guy is extremely unprofessional.   He yelled at me and said he was only doing his job and began to yell at me on the phone and I hung up.  I would really like a call back or email from someone.  I fear he spit in my food. something worse.  He was incredibly disrespectful and should be far from customer service and far from the food industry. He is unkind and disrespectful.   He is the hostess and sets the tone for every customer.  That's unbelievable for him to act that way. My food was cold and dry. June 7, 2025 This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I ate there last night, and the restaurant looked like it was about to close. The seats were torn; we were given menus that were made from a copier on RED paper that was so hard to read. Our bottle of wine was served with no glasses due to no clean glasses, but they left dirty glasses standing on a shelf above a bench. The bread at the table arrived when our did came out. We ordered Caesar salads that must have been made the night before and only consist of wilted lettuce, a few breadcrumbs and dressing. We were there at least 1/2 hour before others and everyone was served 1st, which was fine, but no one came to check on us or give us any update. A gentleman, which I assume was the manager served us our dinner, not the waitress. He was dressed in pants and some sort of polo shirt, not professionally dressed. After that the only other time we were check on was when the waitress brought us the check. Did not bother to see if we wanted anything else, no desert or more water, etc. Just the entire atmosphere was not the same fun, clean, friendly place I remember. Went for ladies Brunch on Sunday Nov 15th with 2 other ladies. We ordered Waffles & Cream, Stuffed French toast and Eggs Benedict. My DIL waffles were so hard she could barely cut them with a knife, there's Benedict arrived with no hollandise sauce and the poached eggs were hard boiled, when her sauce finallyarrivedit was sour and curdled. Our sides of bacon were burned.We had to flag down a hostess to ask for a replacement meal. When my friend asked for something else they left the Eggs Benedict on table fir the rest of the meal. The manager never came by to apologize or check on the table. And to top it off they left all of dirty plates on the table the entire time, never asked if we wanted more water or Espresso Martini (the only good thing) and they also left an empty plate from another person's table behind my friend head on the ledge! I have worked in the service industry for MANY years...for 2 horrible breakfast and 2 drinks it was $66 and for the 1st time EVER I left no tip!! We didn't even know who our server was....the hostess dropped the check! So disappointed...I have been wanting to go there for months and will NEVER return! read more

Wowwweeeee ! Came here with my dad for a nice dinner after we both had a long drive :) the WARM bread was absolutely marvelous and our pasta was very tasty. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating ! The only issue....the ambiance. It seemed as though this was a Olive Garden knock off gone wrong. My dad did not care for the half walls as we could see everyone's head peaking over them. Overall might come back again if necessary. Also... I wish the name was not bravo but that's none of my business. read more

So the place is nice inside. I like the atmosphere here but seems like they don't have enough staff. Was not overly full but OMG waitress seems to have forgotten us. Looks very clean and comfortable. Menu looks like it had great food. I'm leaning towards the spaghetti! Service was not great so that took away from the experience. Food is great so that is a plus. 3.5/5 stars to be clear When we first arrived the hostess greeted us rather stiffly, but she was courteous. After being seated we were brought water and our order was taken. The calamari appetizer was a little overcooked and bland, but the sauce and breading were delicious. The kids' pizzas were very good, and the "best pasta" was pretty good. My chicken marsala was also good, but it was actually outshined by the sides (mashed potatoes and asparagus), go figure. Unfortunately the adult entres were finished about 10 minutes before the pizzas so me and my husband's food was barely warm while our children's pizzas were piping hot. The vanilla bean Gelato was also yummy, though nearly half melted when we got it. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. She was busy but did a great job. Three years ago I swore I would never go back to Bravo Italian Kitchen. Well I broke down and decided to give it another try. No change! Seats in the booth are still torn. Tables haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Greasy, sticky and damp. I ordered a simple spaghetti and meat balls dish but asked to change the sauce to a meat sauce. I wasn't informed that there was an additional charge for this. When the meal arrived it was the wrong dish. No problem, stuff happens. When I got the bill it had an extra charge for $4.95. When I asked the waitperson why, she said it was for the meat sauce. Are you kidding me??? Next time I go to Bravo Italian Kitchen will be on the 12th of never! I just have to commend the staff for making my families and my experience for Thanksgiving absolutely fantastic. Our server, Teryn, was amazing. Even though she was incredibly busy, she kept her cool and was supper attentive to our needs. Even when the kitchen became backed up, she was always checking on our food and very apologetic for the time it took. Which for a busy holiday, is quite understandable and acceptable. The food was very good and cooked just to our liking. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and especially Teryn. She is a great server. I love the food, but the last few times I've gotten take out via pick up or delivery I haven't received focaccia bread. Hard to justify buying a $17 dinner salad when you don't even get that. There's no where to even ask for it on the apps. An option should be added for this unless it's no longer offered. On top of that this side salad is the size of a side. Not impressed. read more

I was in Albuquerque passing through on my journey on Route 66. I drove for 12 hours, got tired, checked into a hotel and all I wanted was to eat Italian food and go to bed. I liked this place in dordash and I made an order, 2 pastas and a salad. While I was waiting , I read reviews and was terrified ! I was scared and even wanted to cancel the order. It's a good thing I didn't manage to cancel it already. It was the best pasta in my 1.5 years in the USA. Horrible Italian restaurant in Albuquerque.! To -Go--- Forgot desert. The pasta was dry and stuck together... They forgot to include desert that we ordered. Bravo is a really nice place for any event! We went for a work luncheon and had perfect service, perfect drinks, and perfect food. There is really nothing to complain about. The food was rush in flavor and the wait time was within acceptable parameters. The only reason for the missing star was due to being provided water and taking out drink order within a 15 minute window. We almost asked someone to provide menus because everyone had noticed it had taken a long time. (I used to work in the industry so I'm aware of timeframes). Aside from that, our server was spot on. Tasty & fresh bread to start, very good. Unlike any other bread. I especially enjoyed the accompanying oil mixture that came with it. I ordered lasagne and had a nice Caesar salad also. The lasagne was not that big but very tasty. The cheese was exquisitely melted and very creamy. You could definitely taste the meat as there wasn't too much tomato sauce like at other places. For a beverage I had the peach ice tea called San Benedetto imported from Italy, Very good too. This is definitely a nice restaurant worth revisiting soon! read more

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but now it's definitely not worth the price you pay for the quality of food. The restaurant was dirty, they were out of straws. The waitress kept saying bread was in the oven and after we finished eating we asked about it again and she said they were all out of bread. First, the wait staff was perfect and that was all. They ran out of breaded chicken for Chicken Parm , probably frozen. The Calamari was about half an order from last year. My shrimp scampi was just a mess of spaghetti in oil and the shrimp (6) looked like they were just tossed in at the last minute from a Costco bag. Not sauteed, no garlic, and no butter. The Coustini was stale and coated with oil, not butter and inedible. Looked like two bread sticks cut in half yesterday. I, my wife and I, have been patrons for over 10 years but no more. I don't care if the place folded because it will save some unsuspecting diner the same lousy food we received. Our waiter was terrific: he was not only professional and courteous but also attentive despite being the only server at the time.
