There's a ground level and an overlooking area which I like aesthetically with additional seating. Luckily after walking around to find a seat by the time my drink was ready, I was able to grab a seat. There are outlets along the walls making it easy to charge up wherever you sit. The coffee wasn't remarkable and I found it to be a little bitter but it was okay. I was disappointed with the lack of Christmas type drinks and opted for one of the fall themed drink.
