Interestingly enough, I had never heard of this establishment. I ended up visiting because a friend decided to host a birthday brunch here. I was about 45 minutes early so I decided to grab a seat at the bar to kill some time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Initially I was cold while sitting there, but once we moved to a back section, it was hot and there was no air movement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I must also say that it takes forever to receive your food AND drinks. It doesn't matter if you're sitting at the bar or at a table. I was willing to overlook this because the food was really good. I'm praying it wasn't because I was so hungry from waiting. Unique was an awesome, carefree server/bartender. Any who, try it out for yourself. There's free parking available in more than one location just in case the parking garage is too full. It was definitely an experience just like the bartender proclaimed it would be.

I love eating at Breakfast at Barney's. I recently went with a friend who was trying it for the first time, and later my sister and her family joined us at the booth next to ours. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience was cool, laid back, and welcoming as always.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was delicious per usual! The only downside was the service at our table. My friend and I had a pretty long wait between receiving our meals and I had to get the server's attention a few times. Meanwhile, the server assisting my sister's table was very attentive. Despite that, I know people are human and everyone can have an off day. Overall, the food definitely made up for it!

Stopped in today for breakfast and really enjoyed. Parked in the garage next door which was validated. We had no reservation and there was no wait (wed morning) my dad ordered the omelette and I ordered the French toast which came with eggs and protein. They had no pork which shocked me but the turkey sausage was good. The prices are on the high side but overall I would go back.

I had really high hopes for Breakfast at Barney's based on the atmosphere alone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is absolutely beautiful--it feels like something straight out of a magazine. The decor is stylish, inviting, and definitely one of the highlights of the experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was also great. Our server was attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. We started with the fried green tomatoes, and when they arrived, we asked for a dipping sauce only to find out they were out of the sriracha mayo that normally comes with them. My sister and I both ordered the Yard Bird. The fried chicken was seasoned well and cooked perfectly, but the waffle was just okay and didn't really stand out. My mom ordered the salmon croquettes with eggs and grits. The croquettes had a much stronger fish flavor than we're used to and weren't what we expected from a traditional salmon croquette. She said the grits were just okay as well. Overall, the ambiance and service were the stars of our visit, but the food was underwhelming for us. While I'm glad we gave it a try, I don't think it's a place I would return to.

It has been years since I visited this spot. Arrived when they first opened, the food was okay and the service was good. The lamb chops were the best! Four stars for the lamb chops alone, and three stars for everything else. I was disappointed with the grits. They were pretty runny. I couldn't even eat them later when I warmed it up. The soul rolls were good, but not overwhelming. Overall, good food, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Elevated comfort food! It was my first stop after feeling sick when I needed a pick me up and it did not disappoint. The portions are satisfactory. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a dj when I went which gave it a vibe but if thats not your style i would just be aware.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

ATL's popular brunch scene. We visited on a rainy Saturday morning and walked in around 10ish--luckily, we were able to grab seats at the bar right away. We devoured the deviled eggs (so good we ordered a second round). The Savannah fish and grits was satisfying. Service was attentive. This was a great start to our Saturday morning. Paid valet parking is available in the attached garage, which makes it convenient. I'd definitely return to explore more of the menu.

    Salmon croquettes and cheesy grits

I was really looking forward to trying Breakfast at Barney's, especially after hearing so much about it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The standout for me was definitely the ambiance. The decor is beautiful, stylish, and creates a great atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was also excellent--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the experience. The fried green tomatoes were underseasoned, and they were out of the signature sauce that's typically served with them, which was disappointing. I ordered the salmon croquettes with grits. The croquettes had a much stronger fish flavor than I prefer, and the grits were just okay. I also tried the espresso martini, and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't particularly memorable either. Overall, I felt the food was overpriced for the quality and flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for a beautiful brunch spot with great service and Instagram-worthy decor, it's worth a visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But based on my experience, the food wasn't anything I'd rave about.

I ordered from Uber Eats and I got this meal for only $12 and it was worth every dollar I would still pay full price for this. It was delicious. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but this makes me want to go and visit the restaurant. If this is what they're serving on we Uber Eats I can't wait to be there in person. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did see that they have nice decor in the restaurant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I believe when I finally visit the music will be nice as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I brought a party of 7 for a Saturday brunch to celebrate a birthday and overall had a really great experience. This was my second visit. We didn't have reservations, but the wait was surprisingly short which was a great start to the day. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and drinks -- everything was flavorful and came out well prepared. A special shout out to Chantelle, who was both our bartender and waitress. She absolutely elevated the experience for us with her attitude, service, and energy. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great time celebrating. The only downside was one interaction with another staff member who was delivering coffee, water, and drinks to our table. I told her I had a question, and she responded "give me one second." When she returned with more drinks, she quickly said our waitress would be back soon to answer all of our questions and hurried away. It came across as dismissive and a little rude. Other than that moment, the experience was very enjoyable. In fact, some members of our party loved it so much they came back the very next day for more brunch.

While the food was decent, everything was very overpriced. Our food took a very long time to come out and when we finally received our entrees one of the people in our group was still waiting because apparently they made it wrong. We didn't receive his food until everyone was done eating. They did take his food off the bill. Then when we went to pay, the waitress came over with the card machine. we asked for the itemized bill and she said she would print one out afterwards. We should've known this was strategic because we didn't see until after we paid that gratuity was already included for our party of 4. So the waitress was double tipped after horrible service . I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely won't be coming back. They will charge for everything, even simple changes like scrambled egg vs fried is an extra charge. It was ridiculous.[[HIGHLIGHT]]One positive : The space has nice decor and there's plenty of photo ops but the seating wasn't that comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Ask the Community - Breakfast At Barneys

    Are they kid friendly?

Although it's more a grown and sexy setting I don't see them turning away kids or families

    Do they take Reservations?

No, you join a waitlist when someone from your party joins.

    Do they have wifi?

    Yes!

    Do they take Apple Pay?

    Yes they do.

    Do they have outdoor seating?

Yes they do! In the front of the restaurant on the sidewalk.

Is this restaurant good for groups?

    Yes

    Is there bar seating?

Yes, there is. It us U shaped, so about 15-20 seats total. Hope this helps!

    How is the parking?

Right next to is valet parking for $5 dollars or if you go down a little bit further down its a parking garage you can park for free I believe.

What is the best day and time to come here?

During the week or very early on weekends.

    Are the pancakes vegan?

No , they have some great vegan options.

Where is the link to join the waitlist?

No link. It's a 30-40 min wait to even get on that list

Where is the waitlist for me to sign up?

You must do that in person at the hostess stand

There is no waitlist. Business needs to update so customers can discontinue the wild goose chase right?

I feel the same way. I went once and would love to go back but sitting in the car or just trying to hang around for 2 hours doesn't sound all that attractive for me to go back.

    Is the waitlist gone?

You have to physically in go and put your name on the list.

Where is the link to joint the waitlist?

There isn't one. I've tried calling even when I'm on my way and been told no waitlist...

So if u guys don't have reservation how do I actually get on a waitlist because I'm coming with a large party of ppl so I need some help please?

There is no waitlist. You have to get on it at the hostess stand on arrival. I suggest you go early on a weekday

    Is it good for families/kid's?

    Yes,

Is it worth the long wait?

As much as I love the food I would never do the wait again. I recommend checking them out at a less popular time so you can get a good experience without the long standing, crowd induced wait. Food is amazing but the lack of care towards reducing…

How do you join the waitlist?

The food is good but I will never wait that long again

    Do they have bottomless mimosas?

    No they don't!
