if you go to watch/talk about world football or rugby, this place is easily 4+ stars. if you're not interested in such glorious matters, the place falls to 2 stars. its a classic pub style bar but also has a large outdoor seating area. the food at the brewhouse is sub par but it does enough to get job done (you shouldn't be spending your dinning dollars at a pub anyway). the bartenders can be hit or miss, but usually the service is prompt and playful. if you follow soccer (or any sport for that matter) i highly suggest you give this place a try (saturdays or sundays in the early afternoon), you'll likely fall in love. if you don't, i suggest you stay away as there are far better 'hang out' spots nearby. read more

Brewhouse is a cool spot right smack dab in the middle of L5P. It's a great place to catch a football match - with the crowd overwhelmingly supporters of Arsenal - - living in North London for the past 6 months I have no problems with this. Many beers on tap and decent enough pub fare to much on. Small on the inside - but for sporting events it establishes a certain atmosphere because of it. When not packed inside - hit the patio - place is superb to unwind any day of the week. read more

Im reviewing this place just for the food and not the bar or sports bar aspect. Because we came here for brunch cuz nothing else was available in the area. I'm so glad we did cuz I loved the food and I'm a stickler on food. The had the Brewhouse feast which had everything!!! Eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, grilled tomato (yummily done!) and your choice of a side: home fries, fruit, grits, and some bread item. I got the grits and I remembered how the English muffin sucked. I'm like how can you mess up on an English muffin? Well it was raw tasting, barely toasted and brushed with butter. The texture was raw and grainy. So don't order that please! But the dish was delicious!!! I looooooovvveeee that you get so much variety on it for only $8 something! My friend had the omelet and he said he liked it. So folks if you want good food this is it! I dunno what else they do at night but you get 2 thumbs up for brunch here. The only bad comment is that our food took FOREVER to come. We were warned and at the end the waitress gave us a tiny discount (10-15%) off for the wait. That tells me it's like 2 guys cooking in the back for the entire restaurant. The waitstaff was definitely a "sports bar" staff. I'll just leave that comment to your own interpretation. Great place for watching international football (soccer for all the Yankees) games. I've came here to watch Euro 2008 and World Cup 2010. Other than that, the service is slow, the drinks are standard and the food is no more than average. Last time I visited, the waiter was nowhere to be found. I found an empty table, and had to wait 20 minutes for one to take my order. The place is somewhat small, especially during major matches when you have to push through people to come to the bar to order drinks. read more

Every time we eat there the food is great! I am sad though that the Salmon BLT is no longer on the menu but the turkey panini was just as good. The chicken tenders are coated in a light flaky beer batter and are so soft you have to try them. read more

I come here often for the no BS type of place it is. Often I can be found parked in front of a TV watching soccer. Drinks are always cold, food is always tasty bar style grub. Wings are pretty decent. People watching from the patio is AWESOME. In the winter they have a beef stew to die for. It can get a bit of the run over from the OTP crowd who crammed up vortex. Sometimes they dont know how to behave themselves and should stick to TGIF's!!! Other wise I go here about once every 2 weeks. read more

As a soccer fan the atmosphere at the brewhouse is fantastic. It's an arsenal bar but as a man utd fan there's a diverse mix of fans. Went to see a US-Mexico match and the place was packed. During the NFL season they switch over to football games at 1. The food is a little overpriced but they come in big proportions. Drinks are expensive, the mixed drinks are good though. I recommend the painkiller to any morning drinker. read more

Laid back, which I totally like. You can bring your dogs. During soccer, I won't go to any other bar because there are tv's everywhere. Great patio for people watching. The food is good. Had a hugely awesome time there last weekend with some buddies! I had calamari and the prime sandwich. We all had pitchers of beers. The service was amazing. I think his name was Josh. Its a fan favorite for soccer matches but other than that its pretty standard. Our waitress was good and the food and service were OK nothing to write home about. During the USA world cup match it got insanely crowded and they ran out of tea, ice, and some beer. I get it, the crowd is crazy. At half time they played reggae music for some reason and when I asked a server if they could turn it off since the second half had started she said "probably not". On top of the crowd they had no large TVs for everyone to see. Lots of people standing in the way. Very dissapointing and frustrating for a place claiming to be the #1 soccer pub in Atlanta. Why, Hello Yelp-town! I'm back again with another fabulous spot to tout. Brewhouse Cafe, located in Little Five Points is one of my very favorite places to grab a brew and people watch. With seating available indoors, screened in, and patio style you are free to choose your own tempo and temperature. I always opt for a good ol' patio seat where I can catch some rays and watch my fave reality show... reality! If taking in the sights isn't your thing, no need for despair, Brewhouse has free wifi and TVs that are constantly tuned in to the latest in sports (mostly soccer of course) leaving you the option to choose your thrill. As for the food: I always, always, always order the Gyro and tater-tots, I figure if it ain't broke don't fix it! I hear that they have great bangers and mash but I'm a little wary of deviating... the food, for me, isn't the star; it's the locale and extra cool/ casual ambiance that makes for a laid-back afternoon wooo-saah! My fiancé and I had lunch at Brewhouse today. We got the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. He ordered the steak sandwich and fries, and I got the bangers and mash. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive. The best part about our experience though was how dog friendly they were! We had our dog with us and it seemed to be just as important to the staff that he was well taken care of as it was that we were. When the server brought our waters he brought him a bowl of ice water as well. They also had all natural dog ice creams. He was given lots of attention and left a very happy dog. I really enjoyed the final game of the World Cup here. Kevin our server, was fun, gracious, super busy - but even with a standing room overflow and on top of everything with the chaos of the game; although there were some big hiccups through out the morning and early afternoon, he went over and above to ensure everyone was enjoying him or her self. I will go back again and again for the fish and chips which were worth the $10 price point and were some of the best French fries (chips) I have ever had. The fish was fried perfectly and was a large piece enough to take home leftovers. I opted for ranch instead of tartar and glad that I did. I can't wait to see another game at this lovely little spot in a quaint part of Atlanta know as Little Five Points. If you haven't been there, you should try it if you like a loud party like atmospheres where the people are friendly and enjoy cheering on their team. So I used to visit the Brewhouse quite often because the patio is fantastic, and the food is good. But I eventually got sick of the notoriously horrible, terrible, slow as molasses service and stopped going there for a couple years. Recently, I decided to give it another try. I started off slowly by stopping by for a late night drink at the bar. They were pretty close to shutting the doors for the night, but the bartender was super nice and gave me several opportunities to order another drink if I wanted(this doesn't happen everywhere, most bars shine lights in your face to get you to leave.) Then I went for lunch. Had great service and food. And just the other night went again for dinner. I don't know what happened, but they sure got their act together. Can't wait for the warm weather again so I can waste away a nice afternoon on the patio! read more

This is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in the Atlanta area, if not ever. I HIGHLY suggest steering clear of this restaurant. I met some friends there on a Saturday night and arrived a little after they did. They had already ordered and it was busy, but the service was terrible. It took the server over 20 minutes to come ask what I wanted to eat and drink. It was roughly an HOUR until I got my food. I would have left, but my friends were still there. To top the evening off, as the server was handing out checks to the people who had already eaten, he handed me my check BEFORE I had even gotten my food. The food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the wait. If you want good food in Little 5 Points, go to the Porter. read more

I like this place, I really do. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. The patio is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and people watch. There are two main reasons this place gets only two stars. 1. I saw a rat. Can't get the thought of that nasty little critter possibly nibbling on my toes out of my head. 2. The last time I was there I had a super rude waitress. Having been a waitress in the past, I can tell when you don't want to serve a table because you're at the end of your shift. I also tip extremely well, so she missed out. Next time I go, I'll be sure to request one of the other servers and prop my feet up as I eat. read more

The management and waitstaff allow homeless panhandlers to solicit customers for money. This happened to us and others in the restaurant while the staff watched from afar. Something about someone dying and leaving her two kids and then he needed 82 dollars. After manager confusingly insisted we be waited on by the staff rather than order at the bar, surly waiter kept forgetting to let us order and walking away dismissively. Do not come here. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just had such a bad experience I felt like it needed to be shared. My friend and I came here yesterday, this is a normal spot for her and she wanted to bring me here while showing me around the town. We came for some wings. We were greeted by our server who was at first very informative and helpful w questions we had about the menu. After ordering our food, the server came over and dropped our plates and sauces. When my friend opened hers, she asked for another blue cheese. The server seemed to be annoyed by this, and then came by and dropped off a new blue cheese. He checked on our table unnecessarily every 2 mins w no food on a our tables. 10 mins pass, and he comes by and switches her blue cheese out again which made us believe he did something to it? Some of our wings were undercooked so we ended up eating about half and then threw our napkins on our plates and stacked them up. (Cleaning up a little) We then asked for the manager... and our server came back w the wings we threw away.. in a box asking us why we didn't want them? I found that extremely weird being we didn't ask him to box them or anything they were all ready to be thrown away. When the manager came to our table he became very flustered quickly telling us he didn't understand what we were trying to tell him about our undercooked wings. We are both servers are selfs so I explained that our intent was not at all to get free food we just wanted to make him aware of the problem (our undercooked wings). I was shocked to say the least by the way the manager handled the problem. Seemed like he took it really personal. read more
