Unfortunately, I was really disappointed since they seemed boiled rather than fried and probably wasn't fully cooked since they were pretty hard to eat--they were slightly hard in the middle. I also wasn't the biggest fan of the sauce. I couldn't finish them and no one at the table liked them. I also had some fries since I was still hungry, but they were over salted. One friend ordered a burger, and wasn't too impressed by it. Besides that, the service was good and the staff were nice. The staff is always very kind about putting it on the game you want to watch. As for sports watching this is one of the best places around, just be careful of the corner of the bar by the dart board. We originally went to a different restaurant down the street, but after sitting down and placing our order, they told us we couldn't stay because one of our party members was underage. None of us wanted alcoholic drinks, but if you're the type of person who enjoys having a drink, catching a game on TV, and relaxing, this is definitely that kind of spot. When we arrived, it wasn't busy at all, which made for a very smooth experience. I can't say how it might be during peak hours, but if you want to avoid a rush, I'd recommend going a little earlier. We ordered a pizza along with a few other items, and everything was spectacular. The pizza, in particular, stood out--it had a perfectly crunchy crust on the outside while staying soft on the inside, loaded with toppings, and packed with flavor. Honestly, it was one of the best slices I've ever had. Would I come back? Absolutely--hands down. I'd also recommend this spot to anyone. Table for 2 for Dinner As I approached, I noticed the restaurant has its own very small parking lot. I was lucky enough to find one of the few open spots. We walked through the patio, passing by tables shaded with umbrellas and a pergola, I saw a server chatting with another group. I asked if we could seat ourselves, and she said yes, so we grabbed a table outside. The place definitely leans toward a dive-bar feel. Our server came over after a few minutes with our menus. They have a solid beer lineup--drafts, bottles, and cans--along with a food menu that offered more variety than I expected. Wifey went with the margherita pizza paired with a Carlsberg Pilsner, while I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a side of coleslaw with a Scofflaw Basement IPA. Our beers came out quickly, though I thought my IPA could have been a little colder. We also had three TVs nearby showing the game, which was a bonus. About 15-20 minutes later, the food arrived looking fresh and better than we anticipated. My sandwich was perfectly crispy with great flavor, and Wifey really enjoyed her pizza--so much that she ended up packing some to take home. Our server, Stella R., mentioned she was new, but she was attentive throughout. The beer selection was strong, and the food was fresh and tasty. While the interior had that true dive-bar darkness when I walked through to the restroom, it turned out to be much bigger inside than I expected. Came here on a nice evening for the patio. Waited about 15 mins and no server came to our table although there were at least two working the patio which was not busy at all (only 4 other tables). Then someone got up from one of the table and asked us if anyone had take our order. We said no and she said she would grab someone. Seems she worked there since she bussed a table on her way. Went there to watch the Clasico and it was super cool. Getting to watch the game with other people is so much better than watching at home. Even though there were people rooting for both teams, there was respect among fans and just overall cheers and celebrations, even with total strangers. We got there even before the game started and it was already pretty packed but one of the employees was nice and put two bar stools in the bar so we could sit. My boyfriend and I each ordered the chicken tenders and fries and they were really good. The margarita was also good, I recommend. read more

We had a great time watching the Wild Card games at Brewhouse. It's a really fun and kind of divey sports bar on the inside, and on the outside (on a nice day), it's great for people watching in L5P. Our visit earlier this month was during one of the crazy Atlanta snow days, and our server, Andy, was one of the only people who was able to come in that day. Despite being the only server on the floor, he killed it! He was friendly, checked in on us frequently, and brought me a side of ranch free of charge. The food was delicious. We had the chicken empanadas as an appetizer, and they were by far the best I've had at a restaurant in Atlanta. Try both house-made sauces! My husband and I both got burgers which were sizable and came with a large helping of fries/tots. We can't wait to be back! read more

This place is a true dive, but I like dives, so no problem. It's dark in there, even during the daytime, a true mood, if you will. It's also quite a large space, which is nice during these times. Once seated at the bar, I challenged the bartender to find a beer for me that: 1. Is local 2. Has a high ABV 3. Isn't too hoppy He was up for it, had probably been pretty bored before I showed up. Right away he brought over 2 samples. I didn't like either. After he dropped off a 3rd sample, he ran to intercept a "customer" who was trying to leave without paying. It was fascinating. Guy turned into an Avenger right before my eyes! After handing that issue, he came back in and calmly poured me a 16oz beer of the last sample I'd had. All the remaining patrons in the bar joked with him about the incident and he was super good natured about everything. Featuring a spacious covered patio, it is one of the best spots in the neighborhood to while away an afternoon. We stopped in on a gloomy day for lunch, and had a couple of beers/cocktails from their massive list. For lunch, we shared an order of fries, jalapeño poppers, and two house salads, making for a nice light lunch. The service is always exceedingly friendly and low key. Decent spot! Came here to watch some March Madness games. The food is decent at best. I had the BELT sand which was relatively good with the tater tots. Lots of drink options on the menu, most being beer and wines. It's a very laid back, casual location in Little 5 Points and seemed to have a large following for sports (note: I was the one member of my group not watching basketball). We came to Brewhouse Cafe on a Saturday afternoon to catch up with a friend. This was recommended by the friend, and since i'd never been I figured why not? I've passed by Brewhouse Cafe hundreds of times, and if you've been down moreland, so have you, as they're located at the corner of Moreland ave and Euclid ave. There's indoor as well as outdoor seating, with a large patio. They're also dog friendly, so bring the pup if you got one. Parking is a smallish lot that seems like it could get pretty full pretty quickly, however we found parking. For this day we were just getting appetizers, and we ordered/split wings. We ordered the Jumbo lemon pepper wings for $9.95. The jumbo wings came with 6 wings, and weren't exactly jumbo. They seemed regular size to me. The seasoning on these wings are aggressive, as in you'll need to drink water after each wing! My problem with the wing is they weren't crispy at all. They were very plump in the middle, juicy even, but no crisp or crunch when you chomped down. That's kinda a thing for me. Positives about Brewhouse? If you're interested in a game or any sporting event, there are screens all over the place with lots of seating and bar food/beer for days. Staff are also pretty cool...even the owner stopped by to check in on us and others! I just don't think the food quality matches the price or quantity of food provided, and there's just too many places in and around the area to keep coming back just for the food. If you are a soccer fan, or even just a sports fan this is the place to be. From viewing Atlanta United games to Liverpool (for premiere league games they open up early) games to Falcons games, this is were you go. Its very loud and fun and it feels super welcoming to be with like minded people who are there for a game. If you've been looking for a place to hang out to watch your team, this is where you go. Its in the heart of Little 5 points and the Outkast mural is right next door for a great photo session. Negatives are that the place inside is very cramped. The bathrooms are right next to the bar and the doors are open so it can smell like toilet water if you sit right next to it. But just sit a little further and you'll be ok. Parking is tight! Like wayyyyyy to tight. When its a game day, the servers and even the bartender get overwhelmed. But when there's a crap ton of people crowding in, its only reasonable to just remain patient. Seating can get cramped to. But everyone seems to be nice so just saying "excuse me" when getting in and out of your seat is all you need to do. Positives are that the food is great! Beer on tap and tons of options drink wise. Its a fun place and I always bring my friends with me. Its inexpensive and friendly. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can sit on the patio. It was my first time going to this Irish Pub and being from England and a Chelsea futbol fan, I was impressed. Me and my buddy was on a pub crawl that day so I didn't have a lot of time to do a deep dive and get all of the pics and details that I plan to get next time. The vibe is cool and the patrons are football fanatics and I loved it! The barkeeper was also from the UK, so we had a lot in common, a few laughs and some inside jokes that my buddy didn't quite understand. As the official Arsenal FC bar for the Atlanta supporters club (ATL Gooners), Brewhouse always does well to accommodate us, but aside from that, they have great servers, good drinks, and a solid food menu. The food is unassuming, but they have some decent breakfast and lunch dishes that can surprise you - but really nothing's bad. A good place to watch games or to come late night in place of waffle house.. Just another sports bar to me.. If you enjoy beer and mediocre food + watching games then this is your place. We came here for a team event so we ordered a few pitchers of beer and some appetizers. Apps we had wings, fries, jalapeno poppers, spinach dip, shrimp basket, and queso. None of the food tasted good... wings were soggy, fries were not hot, everything tasted like it had been out for a while before they brought it to us. Service was friendly, but very slow. Stopped by today for lunch on the patio. They were doing a good job of being COVID aware. Staff was friendly and efficient. My wife got the Mixed Green Salad with Gyro meat. I got the Meatball Hoagie. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her salad. I also enjoyed my meatball hoagie, however I have to mention that I was surprised by how small the meatballs were. I've never seen that before with a meatball sub. (See photo) In my opinion, they either need to put 3 regular size meatballs in there, or add 3 or 4 more small ones. Been watching soccer...football...whatever here since the late 1990s and this place is absolutely the best venue in the city for watching the Beautiful Game. However, last weekend I went to the Brewhouse with a few friends to watch USA vs England in the WC. We arrived at 10:00 am for a 2:00 pm kickoff hoping to watch Holland play the morning match. Well, the bar was at maybe 20% capacity with over half the tables empty and reserved. We went elsewhere and spent the next six hours (and more than a few hundred dollars) while the Brewhouse tables sat empty with non-existent non-paying "regulars." Pretty disappointed in y'all, not sure when I'll be back. read more

"Nachos all the way" didn't come from any way except from straight from a refried bean can. They've always had a slow kitchen but we've looked past it because the food has always been killer.
