Do Better Brewingz. Good Lord. Prime spot, convenient location, they have the perfect setup if they could just staff with competent people appropriately. Friday night at 8pm and not a bartender in sight. Sat for 15 minutes and was told it will be a few... saw the "bartender" entering dining orders and running to go food. What is wrong with this place? The food was a 2 but the service there brought it up. We decided to go here since we had a gift card and it was ok. The order wait wasn't bad but we ordered all drums so we did have to wait for that to be turned around. The wings themselves weren't anything to write home about but they were bad. The chicken strips I decided to try, tasted a bit off and had the textured chew of something likely frozen. And I understand they likely are coming from being frozen but that fact shouldn't come threw that obvious. I decided to put a flavor on my fried shrimp which wasn't a good idea. Between the chicken strips and the shrimp, I had to force myself to eat the food. BUT I do give credit where due. While I could pass on the food the service was pretty good. The waitress was good in response to the fact we had to have the order switched. Did have to find her a bit but beyond that, I'm not too mad at service. The waitress and manager didn't initially know how to process the gift card we had but what I consider a good show of faith they ended up doing so. I believe they just discounted the amount of the card off instead of processing which works the same for us. We may still have the gift card able to be used but as me and my girl weren't fans we won't be cashing it in if it is. read more

Don't come on Mondays. It's dead. Service sucks. You'd think it'll be better because it's dead. Nah. Server rarely to came to check on us. Margarita Mondays and he got brought out a hurricane. We didn't know til our bill came and saw it was a hurricane instead of a margarita. It was blended in a blender so it separated and it tasted bad. Too strong and too sweet. It was cold inside, it was like 2 other tables and it's no reason for service to be this bad. Our server comes to check on us everything. My friend ordered a margarita and she brought out a hurricane instead. I ordered suicidal lemon pepper wings and got extra hot and the suicidal lemon pepper on the side. No ranch. I had to ask for it. Come on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On the busy days. You'd think on the slower days, you'd wanna tighten up on service and quality. Not be lazy. Server must be new here. i've been a big fan of BreWingz since 2016, I used to go twice a week. Its been a while but I came back last night with family/friends. Usually I would order the boneless hot and boneless mild lemon pepper, I know a lot of people dislike when they're supper oily, but I think that's what I used to love most about them. I ordered my old usual and there was definitely been some changes since last time I went. the lemon pepper didn't have the oil I used to love :( and the hot had a strangely similar flavor to the mango habanero (I tired from my friends). they were still great quality though and the onion rings were seriously devineeeeeee!! Oh! our server was AMAZING! another thing I always loved about BreWingz is the service, definitely didn't disappoint this time! My friend downs his Dr Pepper like there's no tomorrow anywhere he eats, and our server kept up with his refills each time. The food is usually very good, if the wait staff get your order right. The drinks are good, made fresh and reasonable. The place needs a deep clean of the tables, floors and windows, too bad the four waitresses were standing at the front taking selfies and chit chatting couldn't do some cleaning or at least buss the tables. The older guy (manager?) was working his butt off cleaning tables while everyone else just stood there and talked to each other. Disrespectful and unfocused waitresses got two items wrong and had to wait for their mistakes, while asking twice for water when she didn't hear me the first time---probably never going back. read more

Besides the service and the cold water, this place will be my last resorts for wings. Service: We got there and wanted a booth, the lady quickly cleaned their one available for us. The server we had was friendly and helped us out quickly. Absolutely no complaints about the staff, they are awesome. Cons: So we ordered 20 wings and split it into 2 different flavors. We only got 18! I'm not the one to complain so I let it be. The wings are pretty small, smaller than average I would say. We got 10 of them mild and they tasted more like plain. Absolutely no mild flavor at all. The wings were all missing a tad pinch of salt, thankfully we had salt at the table. Oh I can't forget, the ranch dressing was watery. Pros: The curly fries get the pass, they were good and crunchy. The cold water with lemon was great compared to the food. The wings weren't soggy at all, they were nice and crunchy. My cheese sticks were soggy and tasted like they were heated up multiple times, we ordered boneless wings and they had a funky after taste and were nasty, they got the order wrong we ordered tater tots and we received curly fries. There was cockroaches in the bathroom, DISGUSTING. Loud whistling was very annoying and it smelled like grease. The fries were the best out of everything.
