We went to their pop up at Body bar Pilates. Took about 15-20 minutes for our drinks. Hubby got the banana coffee and I got the strawberry Matcha. Hubby thought the banana coffee was a bit too sweet, but the coffee was good. The strawberry Matcha was tasty-just wish there was a little more strawberry purée since you couldn't taste it as much once it was mixed. Prices are slightly higher than normal at 8.50 each.

Absolutely love Brewtik! Everyone is so nice and helpful. All the drinks I've tried have been amazing! Wanted to shout out this drink in particular because it was so lovely, loved the jasmine tea, it was very fragrant and flavorful. The presentation is also aesthetic. I've recommended this business to friends and they all loved it as well. Hoping the storefront opens soon.

I was going to wait until their physical store opened to try the matcha, but I couldn't wait anymore. I arrived early on Sunday to their pop-up. There was a short line and a small crowd waiting for their drinks to be made. It took about 20 minutes for my drink and I think there were a few others who came after that got their order before me. I went with the mango sticky rice matcha. The sticky rice skewer on top was nice. Overall the drink was great, but I kind of wish the sticky rice was incorporated into the drink itself. I'll have to try more of their menu when the store opens.

I'm usually hesitant with matcha in Elk Grove since most of the newly open places (except for Ca Phe Haru) have just been moderate to underwhelming, but Brewtik was a very pleasant surprise. Went midday during their popup and got myself the banana pudding matcha. Wait wasn't too long and they got the drink out pretty quick for being a popup canopy. The drink itself was really good. Banana pudding was obviously the highlight. Perfect sweetness and a really nice fluffiness to it. The matcha was also pretty good and had a nice color. The taste reflects the quality in their prep as the flavor wasn't weak/unexpected nor was it completely washed out by the dairy/any other form of sweetening. My only "issue" is I wish there was more drink to it, but I understand that the banana pudding takes up space in the cup. Overall, this place will definitely become a go-to for me once they officially open up.

Delicious and refreshing matcha! They use real everything for their flavored/special matchas. My favorite was their flan-tastic matcha; used a real piece of flan which paired so well with the drink. Their mangos and strawberries were also muddled fruits, so it wasn't just jam. The banana pudding matcha also amazing, with real banana pudding. They put good quality toppings into it. The service was also excellent, as everyone working was so nice. I can't wait for their shop to open up!

Made the drive to Old Elk Grove to try Brewtik, which was at the HomeGrown Inc Farmer's Market (on 9120 Elk Grove Blvd) on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026. Payment Method: Venmo or Zelle I ordered the Jasmin Coco Matcha. This is Jasmine tea with coconut jelly, topped with matcha foam. Quite good/balanced, not overly sweet. I also ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha for my mom. I tasted it and personally preferred my drink to this one, but it has a beautiful presentation. Friendly service. There was a bit of a wait. There was also a long line that developed closer to 9:30. They'll eventually have a storefront, but it'll be a bit as it's currently under construction!

I came across Brewtik at their pop up at 9120 Elk Grove Boulevard on a Sunday. They offer high quality matcha and vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is unlike other matcha drinks that I have tried, neither grassy nor bitter, their matcha is balanced with the perfect sweetness, and from this you could tell the difference in quality compared to other places. Most recently, I tried their mango sticky rice matcha, and I was pleasantly surprised since I usually don't go for fruity matchas. The mango purée is perfectly present and balances out with the matcha and the seasalt foam on top. The coffee gives the perfect kick of caffeine to start the day and the seasalt cream enhances the experience! The owners are super nice and helpful, and they provide upmost experience, creating an atmosphere I want to revisit every Sunday! :)

Just tried out Brewtik at a popup in Elk Grove today! We showed up right at 9:00 but unfortunately they weren't ready to go yet. Got our drinks by 9:17. Seems like they may still be figuring out a good system to make orders go smoothly and efficiently! Loved the salted cream coffee. It was a hit with my husband too and he's picky with his coffee! I liked the cream a lot and the coffee wasn't too strong for me! The mango sticky rice matcha was also really tasty, and great quality matcha too. I liked the little sticky rice balls on top, which made for a cute presentation too. I appreciated that they didn't use too much ice! But the cup size is still a bit small for my preference, we both finished our drinks so quickly. If they can offer a larger option in the future that would be great! Can't wait to see what other drinks they come up with!

Matcha Please!!! Brewtik is a new coffee and tea business, currently doing catering and pop-ups...however, they will be opening a shop soon in EG....so exciting. I'll definitely be the first in line. I have tried a few items from Brewtik and I'm a fan. Their mango sticky rice matcha was utterly delicious. I've never image having sticky rice in my matcha, but it was weirdly good. However, what stood out was the matcha. I haven't really found a good matcha place I would call my regular matcha go to; however, I think Brewtik will be my go to once their shop opens. Their matcha retains the authentic strong flavor with a bit of nuttiness and slight hint bitterness that compliment the sweetness of mango. I'm still able to taste the matcha without the mango overpowering it, which I love. The sweetness of the mango was enough sweetness I need, which was great because everything was natural and basic flavor. Definitely give it a try and be on a look out for Brewtik's opening!!!

    Guava matcha

My sister has been talking about Brewtik ever since she first tried them and has been going back consistently, so I finally decided to give them a try on Mother's Day. I ordered the guava matcha at 50% sweetness, along with another guava matcha at 25% sweetness and a strawberry matcha at 25% sweetness for my sisters. They were also giving out a winter melon herbal drink for Mother's Day, which I gave to my mom to try. You can really tell they use fresh fruit in their purées because the quality comes through in every drink. My guava matcha was good, though even at 50% sweetness it was still a little too sweet for my taste. My sister felt the same way about her strawberry matcha at 25% sweetness. I tried hers and honestly ended up liking the strawberry matcha more than the guava. The matcha itself tasted high quality, although it did have a slight bitter aftertaste, which I personally did not mind. Overall, Brewtik is a great spot for matcha, and I will definitely be coming back to try their coffee next time.

Tried the mango sticky rice matcha and loved it! Creamy, earthy matcha paired perfectly with sweet mango and chewy sticky rice. Unique, refreshing, and not too sweet--would 100% order again. Beyond expectations.

Pop up stand on Sunday at Old Town Elk Grove. I got the double matcha. Hands down the best matcha I have had in Sacramento. The matcha cream top was thick but not overly thick. The matcha had a nice, smooth mildly sweet taste with an umami taste. They source their matcha from Japan. You can definitely taste the high quality matcha. Absolutely amazing. It's a bit out of the way for me but I will need to come back every day now. It is so worth it. They're working on setting up a physical location in Elk Grove and I am so looking forward to it.

My favorites things about this place is they serve tasty drinks, has a lovely relaxing ambience & is group & date friendly. Kids love their popcorn chicken and fries 4.5/5 stars (I like to wish I can eat their Viet taro rice cake, hash brown nuggies & beef balls. ). A few things I've love about T% on Big Horn.. The ambience is so comfortable & relaxing. The lights are soft & pacifying, the acoustics are not super loud for my aging ears, even when it's packed with people. I love how conducive it is to conversation when im on dates or when I'm on 1-1 meetings or even with a group of 6 people. The chairs are padded, comfortable for my aging bones. Seating is from 2-6 seats. In the colder months there's heaters & chairs outside which is nice aesthetically, ambiencey & for that patio like feel. I love that they open relatively later than usual and most boba spots (10am-10pm, Mon-Sun). I can usually modify my drinks to low or no sugar, light ice, and modify my milks because I'm a modifying my drink type of gal. One super cute thing I love about T% is that will decorate for most holidays. I love the decor for Christmas which includes a huge tree, for Valentines a giant bear & heart & an interesting looking telephone, for Chinese New Year some dragon decor. The service is awesome. They answer all my questions, and even help me when I can't find stuff on their self order kiosk, which is also convenient to get my order in. The manager lady is sweet, has adorable style & she works alot, maybe that's why the spot is running so efficiently & smooth. I haven't had a go-to boba place in the past ever, but since the beginning of the year I have one now. Love me some T%! I'd like to try the other location on EG Florin sometime too. Highly suggest!

Their bathroom is towards the back of the building; they were nice and clean! The staff were friendly. Their menu has the standard coffee shop fare, with a few seasonal options. I opted for the banana pudding matcha. When I got it, the matcha was of a lighter color than I'm used to. Sadly, the matcha was a bit light in flavor, as well. The banana pudding was more of an artificial flavor than I preferred. The other thing is that they upcharge for alternative dairy options. While the shop was cute, the thing I didn't like about it was that I could feel the foot steps of customers walking (the ground felt hollow), which was distracting for me to get work done. A lot of people were on their laptops so it might be more of a personal preference. Other than that, the nice thing about this shop is that it gives you the vibes of a Sacramento cafe, without the headache of parking. There is a large parking lot nearby. Overall, it does the job for working at a coffee shop, but perhaps not my go-to.
