Came here last night with my husband and we were very disappointed. First off I'm a pescatarian and their menu is extremely hard determine which dishes had meat or not. My server was super helpful but still after she pointed to the options I could eat it was hard to remember which options I could choose from. We shared the SQUASH BLOSSOMS to start with and it was just ok. We couldn't even tell their was shrimp in the dish even tho it says that on the menu. We also shared the RICOTTA CORZETTI which was good. For my main meal I ordered the CAPPELLACCI "OREGANATA" which lacked any flavor. My husband ordered the DRY AGED BONE-IN NEW YORK and it came out basically bleeding. He let the waitress know it wasn't cooked correctly and they took it back to fix it and it looked like it was thrown In the broiler and way over cooked. We also ordered the MASCARPONE MASHED POTATOES and we did not like them at all! I asked for the manager and we explained the issues with the 3 dishes and he was kind enough to take them off our bill. And asked us if we wanted anything else but at point we didn't but we did appreciate his kindness. Service was great and I loved my cocktail though! read more

Undercooked, fatty steak, stay away from This place and management full Of lies.....Go to Casa Playa.... Server came by our table one time and filled water one time and went to other tables and constantly Skipped outs..... Not only that they judged us by our clothes and sat us by the bar and claimed the other seating was booked... maybe 3 other tables in the restaurant the whole time... Got the fish for 180$ that was ok, very chewy and tons of bones...., but for a feature very bad quality. Got the dry Aged ribeye for 150$, medium. This ribeye came out full of fat and tendons extremely chewy and bad. Ate two pieces and when the sever asked how everything was I told him everything was ok except the steak and showed him we ate literally two pieces and how many tendons there were. He said he would take it off the check and take care of us... said great... A manager came (female with glasses) and also claimed she would take it off.... Received the check and the waiter didn't see us again as he was scared to approach us even though I was very cool about it. Found out the manager lied and only took off 10$ for the spaghetti side which taste like play dough . Not how you treat someone who drops $500 on a check and lie and say you would the full price of ribeye off.... She was extremely deceptive, and completely lied to my face and said they would take the full Ribeye off and then only took 10$ off.... I hope management reached out to me because I deserve better quality... will never go here again and I suggest you stay away. read more

Run, don't walk away from Brezza. There are too many good Italian options in Vegas. Our evening started with a bratty hostess full of attitude. You would expect charm and appreciation for coming to their restaurant. There was a manager near by who witnessed her exploits and did nothing to intervene. The $82 filet wasn't suitable for my rescue mutt. The caesar salad was so bitter that my gf couldn't eat it. The spicy pasta was good, but not amazing. I liked the ambiance and our server was very nice and attentive. There was nothing remarkable about this visit, and all I will remember is the crappy greeting from the adolescent at the front door. read more

I came to Brezza for a birthday dinner surprise and I was seated an hour late. My boyfriend made a reservation for 7:45 for my friends to surprise me and I was supposed to arrive at 8. Alittle after 8 we arrived to my surprise (my friends) sitting on a bench outside the restaurant. We waited for another 45 minutes with the hostesses giving little to no explanation. We were eventually sat at 8:40-8:45 and offered drinks and things. 3 of my friends ordered drinks that were "unavailable" so the server came back for different ones. They did give us a couple free appetizer that were very delicious. 2 of my friends needed to leave early since we were there for so long before and they stopped to find a manager on the way out. The manager came over to speak to us after this occurrence but not before. For us to have to find a manager instead of them coming to us was also super disappointing. The food was fantastic (even though all the plates were given to wrong people) and I could have been okay with the whole situation had it been acknowledged in a timely manner but it was not. I know there is off nights but to try to pretend it didn't happen by sending free food with no acknowledgement in words gets no points from me. Won't be back no matter the quality of the food sadly. read more

Took some friends to Breda last night and had a wonderful experience. Service by Xavier was exceptional. Reasonable noise level which can be hard to find in Vegas. Hostess Karina with short black hair gave us attitude and constituently rolled her eyes when I was asking questions as to why I'm still waiting on my table to be ready, 10 mins after my reservation time. She said the people are having dessert and our table should be ready in a few minutes. Clearly anyone having dessert will not be done in a few minutes because they need to pay and get the table cleared and cleaned. I asked so another 10-15 mins. She said I can't give you a time I just know there having dessert. We are sitting in the lounge waiting to be seated, extremely frustrated and impatient now. The service here the last time we came was exceptional! This visit not so much. We want to leave! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Also the fact that they call me ahead of time and ask for confirmation on my reservation is ridiculous I've been waiting over 30 mins for my table to be ready! I will not come here again! Can words express how incredibly impressive this restaurant is?!! Craft cocktail perfection was followed by the most unexpected Brezza "Caesar" salad. Mixed select greens tossed with ground garlic croutons. Add in white anchovies and accompanying vinaigrette. Yum. Charred Octopus up next and what a hearty, perfectly seasoned and cooked serving it is. Delicious. The best of all was next, Herb Pappardelle. An AMAZING Lamb ragu with I would say, the BEST pasta I've ever eaten. Thinner and almost transparent, these soft ribbons simply give the greatest chew and have you moaning in delight. And not to be forgotten the excellent staff and inviting, comfortable decor. This hands down will be the first restaurant we return to in Vegas. read more

Absolutely loved this place, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the setting was perfect. I stayed at the Conrad for a week and went to Brezza 4 nights in a row because of how good their food is. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because I only got really really good service once. I didn't catch my servers name but she was blond and extremely kind. The other times the male servers didn't bring or even mention the complimentary bread, which was odd because others around us got it, I wasn't even aware brezza offered that bread until I had the female server. We happened to stay at Resorts World and didn't want to go too far for dinner. We were excited to snag some reservations. The service was really great! We were seated right away. Our server recommended some good options and I think we feasted really well. We ordered the Octopus, Bucatini, Dry Aged Steak, fried artichokes, and the mascarpone mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious but I'd say that the octopus was the BEST. It was so tender! I'd also say that mascarpone and a poached egg in mashed potatoes was so delicious! It made it super creamy. I wasn't very impressed with the dry aged steak. It was tough since it was dried. It tasted definitely too salty. I would probably skip this and order something else next time. I didn't have high expectations for this Italian Restaurant. We were staying at Resorts World for a staycation and picked it out of convenience. Well we were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was great, we ordered some cocktails that were very good, the fried artichoke hearts were very light, and a hint of lemon. We also shared a salad and the pesto sausage gnocchi. It was amazing!! All of our food was good, correct temperature and we didn't wait long for anything. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert. It wasn't very big which was good since we were pretty full. Decided to stop by for dinner with some friends since we were staying close by. We got a table as soon as we arrived and we're given water right away. Everyone here from the hostess to the busboys made sure we were well taken care of and always had everything we needed. Then when she was reminded, she placed it incorrectly. I received my drinks half way through my exceptionally mediocre meal. I had to flag down four separate people just to pay my bill. I never saw my waitress after the initial order. Then the manager basically shooed me out after he and his staff treaded me terribly. There is just not excuse for this kind of service. Simply amazing. First, a shout out to the incredibly passionate and knowledgeable staff. Too many names to give credit to as we dined three nights in a row. A big cheers to Chef Nicole Brisson and her management team for creating such a wonderful vibe with super professional and personable team members. Oh, I must do a shout out to Celeste (incredible foodie and mixologist) and her associate, Anthony. I think Celeste manages the excellent bar and serves the belly up dining tables in the bar area. She knows her stuff and EVERYTHING about the menu and it's specialities. Nothing is less than fabulous, but you MUST try the Herb Papardelle (torn basil leaves and other fabulous herbs actually melded in the home/made pasta. Simply, a food innovation not to be missed), the Charred Octopus was a large portion (sautéed in Limocello) and the most tender I've ever had. The Tagliatelle Bolognese is a crazylicious combo of Veal, Pork, and Beef. Wow. The meats are all aged in house. We choose the Piedmont filet that was beyond high-end steakhouse quality due to Breeza's unique in house aging process. Covid has made me appreciate quality service and restaurants more than ever, but Breeza is a stand out in every measure, including gorgeous design. I was at Resorts World three nights and ate there every night (and they have plenty of other highly rated eateries.) Definitely eat family style. It's all sooo amazing. read more

Incredible experience form the waitress from Florida who was spot on with her recommendations. There were so many little nuances of flavor like the char on the bread that also had a hint of lemon. We had dinner here while I was at a corporate conference and had a very nice meal. Service was good though a touch slow but the food was very nice. We had the lamb ragu pappardelle that had lots of meat and was very good. The pappardelle was layered with basil leaves between the layers. Beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend that dish. We shared a pork chop that, while I like the idea of a very simply seasoned and grilled chop, especially with the little drizzle of olive oil, it leaves a lot of room for errors to be glaring. With that said, and with no room to hide, the chop was overcooked. Flavors were delicious, seasoning was right, char was beautiful, you could tell the chop was a good quality, it was just overcooked. Our sides consisted of the fried artichoke hearts and the corn sformato and both were very good, with the sformato standing above the artichokes as a truly exceptional dish. While the restaurant is attractive and our server was doing her best, our experience was shockingly disappointing. I ordered their veal Milanese, a personal favorite, which should have been a succulent pounded veal chop with a flavorful breading topped with abundant arugula and chopped potatoes. And the countless times I've had this dish it always came with a side. What I received was a tasteless, tough, paper thin breaded chop with barely any arugula, no tomatoes and no side dish. And for this gem I was charged $75! Double the most I've paid anywhere else. Did the chef pass out and a busboy took over? And by the way, if you plan on visiting Brezza at the new Resorts World and are not a hotel guest or not interested to pay $25 for valet then be prepared to walk half a mile from the closest self park building. Note: I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews for restaurants, I was the GM for a top midtown Manhattan restaurant five years ago and I bristled at unfair reviews. But, my dining experience was bad enough that I felt compelled to criticize. Hopefully they will take it to heart! read more

One would think an Italian restaurant in a new resort in Las Vegas should compete with neighboring restaurants in other casinos! Let's start with the calamari dish that has more fries and zucchini then the calamari itself! The sad wine list has very few choices by the glass and it's all cheap wine with horrendous prices. What kind of Italian restaurant does not have Pinot Grigio? Their pastas are c minus! Any Italian restaurant in a food court at the mall would do a better job! I don't recommend this place at all. Just walk to the Wynn or the Venetian for a way better Italian choice. read more
