His communication, honesty, knowledge, and professionalism are truly unmatched. We were very thorough buyers and had a clear vision of exactly what we wanted, and what we didn't. Chad respected our preferences throughout the entire process. He never pressured us to purchase unnecessary add-ons or upgrade to higher trim packages. Instead, he listened carefully, answered every question honestly, and made us feel confident in every decision. Most impressively, Chad was able to order our dream car in nearly half the time quoted by other dealerships. He kept us informed every step of the way with timely updates and outstanding communication.

Never going to have any vehicle serviced here again…read more Ever since my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (VIN: JTEEW41A682002477) suffered major engine failure, I've completely lost trust in this dealership's service department. I relied on the information and inspection reports provided to me during routine maintenance visits, only to later discover that serious issues with my vehicle were apparently overlooked or never properly communicated. At every oil change and service appointment, I received inspection reports filled with green check marks across the board, giving me the impression that my vehicle was in good condition. Looking back now, it feels like there was far more concern for selling overpriced services than actually ensuring the long-term health of my vehicle. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, it was too late. My Highlander Hybrid eventually developed engine knocking caused by internal binding that interfered with engine rotation, and the P0A0F code appeared. That was the last day the vehicle was drivable. Now it sits at a shop lot while I try to figure out my next steps. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends or family will be bringing vehicles to this service center again. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

The service time to fix the problem, and their communication were top notch. I was assigned a representative (Mikayla) who contacted me with all the estimates, and responded quickly to a voice mail I left her. The work was done several days before I could travel from Vancouver to pick it up. When I arrived at the train station in Tacoma, (in the process of Googling the address of Tacoma Dodge), I saw the yelp rating was less than ideal. I read comment after comment of mad people who had had a bad experience. (I don't think people with good experiences are as motivated to get on Yelp. So, I'm here to balance it out). They are in an industry where parts can be scarce, and it's obvious they are always busy working on someone's valuable possession. I would encourage every customer to post about their experience good, bad, or in between.

Here's a copy of my Google review…read more The general manager of this dealership should be fired. It was the most rude unprofessional and insulting experience of my entire business career. I had a concern that I wanted to bring to the attention of the general manager and he could not be bothered and got very insulting about it telling me that he was too busy and that I should only speak to his service manager. I told him this was a pretty big issue and I just wanted to speak to a general manager and he continued to berate me instead of willing to listen. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life all the way up to being a VP of sales and regional director of national and international companies. I would never treat someone the way this guy did and if one of my employees did it I would fire them immediately. I have purchased brand new vehicles on average once every 5 to 6 years my whole life including Mercedes dealerships vehicles. When I bought this truck that only has 33,000 miles on it now. It was brand new and I paid cash in full. One of the easiest customers you can sell to is a repeat customer that you take care of and you treat them well. This guy blew it. This general manager should be fired. I brought my truck in and these guys wanted to charge me $350 for a simple diagnostics test which is more than I ever paid anywhere but I said okay After that they called me back and said well they need to pull the engine apart a little bit more and it will be another $2,100 on top of that that may or may not be covered by the warranty. I asked the service department can you please verify it will be covered by the warranty and that that 2100 will count towards the repair and he said he couldn't verify it until after they do this further inspection until after I paid them another $2,100 which to me is unacceptable and seems very shady. I came in to have a calm professional nice conversation with the general manager and he couldn't be bothered. He told me he was too busy and he started insulting me that I didn't want to just talk to his service manager. I politely said look I really want to talk to you, can you give me a few minutes and instead this man was the most rude unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Based on those repair experiences I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Based on my experience with that general manager I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Frankly he should be fired immediately. As a sales professional my entire career in the corporate world one of the things I was always taught your best customers and the easiest one to make a sale to are the repeat customers that you take care of and you show them that you care. This general manager made the dumbest mistake he could have ever made, showing me his complete indifference that he couldn't be bothered and then insulting me in the conversation because he didn't want to listen to me for even 5 minutes. I have had the truck for 5 and 1/2 years now, purchased brand new from that dealership and I paid cash for it. It only has 33,000 miles on it and because this guy showed me he didn't give a damn I will never buy another truck there as long as I live. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my entire life. I am a good customer who paid cash for his truck and this guy couldn't be bothered listening to me for 5 minutes without insulting me and being incredibly rude. This general manager clearly doesn't get it and he should be fired. He didn't even think how this could have potentially been a sales opportunity for him. I've had the truck for 6 years now and because of how insanely rude he was, because he couldn't be bothered giving me a few minutes of his time I will never buy another product from this dealership as long as I live.

I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. Great all around…read moreexperience at first, they financed me had me in a car that they said had just been serviced and even had the oil changed for me that day across the street. (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
