Can't speak for anything but the entre I ordered which was the supposed "chicken and waffles" which were highly disappointing as what they tried to pass off as "fried chiken" was lawyer ball at best in that it was a generic waffle topped with four tasteless pink slime chicken scraps molded into highly processed 1/4 inch thick panko breaded chicken strips that bear no resemblance to any actual fried chicken I've ever had. Thinking Roscoe's? Think twice. It was nothing of the sort. Honestly some KFC atop a grocery store Eggo waffle would've been a thousand times better and would've actually constituted an industry standard serving of chiken & waffles. And last but not least, the hash browns were also disappointing in that thy lacked the crispy golden fried top w the fluffy steaming hot white potatoes inside. All-in-all a major letdown. Note to the owners: let me know if and when you serve up a legitimate plate real fried chicken & waffles and/or an exemplary and delicious brick of hash browns. read more

Good vibes and ambiance walking in! It's the month of October so a full spook fest and all staff was dressed in costumes. Enjoyed the balloon guy that came around and made us balloon animals (no we didn't have any children with us, yes they were for us!). We all got avocado toast and it came with probably 3 smashed avocados on top, however we all agreed 1 would've sufficed. Proportions were a little off, having so much avocado made the bread soggy. It would've been better if the bread had also been toasted but it made the dish floppy. The poached eggs were not the most attractive or elegant but it tasted good. Sunday brunch reminder of why I avoid Sunday brunch Lovely patio area and great shade, but the experience was rough. Service was slow, the hash browns tasted produced and chemically, which is the standard broken yolk taters. and somehow my entire meal got hijacked by everyone else's parenting choices. I truly don't understand the "take your little kids to church, throw their whole schedule off, then bring them to a restaurant an hour past meal time and nap time" strategy. Cue screaming, followed by iPhones blasting chaotic videos at full volume that the entire patio now has to listen to. After an hour of that, I packed up my food and left because the whole experience was spoiled. $40 for one person's meal and coffee. My husband brought me here for the first time and let me tell you it didn't disappoint! Everything I ordered was delicious. My favorite was the classic French toast. We got our food later than everyone else's, our food was cold and felt like it has been sitting for awhile. Literally on the menu that the egg croissant comes with a Chipotle aioli and it did not. We went to Broken Yolk for brunch on a Saturday. The line was long, but fortunately we only waited about 20 minutes. Everyone thought the food was okay. I ordered cinna-cakes. The waiter said that they are very popular pancakes. They were okay. They didn't have a lot of flavor. My iced vanilla latte didn't taste good. The eggs were semi-warm, definitely not hot. The waiter was friendly. It's a pretty big restaurant with lots of booths and room for big parties. It's kid-friendly. read more

Second time at this location and it is still great just like all the other BYCs we have been to. They have a good sized lot in a medium to large sized strip mall so that parking is ample. Our server was friendly and efficient and we really appreciated her service. On this visit we got the classic eggs Benedict again and a make your own omelet. Both were great. The omelet was huge. Had no cheese, Canadian bacon, mushroom, and avocado. Sides were hash browns and blueberry muffin. The browns were thin and crispy and the muffin small but that was ok cause of the size of the other items. On a Tuesday morning near the holidays it was deserted and very quiet. Definitely recommend trying these guys and will be back next time in the area. read more

I love the menu variety and ability to modify or create healthier options and those more indulgent, but the wait is absolutely not worth it. The breakfast omelette looked OK and there were no complaints from my buddies. Of course I had the burrito. I think for the most part the burrito did not seem to be worth $17 and it was quite underwhelming due to it being mostly egg and for the price I expected more meat inside of it. I ordered the American breakfast and the Chicken Waffle Benedict (incredible!). We also got two flights of mimosas: the Tropical and the Original, plus a short stack of Lemon Ricotta pancakes (which came free after downloading the app). We brought our dog and sat on the outdoor patio. The staff was so welcoming and kind to our pup, which made the visit even better. Great service, delicious food, and a solid menu. The wait for a table was about 30 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good. I ordered their New York Steak & Eggs. I got it with my steak cooked medium and the eggs sunny side up. For my sides, I got fresh fruit and sourdough bread. For my drink, I got an iced tea. The drink was served in a big tumbler. Big enough that I never had to get a refill. Overall the food was okay. However unfortunately, the steak wasn't very good. If I come back here, I would be ordering something else on the menu. read more

Came here with my cousin, and we ordered the Cali Fiesta Burrito and the Smoked Salmon avocado toast. The burrito comes with refried beans and Mexican rice but not side the burrito but outside, not to mention beans and rice doesn't really go with a breakfast burrito. The burrito itself has little flavor and was mostly eggs wrapped in a tortilla. The smoked salmon avocado toast has a solid 3 inches of avocado on top of the toast. Waaay too much avocado. After removing a layer of avocado, the toast was super soggy and soft when biting into it. The smoked salmon lacked flavor and after adding some salt, it tasted a little better but still felt off. The waitress also messed up the latte order and brought a hot latte instead of cold. By the time, the hot latte arrived, the food was mostly done. read more
