Got the chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of fruit and it was amazing! Perfect size and tasted great. Quick service and friendly staff. Didn't feel rushed at all and got to spend a good time chatting with friends.

The restaurant, like with many of the other Broken Yolk locations around town was packed. This was at 1pm so I can't imagine the wait at say 9am or 10am. We found open seats at the bar so we were pleased and the service was warm and super fast. No complaints with the ambiance here as it has clean restrooms, a clean inside, and sports on at the bar. The parking here is another issue as it's tight since it shares the lot with several restaurants including fast food joints. All in all a winner at pretty cheap prices for the portions you receive.

I haven't dined out in a while but my family and I were in Las Vegas last week and saw this restaurant had good reviews so we gave it a try. Great customer service!!! When you add your name on the wait list they definitely keep you updated. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. My only regret is that I did not get his name to add to this review. The restaurant itself and their restrooms were clean with a modern diner feel. The food was delicious!!! Whenever I ask for my eggs fried well done they rarely get it right. Broken Yolk definitely got it percent correct. My mom and I had the croissant breakfast sandwich with egg and crispy bacon. The croissant was buttery and toasted just right. My husband had the American reakfast potatoes, sour dough toast, bacon and eggs over medium. He said everything was so good and cooked just right.

My son had the smoked salmon and chicken and waffle Benedict. He loved it!!! They also have really good coffee. My mom is still talking about that sandwich! When it comes to value the prices were reasonable. Everything we ordered...

Date of visit: June 13, 2026 A friend gave me a gift card for Broken Yolk for my birthday in advance of my move to Las Vegas and I was excited to try this place out with my mom and we had a great meal. Host staff were fun and friendly and got us to a table right away--the parking lot was so full I thought for sure we were going to have a wait but that thankfully was not the case. Kelly was our server and she was also very friendly but she was missing for a bit when we were ready to get things wrapped up and get on the road to the Hoover Dam. But the food was very good: I went with the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and Blueberry Short Stack of pancakes. Both were excellent, with the pancakes massive (how is this a short stack?!) and ended up being a couple meals for me. Say what you want about large portions, but pancakes actually heat up fairly well and I enjoy making a meal stretch out a bit. The smoothie had just the right amount of sweetness to it, which I find rare and call a win! It seemed like a lot of the servers were on a first name basis with the customers, and I aspire to have that kind of rapport with the staff some day!

A good time was had. Audrie was kind and very hospitable, the Californian omelet was top tier, only thing I come back for. We came right before the breakfast rush-hour so this is one of those early bird gets the worm type of situations. Ambiance was great. 10/10

Had an amazing brunch here today! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We ordered the chilaquiles, a Belgian waffle with sunny-side-up eggs and bacon, and a delicious matcha latte. Every dish was packed with flavor, and you could tell everything was made with care. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a weekend brunch. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch!

Excellent service with such a friendly attitude and food wqs delicious and fresh. Great options to choose from. But I wish they also have some plump chicken wings. Overall, Broken Yolk is great to have near me. It's right off the main St Rose Prkwy. East acces to the freeway. Bar service is great! Wide open spaces and seating. Great lighting . After my son's 8th grade promotion, he chose BYC for brunch. Our current favorite brunch place. Always great service and atmosphere. I tried the no name omelette, extra crispy hashbrowns and sourdough toast. It was ok, next time I'm sticking with meat lovers omelette. The no name had a lot of bacon and it was kinda soggy. I still enjoyed it until the end. My wife always the avocado toast. It's her favorite dish here. My son got a chicken wrap with fries and I didn't get a pic. But he inhaled it. We shared the lemon ricotta pancakes and took the rest home. We were stuffed. Thank you BYC. I forgot our servers name but she was friendly and kind.

****Shhhhh local hack..... look at the bar area - open seating and you get time with the amazing Brie!!! Lovely greetings always and with over 10 yrs of experience she makes bartending actually look easy. I know it is not but she is very efficient and makes killer drinks! We had a mimosa and a flight Bloody Mary's! The food, as always, was amazing! Normally, I need to travel across Henderson to get great Machaca. But to be honest, this machaca is heaven! Not too spicy but fresh and the perfect ratio of meat to eggs and veggies! My gf had a o toast with smoked salmon and there was nothing left! Wait till you see the pics! We took our 21+ son here because they were offering a Star Wars mimosa float for SW Day weekend (Friday through Monday) and he's a crazy big fan. He's a spectrum kid and SW is one of his Big 3. They had the movies playing on their TV's and the staff were probably 50% in SW tees or other things. He ordered Tiki Toast, I got Ranchero Skillet, and wife got classic Avo Toast. Floats came first, we downed the blueberry and half the green apple before the food came. My meal was great. I enjoyed their sauce, the chorizo was good not super greasy like some tend to be. Eggs cooked just right (over medium, no runny whites, still runny yolk). Small portion compared to a lot of breakfast places, but the flavor was good. He loved his Tiki Toast. Sweet for sure, but that's completely expected. I enjoyed the small bite I had, but def a dessert for me, not breakfast. Wife said her toast was kind of bland and small. She ended up getting an avo toast next door at Better Buzz in addition and liked it more. I didn't try hers. The flight: The Blueberry was his favorite--I got more of a blue raspberry vibe. Flavor was good. Sweet, but not overpowering, though the syrup used did have a bitter end that enhanced the champaign's bitter end so it was extra bitter to me on the finish. Green Apple--I think it was green apple, it had a lime slice as a garnish. Tasted like green apple. It was a good flavor, not too sweet, not bitter, just right in the middle. It was my favorite. Strawberry--I think was both of our least favorite (well, tied with Raspberry). It just barely had much flavor, it was like a sweet champaign with a fruity smell. If I was blindfolded and given this drink, I wouldn't have been able to identify strawberry. Raspberry--Wow. Like, wow, this was sweet af. I can add a single pump of raspberry syrup to my 40oz water to add a sweetness to it. I think this had 2 pumps in just a few ounces. I had to add water to make it drinkable and even then it was very, very sweet. I'm assuming this was to get the purple color. It was pucker face/shudder sweet. Was it fun? Heck yeah. Lori, I believe was our waitress. She was great. Super fun, showed us pictures of her in her rebel pilot helmet, complimented our SW swag and just gave the impression of happy to be there. Gave great suggestions as well. Overall, I was pleased. It was a fun experience, good food for me and the boy, and a fun themed flight. The price almost dropped another star, but the fun made up for it. The floats were 17 bucks, by the way. Not crazy, but on the higher end. Same with the food--smaller portions for same or slightly higher pricing.

I genuinely love this place for breakfast or brunch! It has a lot of great options, but I usually go for their chicken and waffle. Today I tried the chicken and waffle Benedict with cinnacakes. Both were delicious! I think I prefer the original chicken and waffles plate, because it will come with an entire Belgian waffle and three chicken tenders. Their matcha latte is very Americanized and sweet, but not bad. The indoor and outdoor seating is nice, and our waiter, Randy, was exceptional. Just be aware this place is pretty busy on the weekends, so make a reservation if you can. I think the prices are pretty fair for a nice breakfast spot, and it's one of my go-to's when people want to eat out!

Really love this spot and love that they have waitlist so you can join on your way there and don't have to wait in line! Came here on Presidents Day and it was rather busy which I was surprised by. Lacey was our server and she was amazing. I ordered my fave the Nutella crepes and then a side of link sausages and eggs. It was perfect. My husband got the cinnamon pancakes and they looked sooo good. We also came with my sister in law and my brother in law and I had some of the tomato soup my sister in law ordered. That was SUCH good soup! I would definitely come back and order that again. I do love this spot a lot for brunch and really should come here more! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the broken yolk Café today. I usually only go to the summerlin location because that's close to where I live, however, I was dropping somebody off at Southpoint Casino and decided to venture off and try the Henderson location. I called to see if they can do the just egg at home fries as a side instead of getting their entire vegan spicy sausage meal. I was looking for something small but filling. I was greeted immediately and the place was very busy. My food came out promptly and my server. Randy was very kind, prompt and attentive. I truly believe part of the meal is the experience you have with the staff and Randy made it very enjoyable. Viewing the room around me, I can see smiles on the other customers's faces and satisfaction with the meals. Lots of laughs this morning! They have a great menu for all dietary needs, fresh ingredients and the place is very clean and tidy. It is nice to be able to eat out when you have dietary restrictions. The ambiance was warm and inviting! Thanks Randy and Broken Yolk for the perfect Friday morning!

Came in this morning alone and sat at the bar. I ordered a Rancher omelet with hash browns and a blueberry muffin. The food was delicious and came out promptly, even giving them being super busy. The bartender, Michael Mars, was absolutely amazing. He sent my order perfectly, was very attentive, and really cool to chat with. He was super busy, but available whenever I needed him. I've been here before, and I sat in the patio with my girls. But Michael made the bar feel like complete princess treatment. And he made mt bloody Mary extra spicy, just how I like it. This is a family favorite of ours. The one important thing for us is finding places that our kids actually love and want to go to and this is it for us. Every time we come here the food quality is always consistently good and the service is on point. The environment is noisy and busy so make sure you come in knowing that it's not somewhere that is just chill and casual. The prices are good for the quality you receive. I don't know where they buy their fruit but holy heck, it's so sweet and delicious! One little tip.....save yourself some time and hop on the waitlist. It's nice because we literally walk in and get seated within minutes normally. read more

We had an awesome experience! Kelly, our waitress, provided outstanding service--she was attentive, friendly, and made sure to check on us throughout our meal without being overbearing. She really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The manager also came by our table to greet us and ask how everything was, which added a nice personal touch. He mentioned they had updated some of their ingredients, and I have to say--the dish we ordered was absolutely delicious (even though I can't remember the name, it was that good!). When I got to the location, the parking was packed, people were walking in from every direction...so I got out of my car before my friend got there b/c I thought I was going to have to get on a waiting list...but I was seated right away! I was immediately acknowledged by my waitress, Stephanie, and told her I thought there was going to be a wait, but she said it was a big party (guess I didn't see that)....I asked her for a few mins so my friend and I could order at the same time. She came back as soon as my friend got there, took our orders and did everything just perfect! She came back to refill our drinks and checked twice to make sure our food was good. Corn beef hash skillet was AMAZING! Ordered a side of buttermilk pancakes (only one because they're kind of big) and the cook on it? Chef's kiss! A little crispy edge with fluffy interior was outstanding. The ambience was good as we were sat under a little "tree". The service was fantastic and the food was delivered with a smile. We love the broken yolk. Been going since childhood in San Diego and now in our new Las Vegas home. Always fantastic service, BUT, today will it was EXCEPTIONAL! From the hostess who spent time chatting with us as she sat us; to our Amazingly Fabulous Server MARS! She was hilarious and was seriously one of the best servers we've ever had at any restaurant. Then there were the cooks We are particular about our food and everything and I emphasize Everything came out exactly as ordered! Eggs cooked perfectly, bacon crisp but not burnt like I asked for and the Rancho Skillet was superb! Kelly, our server, went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and get the food out quickly! She was attentive, got me my fresh strawberries and whipped cream for my waffle (cooked perfectly) and even steamed the milk for my mom's tea. The restaurant is nice looking, modern and open. We had a nice booth near the window. The window seal/frames need to be cleaned (see photo). The service was good and Kelly was a very nice and attentive waitress. The food had some good and some not so good. The good: The coffee and the Greek omelette. The bad: The blueberry muffin was dry and had very few blueberries inside. The eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce was not good, it was very runny and thin, and way too much. It made the muffin and hashbrowns soggy. I only mention this so the restaurant is aware and they can work on remedying these things. I can see how people like this restaurant, and we will try it again, but they have some areas they could improve upon. read more

I have been to Broken Yolk several times. The wait is usually minimal. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. Kelly gave us great service today. Food comes out pretty fast. They do have a couple of plant based options: açaí bowl, spicy vegan bowl, oatmeal. You can sub for vegan options as just egg or beyond sausage. I do wish they had a few more vegan items like pancakes and/or waffles and maybe lunch options - burger, sandwich or salad. All other pastries and food look incredible. Will be trying everything else ASAP. Service is amazing. Everyone is so incredibly kind and welcoming. They've already made us feel like family after just two visits and remembered us when we came back. Location is also gorgeous, in a great spot on Eastern, and has awesome mountain views if you're on the patio. Really, really can't recommend the place enough, and we'll be back often.

My family and I have been coming to this location for a few years. Food and service has always been good until today. Normally we would come in in the morning after dropping the kids off at school. Today the kids had a 1/2 day, so I decided to bring them in for lunch. The person at the front was awesome and gave the kids easter eggs with a toy in them to keep them busy. Once we were seated it took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and be asked for our drink order. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time as the kids were hungry. The food came out, but one of the orders was wrong (no big deal, we got it fixed). Kids drank their drinks, no refills were ever brought. After 30 minutes of not being checked on (empty glass at the end of the table) I flagged a server and asked for a water refill and the check. 5 minutes pass she says that her manager can ring us up in the front. By this time I'm really upset, my child is thirsty and I just want to leave. I walk to the front, they ask me my servers name to print out the check. I have no clue of his name (tall, white guy). I let them know that we've come in several times and the service was terrible today. Literally our server took our food and drink orders, asked how the food was, corrected the food mistake and then ghosted us. $51 for lunch (adult and two children) and my kids walked out thirsty. I got the Meat Lovers Omelette, a hearty breakfast dish packed with bacon, sausage, and ham folded into fluffy eggs. It's usually topped with melted cheese and served with hash browns or toast. We decided to try this breakfast spot based on Yelp reviews, and while the food and service were great, the check-in experience was frustrating. Since it was about a 25-minute drive from our hotel, I joined the waitlist on Yelp, which estimated a 20-30 minute wait. This seemed perfect, as we assumed our table would be ready upon arrival. However, when we got there, the app still showed us as 3rd in line. We waited in the car for 44 minutes, only to still see the same status. Finally, my husband decided to go inside to check, and surprisingly, they seated him right away. When I walked in, I noticed plenty of available tables. It was frustrating to waste time waiting in the car when the app could have been updated more accurately. Aside from that, everything else was great. Our waitress was attentive, took our order quickly, and the food arrived in no time. If it weren't for the check-in issue, this would be an easy 5-star experience. 4 stars overall. read more

First time I decided on take-out from this location (I have eaten here before), the place was very busy so I decided on take-out instead. I ordered a waffle and added on the eggs and bacon for a total of 18-19 dollars. I received the ba and walked to my car only to open my waffle and find it COLD. My eggs and bacon barely warm. I waited for a bit to even get the take-out and was extremely upset to have just spent 19 bucks on a cold waffle and barely warm eggs and bacon. How is the timing of the food variant in temperature? Where is the quality control to make sure the food ia right? Clearly the kitchen staff are overwhelmed but I'm truly disappointed and refused to go back in there to wait even longer for them to fix it. Broken yolk - you guys started out truly strong in the Henderson community but are quickly declining in quality and service. Broken Yoke in Henderson, NV, is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was exceptional--easily some of the best breakfast dishes we've had in a long time. The Chilaquiles were incredible--the best I've ever had! Perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of spice. My daughter couldn't get enough of the Belgian waffles, and my wife raved about the corned beef hash. Best breakfast experience I have had since moving to Vegas. Was reluctant to go by myself for my birthday but it ended up being the best thing I could have done. Sat at the bar and the bar tender Michael was the absolute sweetest! My mimosa was perfect and the food was delicious. The sweet customer sitting next to me mentioned it was my birthday and Michael brought me out the nicest happy birthday plate with a yummy blueberry muffin. For being alone on your birthday I felt special there. Kevin one of the waiters walked up to me and wished me happy birthday and even another customer at the bar. Our server (Mars) was by far one of the best servers I've ever had and I'm 61 yrs old Lol She was friendly personable, informative and attentive and has a sweet personality. She's a keeper Boss! The shade at our booth wouldn't close all the way. My eyes are extra sensitive to bright lights so two or three employees problem solved by putting a piece of cardboard in the window to block the sun. Very much appreciated you going above and beyond! I usually go to the one on LV BLVD but I decided to go to this location since it is closer to my house. The fries that came with my burger were cold and could've been made fresh. I also ordered the Cali breakfast burrito which came with a side of rice and beans, the burrito itself was good but the rice was hard and the beans were room temp. It was obvious that the items were sitting for a while. If it were closer to closing time, I would've kinda understood but I came in at 12:45 and ordered my 1:00 pm, 2 hours before they closed. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.

The main dining room seems like a Mexican-style rustic diner, but the music is American oldies. The Chorizo omelet ($15.99) sounded interesting, and it really was a great option. Tender egg, finely ground sausage with warming spices, onions, mild peppers, creme fraiche, a mild salsa on the side, and an optional (for me anyway) not-as-mild roasted chili were a great combo. They offer one side with that omelet, and I chose two pancakes. I went for the Mexican Cajeta Pancakes (+$1.99), which were fluffy enough but not the absolute best. I did enjoy them with the dulce de leche and condensed milk combo more than the side syrup. I also asked the server for an agua fresca recommendation and went with it. The Jamaica ($3.49) wouldn't have been my choice, but the mildly sweet concoction worked great in between bites of chorizo omelet and also stayed sweet enough between pancake bites while revealing more of the tart hibiscus notes. Huevos Avenue is a very good overall restaurant that deserves much more business than I witnessed today, especially considering that Henderson still does not have as many great spots as it should. Check them out for Mexican breakfast if you find yourself in the area.

She had the vegan skillet breakfast w/water. Served in a huge stainless steel platter, the portions are generous. Crispy brown hash browns, fresh pinto beans, cabbage coleslaw, grits and warm tortillas (in a steaming pot). The vegan flavors excited her "discriminating" palate!! I asked her how her dish was? She responded with a "when can we come back here?!" (See pic) I ordered the Hawaiian breakfast. Two eggs scrambled, Portuguese sausage, spam, a scoop of white rice, a scoop of macaroni salad, pineapple ring w/strawberry (see pic). Hawaiian style food is imitated....and rarely duplicated outside of Hawaii. For example, the best way to cook Portuguese sausage is to grill it on a gas grill like Liliha Bakery does!! The sausage is seared (not burnt, not dry) but sweating, with juicy flavors and beautiful black charred strips!!! OMG! My mouth is watering thinking about this!! Anyway...back to Peg's...here the sausage and spam are deep fried which creates a drier and as a bit tougher experience. The macaroni salad here is the best I've ever had "outside Hawaii." When you take a scoop of it into your mouth....the flavor and texture of the moist mayonnaise mixture will "titillate and explode!!" lol! No but seriously...for the braddahs & sistas....one taste and you will be "hooked." In general, not bad. The restaurant was clean. Tables wiped and not sticky. Decor was simple and progressive. (It works!). Layout of floor plan was modern. Service is great! The staff acknowledges you upon arrival. They seat you promptly. Our food order didn't take long to arrive at our table. Our waitress checked on us and refilled our drinks. Peg's is a "keeper ". We will be back for more!

We chose Pegs due to its convenient location close to the freeway. There was no wait for our table of five just after 12pm on a Saturday. The service was quick and super friendly. One of our friends had just finished a triathlon and we had been at the lake since 6am, so we were all pretty hungry, especially him. The coffee was fresh and delicious and my cup was never empty! The portions are a good size, which suits the prices. I ordered a Denver omelet, which was good. I subbed the hash browns for the "seasoned tots" but would definitely skip as the tots were not seasoned except for maybe just salt. Not worth the upcharge when the hashbrowns tasted just fine. They have unlimited toast with the breakfasts, which is cool and they start you off with just one slice. Our friend ordered the club sandwich which looked really good and I will be excited to try it next time! Enjoy, even on the weekend!

I've brought others with me here and every one of them has loved the breakfast so much. It's now my husband's favorite place for brunch too.
