The tortilla was fluffy and delicious. My wife got the baby bronco burrito which is slightly smaller (only 35 cents cheaper). The parking lot was packed when we pulled up! The smell of bacon wafted in the air as we walked up to the door which excited my friend's salivary glands before we even opened the door. We waited in line to order at the counter. Their breakfast burrito seemed the most popular option with your choice of wheat, flour and corn. The burrito was stuffed with your choice of fillings. I ordered potato, cheese and egg. My friend added bacon to hers and we waited in the lobby/waiting area and watched the line continue to grow! It appeared some people called their orders in and a few people ordered breakfast plates with beans. Everything was freshly prepared and the wait was short. Wow! Today is my first time being here and let me start off by saying it was worth the 40 minute drive! Everyone was so welcoming and nice! I had Melinda M. (Says on my receipt) and she was super sweet! I came with my boyfriend and he got the machacado burrito & I got the barbacoa burrito. She suggested the bronco burrito and since she seen I was with my bf and seen it was our first time she offer to cut it in half. Oh my goodness.. everything was well cooked! The flour tortilla was so soft and well cooked. We enjoyed our first visit here! This was a surprise breakfast for my boyfriend since I seen him share a Facebook video where they came in the store and shot a TV segment & said they were amazing.. well they were right. On vacation, came here for breakfast, they were out of carne gusida and barbacoa because we came 20.minutes before 12pm and they were sold out, so if that's what you are looking for make sure to go early. First there is no Donuts so Yelp Staff please take this out (my daughter was disappointed she did not get donut. 2nd it is really a good place. Why? Because their food is the bomb. It is the best breakfast on the island. Order anything on the menu, and you will not be disappointed. The food is always hot and fresh. Their green salsa is the best I have ever had, and I know good salsa because I grew up on it. (Don't tell my mom that I found a better salsa than hers.)
