We recently did a double move - relocating two houses into one. It was a big task made much easier by using Bronko Boxes. The boxes are secure, convenient, stackable, and a big timesaver. Brooke and Beau were great to work with. The boxes were delivered on time right to our front porch. Pick up was easy and on time as well. A couple helpful hints: Don't overpack your boxes as they can get heavy. Wear work gloves or use some other padding for the grips. In my lifetime I have probably moved at least 20 times and contributed more than my fair share of moving boxes and tape to America's waste systems. I figured it was time to give Bronko Box a try. They're very professional, flexible and prompt! I found the two bedroom package to be generous and I ended up wth about 4-5 boxes I didn't even use. Even if you're using professional packers this is still the way to go. Renting these for one week was less than what movers generally charge for boxes and tape. I don't think the packages come with wardrobe boxes so I made sure to request them. Even if you don't have enough hanging clothes to fill them they're worth it. You can move light, fluffy things like extra linens and comforters in them without having to try and smush them down into one of the boxes while simultaneously trying to close it. read more

I am so annoyed that I didn't discover these boxes until after I had already packed 40 cardboard boxes worth of my stuff. We still needed a lot more boxes, and these were an absolute delight to use. We got the '1-bedroom move' option. It saves so much time to not have to build/tape cardboard boxes, plus these are so much more sturdy. The process of ordering the boxes was simple, as well as scheduling drop off and pick up. I reserved the boxes for 3 weeks, thinking I would need a week to pack and two weeks to unpack (having a kid slows things down!). Because using these boxes was so quick compared to using cardboard boxes, I probably would have been fine with 2 weeks, but it was nice not having to rush. I would absolutely recommend these to ANYONE who is moving, no matter the size of the move. Just hired Bronco to move from a condo to a new house. They had the most competitive rates and the simplest fee structure. The person I spoke to was also very friendly and was able to setup my appointment without any hassle or complicated forms / deposits. My movers, Rodni and David where great. They showed up on time and were very quick but also very careful not to scratch or ding anything. They were also very respectful and professional. They got the job done in just over two hours which was great considering other companies where estimating it would take 3 to 5 hours for my move. I LOVE this company and their service. I have used BB for five moves (2 were my mother's moves) and I will never move without them. Every person I have had contact with has been delightful. Packing is so much easier with the rigid boxes, the ability to stack them when full and nest them when empty. In five moves the only item I had broken was a glass that slipped out of my hands when unpacking....absolutely nothing broken during the actual move. And one of the best parts is psychological....knowing that they're going to pick up the crates gets me motivated to empty them quickly and get on with the business of settling in. Not that these guys need any more 5-star reviews, but I'll pile on. What a great service to have. Slick and usable website, extremely professional service, sturdy and durable containers. I'll add my own learning experiences: 1) The 2-week option wasn't long enough. I chose to have them delivered a week before the move and pick-up a week after. Well, right around Day 2, I realized I should have done the 3-week or even 4-week option, since I could have started packing earlier, and at a slower pace. It wouldn't have been that much of an upcharge to get them earlier. If you're on the line, go earlier! 2) The recommendations on packages / box counts are pretty good. I ended up re-using a few containers for quick runs before the big move, and had I packed more economically (i.e., actually using towels and linens as cushioning instead of throwing them all into one container) I probably would have been perfect on the box counts. 3) If you go package, get the one with the dolly. Saved me enormous hassle getting them to and from my car in the parking garage. 4) Just buy the packaging and materials from them. They'll show up with your boxes anyway. Save you the hassle of shopping for them separately. It's not like you're going to feel good saving 60 cents by value shopping for packing paper. MOST IMPORTANTLY, 5) Check with your moving company beforehand and know their weight limits on boxes. I've used Apple Moving many times before, but this was my first time using them with Bronko Box, and the foreman pretty much complained about them the whole time. I got a fun lecture that they were for office moves, not residential, and warned me due to the weight of these boxes empty they could end up charging me for having oversize boxes over 50 lbs. None of them were that heavy, of course (I do know how to fill out a quote) so all that talk was just noise. These containers were a godsend. I would do it all over again if I had to. read more

I am incapable of explaining just how amazing this company is. I initially rented Bronko Boxes for a 4 bedroom move for four weeks. I was led to believe that my house construction would be completed in that time. I placed my entire household stored in Bronko Boxes in storage. Four weeks pass, and my house is not finished. Brooke was very understanding and allowed me to rent the boxes for another four weeks. Guess what...my house was still not completed. By this time I had forgotten my scheduled pick-up day. I received a phone call from Bo stating that he would he was about 30 minutes out from pick-up. I freaked out and explained that the boxes were in storage and full of my crap. He was very understanding and told me to contact Brooke to set up the next pick-up date. Brooke was wonderful and actually discounted our next four weeks. Once again, I had to embarrassingly let Brooke know that my house was still not completed. I am pretty sure she thought I was an idiot at this point, because I sure did! Brooke realized my frustration and stress with this house and decided to no longer charge me for the rental. She just asked that I let her know when I would be ready for pick-up. I was truly amazed by her generosity. Bronko Box could have easily continued to charge me for the rental, but this local company confirmed why I love the compassion of Austinites. I want to be friends with them. :) The boxes themselves were great! I used every single box. They were so much easier and cheeper than cardboard boxes/packing tape. My movers really appreciated the ease and stackability of the boxes. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I will definitely used Bronko Box! I will never buy and/or scrounge for moving boxes again! Just used Bronko Box for a ~30 person office move. The boxes saved us a ton vs. buying cardboard boxes and tape. They arrived at our office when promised and once we were done, they were picked up as scheduled. Our movers LOVED the boxes and it actually saved us money on the move as they were able to move much quicker than if they hand to handle a collection of various mis-sized boxes. Using Bronko Box probably cut our move time in half. It's affordable and all you have to do is make sure the boxes are all empty by the time you're done. Loading everything is so fast and easy, compared to carrying everything in bags and oddly shaped boxes; and having to return the boxes within the week prompted us to unload everything a lot faster then we would've. My only suggestion is to round down when ordering your boxes, though, because we didn't end up using all of them. read more

I had a great experience with Bronko Box - from speaking to Brooke, to Bo delivering and picking up and even moving and unpacking wasn't so horrible! My friend referred me after her move and she was right -- it made packing so much easier. Renting the boxes is actually cheaper than buying moving supplies and you can put SO MUCH in them and not feel bad about them being heavy because of how durable they are. My movers stacked them right up and moved them with no problem -- they really liked them because they are so sturdy. I will definitely use them again and I've been telling everyone I know. A little tip -- definitely add a few extra to your order or make sure you get the correct size package for your home...once you see how good they are you will want to put EVERY LITTLE THING in them!! read more

Seriously made my move 100X easier than any other move I've done. Packing was simple, as I could stack these boxes on one another and not worry about anything inside the bottom boxes getting crushed. The wardrobe boxes not only fit all of my clothes, but I was able to put other items around my clothes and make use of the extra space. Such a fantastic idea! I was immediately sold when I discovered that such a service existed. So I immediately put in my order for my upcoming move. I just couldn't be more pleased with how it went. Their calculator for how many boxes you need was pretty spot on, although I did order some extra of the larger boxes just to be safe. My movers were thrilled to see no cardboard boxes. I was thrilled to not have to deal with cardboard boxes. My pros and cons list: Cons: You pay for the boxes by how long you have them, so if you like to pack some things well in advance, you'll either need to use cardboard for those things, or be prepared to pay extra The boxes arrive fully assembled so they are THERE and taking up space as soon as they arrive. This was our first move with Bronko Box (boxes and moving company) and without any hesitation I can say we will use them again and/or recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a better way to move. Brooke made scheduling super easy and offered suggestions on packing up the XL boxes so that I didn't make them too heavy to move! Bo arrived with the (cleaned, stacked and with blank labels that can be repositioned and then written on) at the time we were told and boy were there PLENTY for our 3 bedroom move. Both the large and XL boxes with handles are extremely sturdy. Our package also included 2 rolling dollies that made moving them from room to room a breeze. The boxes stacked perfectly on top of each other once filled. As a mother with 2 toddlers, having the ability to stack them neatly in a corner, out of the way (unlike cardboard boxes that are all sizes) made the house feel less chaotic! On top of using their box service, we also used their moving service. We were scheduled for an arrival time between 8-9 AM. We received a courtesy call before their arrival and not long after that the Bronko Box truck arrived (a little before 8:30). The guys came in, took a quick look at what we had and got to work loading the truck to maximize the amount of stuff we could fit in each load. Our house was 1700 sq ft, and we filled their truck up only 1.5 times, equaling 2 trips. The guys had all the necessary equipment (large bands to keep furniture doors closed, blankets, dollies and tools) making the process go that much quicker. Once at our new house, the guys, who were extremely courteous and polite, took items to their designated room. Let me tell you something... having the labeled Bronko boxes placed in their exact location was HEAVENLY! It took no time for them to unload so that I could get to work unpacking the boxes. Would I use Bronko Box services again? Double yes! Their prices cant be beat and the services they provide makes moving so much easier. read more

One guy texted me after he delivered the boxes, but when I tried to call him at that number, it said their was no voicemail set up. All emails and texts have gone unanswered. I moved with them for the second time over the holidays and took advantage of a few back and forth car trips between the houses to move and unpack a few boxes at a time before repacking them for the main (mover-assisted) event. thank you, bo + brooke for your excellent service. there is no other way to move than using bronko box. ditch the 20th century cardboard box routine. these sturdy, plastic boxes are the bomb. 2 different sizes. be aware that the larger box can get heavy when filled with your items so if your not super strong, stick with the smaller version. getting the dollies is an essential. especially if you are moving to or from a space with concrete floors. the small boxes fit like a glove on the dolly. the larger ones don't fit as well, but still do the job. additionally, the dollies can be used to move other large, bulky items like sofas, chairs, etc. super convenient ordering. drop off was perfect and they accommodated my schedule even though i placed the order the day before i was moving. also, as Beth K noted, having boxes you return after a week means you actually unpack as opposed to leaving yo unnecessary gear in a crapboard box. highly recommend these folks. read more

We moved during the pandemic & Bronko Boxes made all the difference in moving quickly & safely. I selected a package plus a few extras boxes which were delivered days before the move & they were placed in 3 areas where I could quickly pack & close each box. They were sanitized so I had no concern of Covid-19 on the boxes. As I emptied each box in the garage I sanitized them for the safety of the person picking them up. I had enough boxes for everything I'd accumulated & they were easier to unpack than cardboard boxes. In days they were empty & gone, making it the easiest move ever in 40 years.
