This is the first review I've ever written on the internet. I'm doing it because people should know how GREAT this service is. Not only is this a wonderful, and yes, sanity preserving, idea, but the customer service that goes along with it is impeccable. The boxes were delivered and picked up exactly when they were scheduled to be, and these folks couldn't be nicer or easier to work with. Now, about the boxes. This is such a superior way to move! I moved last year and spent almost $200 on boxes from Home Depot, and even their "heavy duty" boxes did not hold up very well when packed with my heaviest stuff. Then I had to lug each and every soggy and/or crushed box to the recycle bin after it was unpacked. With Bronko Boxes, you don't have to worry with any of that, AND (this is the best part) you can stack them 5 or 6 high on the wheels they provide you and literally, y'all, push the whole lot on a flat surface with your little finger. MARVELOUS. Sanity saving, indeed. If Yelp had more than five stars I would've marked Bronko Boxes even higher. read more

I had seen an article about Bronko Box in a local magazine but had forgotten all about them by the time I was ready to move. A day before I was about to really begin packing, all the sudden I remembered. Looked them up online, called, and they dropped off a 1 Bedroom Kit the very next morning. So, first I was impressed with their flexibility and willingness to even consider such a last-minute arrangement, and then it arrived, and I was even more impressed. The delivery man was communicative, on time, and super friendly. The boxes were clean and sturdy and came with great labels, and plenty of them. I was SO happy to not be taping up cardboard boxes, getting gnarly cardboard papercuts, creating waste, etc. I wished I had thought of this business to start. Anyway, once I moved, I needed the boxes a few days longer, which was no problem. They accommodated all my annoying requests, cheerfully, and with an excellent product. I was a little skeptical at first about whether this was going to be worth it. This service is AMAZING. It made the move go about twice as fast. The stackability of the boxes is great. The movers loved them and made them more efficient (and therefore cost me less). When Bo came to pick up the boxes, he was right on time both times. It was a two hour window but I only had to wait 5 minutes. Not sure if that's typical, but it was my experience. I will say that I think the "one bedroom" package was pretty accurate although I think they should throw in one more extra large box. I also think that there should be a discount if the boxes are returned earlier and they're able to then use those same boxes on another sale. But those are small quibbles. All in all, definitely worth the money. read more

I'll do every move I ever do with Bronko Box! The product is great -- the boxes are sturdy, stackable, and close securely. The delivery was incredibly professional, helpful and convenient. They came right to my door within the delivery window and I was able to order alllll the packing materials (paper, bubblewrap) to come with it. And, they went above and beyond when the delivered *another* set with 48 hours notice when I realized I didn't order enough a few days before my move. I was excited about this company because it's eco-friendly but the service really sold me. And, on top of all of that, these boxes make the days before and after move in sooo much easier. When you look up the word "convenient" in the dictionary (do people still use dictionaries?) there should just be a picture of Bronko Box. Communication was excellent, and Lamont (who dropped off and picked up my boxes) was friendly and professional. Packing, moving, and unpacking all went much more quickly because of the convenience of closing up and stacking the boxes, and I had a lot more confidence that my stuff wouldn't get banged up the way it could in cardboard boxes. I can honestly say that my experience with using their service has done loads to reduce any future dread I might have at the thought of moving. My only complaint would be that Bronko Box didn't exist for the dozen or so times I've moved prior to this last one! read more

Ahh this company is so great! I'm never not using Bronko boxes again. I appreciated their sustainability / the fact that I didn't need to scrounge for moving boxes from the get go, but I didn't anticipate how much time they'd save packing and unpacking. No tape. No folding. No mess. It's awesome. And moving them was so easy. Delivery and pickup has been great too. Very accommodating. We finished unpacking early and Bronko's going to come get them before our slated date/time in order to help us free up some space. Will use from here on out. WE LOVE BRONKO BOX! This is the second time we've used them and I sing their praises to everyone I know that goes through the process of a move. We got the boxes for 2 weeks which allowed us to sort through clutter and pack accordingly so we weren't moving junk. As we packed boxes they got labled and stacked neatly in our breakfast room. We moved to a different building in our apartment complex so the dollies came in VERY Handy. We could pack heavy and just wheel them over there. The added bonus is having a definite pick up date for the boxes ensures that you UNPACK and don't get those random "catch-all" cardboard boxes shoved in the back of your closet. They STACK (which is priceless in a tiny space), they come in various shapes and sizes based on your needs, and best of all, they are eco-friendly. Every single person affiliated with the company that I dealt with, from start to finish, was friendly, professional, prompt, and courteous. After I made an error in the return process, the owner pro-rated the weekly rate so that I would only pay for the days I kept the boxes, not the typical one-week-at-a-time rate, for which I was extremely appreciative. Bronko Box was a legitimate life saver on our recent move. Our mover "no showed" and we had to move our 4 bedroom house on our own. We were able to use the boxes to take multiple loads of items to the new house very quickly. They are so sturdy I didn't even mind putting in dishes without wrapping. WOW! I was out gathering those free boxes, wait, are they really free? All that gas and time (boss made me clock out each time), when I heard the ad on the radio. I called the wife and told her about it, she looked it and it sounded great. So anyways, we used them, it was the best decision we made through this whole moving experience. Bronko Box made our move SO easy! The factor that they are so durable, stackable, and have wheels made most of the terrible parts of moving bearable. Easy and on time drop off/ pick ups. On top of the practical reasons to use this company, they are also very socially conscious which we can all get behind in this day and age. Bronko Box made the moving process so much easier! The boxes are easy to stack and move around the room. I was also less worried about things breaking as I did when we moved with cardboard boxes. Friend told me about Bronko Box because I was having work done inside my house. I had to pack up everything as if I was moving. Checked them out online and saw the quality of the boxes, which I liked. Called BB and told them what I needed and for how long. Very professional and friendly. Bronko boxes are the only thing I will be using when I move! I don't have to worry about any of my items getting broken or crushed unlike cardboard boxes. These boxes stack easily so made transporting easy and surprisingly organized! The cart helped with the heavy boxes and made it easier to get to the truck for loading. Super happy with Bronko Box! We use similar boxes when moving offices at work and it makes it so easy. Boxes were dropped off on time and with proper COVID precautions. The guys at JACKson of All Trades movers (also highly recommended) appreciate the Bronko Boxes too - they said it makes it so much easier to move, load the truck, etc. We didn't unpack as quickly as we thought we would - just a quick email to Bronko Box and we easily extended the rental another couple of weeks.
