Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. FSC gets a ton of 5-star reviews, and they deserve every one. We will be returning soon and often, and obviously, I highly recommend FSC for your next breakfast/lunch outing.

My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Nah, I'd go without issue. Maybe I haven't found my meal here yet.

Was worried by the large amount of people waiting on a Sunday morning, but found the wait minimal. We were quoted a 30 minute wait, but were seated within 15 minutes. The restaurant has a cozy feel sectioned with lots of booths which are very comfortable. Our server Harmonie was extremely welcoming and all the staff very helpful and friendly. We found that multiple members of the staff helped us while we were seated; running hot food, refilling our coffee (which never went empty), and overall just taking care of all our need. The Frenchman's Dip fully loaded with Sweet Potato French Fries was AWESOME and the Sweet Potato Pancake Breakfast was very tasty and a very large breakfast. Brookfield's at the Roseville location will for sure be our go to restaurant as they are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and are well priced. It was amazing finding a company that makes everything from scratch as well. read more

Brookfields,at Sunrise Blvd, is a great place to stop for any meal. The breakfast menu has something for every appetite. Lunch too. I really like the tomato basil soup. Every evening they offer a great special in addition to a veried menu. They do not offer a full bar, but they do serve beer and wine. For families traveling with children, there is a very nice children's menu. One little local secret that February travelers will appreciate...the only time they serve cherry pie is February!!! And it is well worth the years wait!! The only reason I didn't give it a score of five is it gets pretty crowded at lunch time and can be pretty loud. Our solution. We go for early or late lunch. Apparently you needed to arrive earlier to have the special Baby-Back ribs. When we got here it 7:00 in the evening the ribs were gone. I went to the woman's restroom and it was very clean. My husband ordered the Salmon Salad & I ordered the Grilled Ahi Dinner. Our food came quickly & hot. The Salmon was grilled perfectly over a bed of greens. My Ahi was served over a bee of brown/wild rice. Grilled veggies were perfect. We decided to have dessert and ordered the Boysenberry personal pie ala mode. We didnt even get a chance to eat. We were told 20 mins. After waiting a hour I asked how many more. They said two guest groups in front of us. As soon as I walked outside. They called another group. Then they called the next. We waited another 30 mins. Then I asked what was the hold up. They then informed me that they called us 30 mins prior and it would be at least 25 mins before they could seat us. That's two hours just to seat. Wtf. When you have kids. That's too long. And to screw up like this. We will never eat here again. And we were repeat customers that recommended this place multiple times. read more

Had a terrible experience! We have been going here for years as a family with my kids drama group when they finish a play. But this time the male waiter had horrible customer service. He kept showing that he was clearly annoyed with our large group. Then he actually physically put hands on some of the kids forcing them to sit all the way down. I called to speak with the manager about it, which of course was the waiter and he denied it and did not do a thing about it. I draw the line at touching children that are not your own! This place is amazing. I took some of our team to breakfast here Saturday morning and Anthony who served us totally took care of us. He was great. Made sure that our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. So much so that I didn't know what I wanted to eat so I threw out the idea of chicken & waffles. When he said that wasn't on the menu he did me a solid and went back to the kitchen and asked the chef. The next thing you know I had delicious chicken and waffles for breakfast!! A meal like no other, combined with unparalleled service was catered by Brookfields Restaurants to our office for our Holiday Thanksgiving party. The question of the day; "why have we not used their catering service until now?" Moist turkey meat with all the trimmings, delicious mac & cheese, buttery mashed potatoes, hot gravy, corn bread to die for, followed by their signature cheese cake and pumpkin pie, won the oohs and aahs of all of us and left us with an unforgettable experience. Simple you just charge me for the gator juice but don't add the vodka, MIND BLOWING....i know. She's not friendly and honestly I'm not so sure she belongs in this industry. I've heard her yelling and talking down to girls she works with and I was so surprised she wasn't fired on the spot for that kind of behavior in that atmosphere. The meal came with soup or salad and also garlic bread. I chose the vegetable soup... man, that cup was pretty big and got me almost full. By the time my meal came I couldn't even finish one piece of the pork chops. I ate one piece of the garlic bread. The food was delicious and I enjoyed the mash potato/gravy.
