The good: I got a lunch build-it-yourself burrito for $11-12. You choose a meat and then add 5 toppings. Additional toppings are an additional price. What I loved most about the burrito was how they made it into 2 smaller burritos and wrapped it (perfect for my husband and I since we were buying it just to split as a snack). I got the chicken with pico de gallo (optional to have it as a side), tomato, raw onion, cilantro and cheese. The price was fair. They also had the build-your-own burrito option for breakfast burritos. The interior is casual and sunny. They're right by the beach and you can even see the ocean from the indoor seating areas. The bad: The chicken could've had a more grilled flavor. It would've been cool if rice and beans were included as standard ingredients that weren't an additional charge in the build-your-own burrito. The interesting: They sell merchandise inside like hats and sweatshirts. Water is self-serve. They have their own small parking lot.

Protein Breakfast Burrito with wheat tortilla

My thought, when I picked up my order, was wow this burrito is awful small! Then I saw that my burrito was actually 2 smaller ones and together they combined to be a very decent sized burrito. I thought this was genius! Easy to save one for later, easy to share and easier to eat. Eat? Yes, it was tasty. I ordered the protein burrito with sausage, ham, cilantro on a wheat tortilla. I understand the customer designed concept but charging extra for cilantro? Service was friendly but I wished their online order site would include description of what you are ordering. Next time? They have pozole in the winter.

Great burrito spot! I came by for breakfast burritos. They have a decent selection... incisive tri-tip and chorizo! We had the triple (tri-tip, potato, etc) and the chorizo and egg. Both very good! Make sure to get salsa on the side. I liked the spicy one... added just enough flavor and heat! Oh and BE FORWARNED! The burritos come pre-split into two. So instead of one big burrito you get two smaller ones! At first I was confused but since I was sharing it actually made it super easy! Overall really great flavors and would definitely recommend! Stay Cheerful

Half of the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese and jalapenos

Speedy friendly service and huge portions. I really liked the tender brisket and the option to have half brown rice and half cauliflower in my Big Sky bowl. Husband had a breakfast burrito (wrapped as two smaller burritos) with bacon, egg, jalapeno, and cheese and he added tomato and onion. Truly no frills dining room. Bamboo forks. Loved the medium salsa and would totally order here every week if we lived in CA!

Reviews check in okay! One of the best places for breakfast burritos. You won't be disappointed. I'm was visiting from the Bay area and was craving a breakfast burrito. I was realy excited to see online that Brother's Burritos offered a wide selection of burritos. That's what really sold me. I tried the bacon Avocado burrito, make sure to add potatoes, and it was absolutely scrumptious. What stood out to me was they gave you two burritos. So if you are looking for a meal to share with a friend, make sure to just get one order of burritos! I left this place stuffed and I highly recommend that if you are in the area and are craving a breakfast burrito, that you make your way to Brother's Burritos!

Nice menu wish they had carne asada

I'm so confused with these brothers...didn't I get a burrito from a place with same name more near the beach a few years back? Anyways, walking one street up to avoid the dippy-shit crowds on the strand, was surprised to see another brother from possibly the same mother here, and the best part? They open at 7am. Not 11, not 10, not 9. Feed me! You see, us humans are fucking gremlins man...7 am should be standard, period. So, what was originally planned to be a 1 hour, -350 calorie burning walk turned into +1350 calories before you can say Orale! I was a bit bummed the only meat they have was tri-tip (it was good but plain and prefer carne asada, which they don't have.) but ordered a burrito anyways with pico, avocado (they forgot to put inside), sour cream, cheddar cheese and brown rice. It was wrapped nicely and love that they split it into 2 even pieces both wrapped fully, wait how... magic trick no cuts? Tasted very good and really hit the spot. $15 bucks got me more than full. Ate both halves regrettably should've eaten just 1 half first. Thank you for being open early, will be back. Oh and the medium salsa was sensational.

Ordered one chorizo n egg burrito $7.50. This is how it's served. 11/7/21

About a year ago, my soon to be ex in-laws raved about Brother's Burritos in Hermosa Beach, CA. I have to say that my chorizo and egg ($7.50) was fairly bland. It was served (unexpectedly) in two smaller flour tortillas. I thought it was going to be a regular burrito. I sat on the beach ready to eat it and thought I had gotten the wrong order. Lol. I was here at around 10:41AM on 11/7/21 before a nice long, brisk walk from pier to pier and a visit to some shops and the Manhattan Beach pier aquarium. It's within walking distance to the beach. The staff was nice and allowed me to wash my hands in their employees only restroom. The burrito just wasn't all as great as recent reviews would convince me to be. The "spicy" salsa wasn't that spicy either. Kind of a letdown. I'll try it again maybe some day and switch up my choice as they offer quite a few options. Plenty of free side street parking depending on the time of year. Read the signs because parking enforcement will get you real good and fast. | Food: 3 | Service: 4 | Environment: 3 | Price: 3 |

The B Avocado burrito was delicious! And even better, the hot salsa was addictive. Excellent experience!

The salsa arrives first. Bright. Alive. The sort of salsa that makes you pause mid-conversation and look down at the bowl with respect. Then the meal. Enchiladas wrapped in velvet-soft tortillas. Quiet for a Saturday night inside sit down at 8pm, but still plenty of to-go orders, and I'll guess they were busier earlier for dinner. Lucky for us! We were greeted warmly and offered a cute table with a view out to PCH. The decor is cozy and comfortable with pretty flower murals along the walls and framing doorways. Staff was very attentive and friendly and my eyes were MUCH bigger than my tummy! I went with the grilled white fish, rice and beans plate, but added a beef tamale from the appetizer menu. Hubs selected a beef quesadilla as his main. They have a good selection of beers and beverages, but when I saw a margarita on the menu I was curious and asked if they really had margaritas. 'Yes. Would you like one'? No need to ask me twice! Unfortunately, I think, to accommodate their beer & wine license, the marg was made with some sort of white wine and maaaaybe margarita mix from LaPaz. I didn't get a hint of tequila at all. Oh well, cerveza next time! Hubs' quesadilla was large and the steak juicy, he was very happy. My grilled fish was delicious and the tamale was perfecto! Lots of generous, well seasoned beef, not too thick of a mesa. We also liked the way they served "chips" and fresh salsa. The whole, fried corn tortilla in the basket! No way someone can complain 'these chips were all crumbs!' when served this way. Delicious! We would cheerfully return to Rosa's again and hope this great family owned & operated, since 1973, business gets lots of love from local - and visiting! - patrons. Cheers! "CC"

Definitely one of the smallest burritos I have ever had. The flavor was good, actually very good, and the sauce was solid. Unfortunately that was also portioned light, with the container only about half full. No chips with the burritos, and they were $10.50 each, which was higher than the listed online price.
