Hi. The pizza was delicious! My son ran around like crazy while he was eating because he loved it so much. And delivery was quick!! :)

This is the first negative comment I have ever made on YELP - all other reviews have been in praise of businesses. This happened on 3/7/2019. I ordered a pizza from The Woodlands Parkway location as I do on every Thursday for the past several years. Large half pepperoni and half canadian bacon with pineapple. I live on wedgemere ( In Cochrans Crossing ) - Brothers u recognize me? So I always place my order at 4:30 pm because they say it takes 1hr to 1hr 15 mins to deliver. At 6 pm, I call to ask if my pizza was on its way. I was polite. They say yes. Door bell rings a while later. I tell the delivery boy that the pizza is stone cold and ask him to feel the bottom of the box. I was very polite. He tells me call back to the store and they will fix it for me. I tip him $5 because its not his fault. When I call the store, I wait 10 mins on hold to talk to the Manager Lisa. She begins to explain that they are a delivery service and can't help it when their stuff gets delivered late. I'm very polite and suggest that she give me 50% off because, although its never happened before in all the times I have ordered - the pizza is stone cold. Lisa wants to press her point about delivery service. I tell her I am a loyal customer and I want a discount because the food is substandard and cold. Again she argues with me that they can't control delivery blah blah blah. Still being polite, I tell her give me a discount or you're going to lose me as a customer. She tells me again blah blah delivery service. I hang up the phone while she's talking because obviously she doesn't understand customer service. Surprise surprise, she calls me back and says "why did you hang up on me" and says blah blah delivery service. I told her she lost me as a customer and as she's starts yelling at me blah blah delivery service. I tell her to f**k herself and hung up the phone. SHE CALLS ME BACK AGAIN and I don't answer the phone. So she leaves a voicemail message and tells me "this call was recorded and I'm calling the police on you for verbal harassment". I call her back and ask "What's your name? I want to talk to the owner" She yells at me "what's your name?" and "I am the owner!". So I tell her "if you're the owner you're a f 'ing idiot because you just lost a customer" Just thought I'd share this little nugget with y'all. Peace out. read more

Brothers Pizza Express - Deluxe pizza. Amazing crust and perfect amount of everything! - Pizza Near Me - Spring, Texas

We order pizza from this place; at least 2-4 times a month. Last night will be the last because of the manager at the Sterling Ridge location (my husband thinks her name was Lima or something). We called and ordered around 6:10, and was told it would be 60-90 minutes. That was totally fine! We know they are busy and don't mind a wait time that long. However, we do have a problem with getting COLD pizza - especially when we live across the street. My husband called to let someone know that our pizza was delivered cold (not warm.. cold), and the manager told us (and I quote) "well then next time you should just pick it up yourself." If this is how you choose to treat your customers, then we will happily take our business elsewhere - as well as the business of our friends and family. We were hoping for a resolution when my husband tried to go up there, mainly just wanted hot pizza! But instead she snapped the food from us and gave us a refund. Yeah that's nice and all for our money back, but it's going to pend for 5-7 days, AND it's too late to order elsewhere. Why not just take the COLD pizza back and get us a HOT pizza? When this Lima lady asked what apt. we were in, she tried to use the excuse "we have had problems with y'all in the past" - I want to point out this "problem" she is referring too. Of ALL the times we have ever ordered from all Brother's Pizza locations - we have called in to "complain" one other time. And it was because we didn't receive HALF our order. We ordered two of everything - and they delivered one of everything. The driver told us we'd have to call the location because we weren't charged for it. SO when we called to find out where the other half of our order was - the manager/owner told us, "well we didn't charge you for it so its fine." We told her that it was NOT fine, that we ordered out because we were having a get together. We asked them to charge the rest of the order, and to please deliver it. We have NEVER asked for or expected a "handout" or "free food" as a resolution, we have only asked and wanted what we ordered! I sent an email via their website explaining what happened, and were told that we can just bring our business somewhere else. WTH? That is a resolution?! They have great pizza when it's hot. They ARE overpriced, but we didn't mind. But crappy customer service, rude owners (not just an employee, the OWNER), and getting yelled at over the phone because of an issue.. we will definitely take their advice and bring our business elsewhere - as well as the business of our friends and family who now order from them from our past recommendation. If you REALLY want to order from Brothers Pizza, my suggestion is to get it from the Grogan's Mill location - STAY AWAY FROM THE STERLING RIDGE LOCATION. read more

I was a little thrown off by some of the reviews but thankfully I gave it a shot and Brother's Pizza was a hit! The guy working there was so nice! He heated a few slices for me and my kids ate them right up. I had a few bites and had wished I got a whole pie. Anyway, the slices were huge and delicious. Some real NYC pizzeria type stuff. :) I'll be back soon for more, haha! read more

I consider myself a Pizza expert. Coming from NYC the Capital of Pizza. This pizza rivals one of the best pizzas.

I was a little hesitant to order from here because of the mixed reviews. I decided to stop on my way home this afternoon and I wasn't disappointed. I walked in, placed an order to go and left within 15 minutes. The pizza crust was perfect and the customer service was great. The side salad was a underwhelming, the lettuce was a little wilted. All in all I was impressed especially with the pizza. I definitely will be back to try more. read more

Coming from the East coast this is the closest to NJ pizza! Love it!!!!! Friendly staff as well.

My family has patronized this location going on three years; we regularly order delivery and have--in the past--bought pizzas for friends/neighbors as well. We believe in supporting local businesses especially during COVID. However, after tonight no more....We ordered our dinner; spaghetti/meatballs, a Greek salad, garlic bread, and a medium pizza. We are regulars and always tip the staff very well. Well today the "meal" arrived. The pizza was like cardboard with little cheese or pepperoni. The "garlic bread" was two pieces of..well, bread. Thoroughly disappointing and definitely not worth what we spent. So much for this place and we will be taking our business somewhere else from now on. read more

It's got to be the closest thing to a real back East pizza in the area. if you're the Karen that thinks Pizza Hut or Papa John's is real pizza or good, you will not appreciate this food. MEATBALL SUB HEAD-TO-HEAD REVIEW Let me start out by saying that I began this week with a mission: find the best meatball sub in the mid-woodlands from the local guys (No Subway and definitely nothing from the over commercialized mall area.) That being said, please note that I am also reviewing subs at restaurants that you normally go to when you are looking for pizza, not sandwiches. Now that I've prefaced my review, here you go! I had two contenders: the formidable Brothers Pizza and the venerable Crust Pizza. Both known for slinging delicious pie to hungry residents of the Woodlands. The short answer: overall I give the nod to Crust. Their sauce and meatball had more flavor and to boot the atmosphere is simply better at Crust. That's not to say that Brothers was completely out of the running. Brothers had a better bread and to my mind a more cheesy sub, but when you get down to brass tacks, the more flavorful Crust sub takes the crown. Both subs will be offered with a bag of chips with the purchase of a brew, wine, or fountain drink being an optional add-on. read more

I read good reviews about this place and expected good customer service and pizza. Instead, I got an okay pizza and bad Customer Service all around. My table needed cleaning and was told someone would come out to clean it. After fifteen minutes of waiting for someone to come out to clean the table. I decided I want the pizza to go, because: 1) The worker who told me my table would be clean...kept looking my way, but didn't come out to clean it. 2) The restaurant is dirty. It would not pass a restaurant inspection if one was given. The big screen TV on the wall was full of dust and oily finger prints. 3) There was a spill and none of the employees came out to help clean it up. The patrons had to clean up their own spill. What kind of Customer Service is that? 4) When I went up to tell the cashier lady I wanted my pizza to go -- she turned around and told the guy who was boxing the pizzas to go why I wanted the pizza boxed to go...and he immediately turn and looked and laughed. WTF!? Don't expect to eat in at this place. If you place an order to go. Make sure your pizza is hot and not cold when you pick it up or have it delivered. At some point while staying at the Woodlands Resort, we'd had enough wraps by the pool but still weren't ready to join the rest of the world. Pizza delivery!! Picked this one based on the reviews and we were super pleased. We just walked out from our patio near the valet stand and met the driver and they were so quick and friendly. We got those pizzas in - and really, there's nothing I love more than eating in a hotel bed with the pizza box serving as a plate. It is divine. I also ordered ranch and there's was good. I won't begin to try to tell you what kind of pizza you like, so I won't say this is the "best" but as far as a NY style pizza, this is the only place around and when I say around, I mean like a very large radius. I like all kinds of pizza, so I'm not saying NY is the greatest, but when I feel like a NY style, I don't want to end up with something thick. I don't find them to be super speedy so not sure on the "express" part, but I find them to be accommodating and tasty. Prices are in line with where a good pizza should be. First time ordered from here and thought the pizza was very good. Picked up in 35 minutes. The crust was thin but not too thin, everyone ate all the crust which doesn't happen from other pizza places. It was not salty like I find with other pizza places also. They also allowed me to create a half-half pizza which was the right amount for a family of 4. We had an 18" and 14" with only 1 pc left. I was thinking we would have left overs but because the pizza wasn't all crust and wasn't as filling. Will know for next time to order more so we can have left overs. The put the right amount of sauce and cheese so the toppings don't just slide off the pizza. read more

Good pizza at a good price from a family that has cared about their customers for more than 25 years over all their locations. On a return to The Woodlands, my wife and I arrived seconds before closing and appreciated the way that they accommodated us, especially the friendly service that didn't make us feel that we were putting them out. I have been ordering brothers pizza for a while now and it is honestly my favorite pizza! Although the customer service is HORRIBLE! I have never been treated worse and for that reason I will no longer be eating their! When I called them very calmly with an issue I had with my pizza, I was met with the owner who continuously thought I was lying and incompetent. She ended up hanging up on me. This is by far some of the worst pizza ever! Nothing is fresh. All of the toppings come out of a can! If I wanted crap pizza, I would have (and should have) gone to the Pizza Hut next door. How hard is it to cut up fresh mushrooms and pineapple? Does the owner realize that not only are fresh ingredients cheaper, but they taste better too! If you ever want to try this place, do not. I came in for a philly. After I had paid, they told me they were out. I decided on a grilled chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. The chicken was dry and had fat that I couldn't chew. The bread was super crunchy. I was not offered compensation for the price difference. Three stars because the lady making the sandwich was very nice and apologetic. I rarely write anything bad especially about a place I generally like. I went with my kids tonight to get some pizza slices. At 6:30 they had no more pizza slices. We were also told the wait for a pizza would be about 45 minutes. The place was barely half full and pizza does not take that long!! The girl behind the counter wasn't exactly apologetic. Others in front of us walked out disgruntled too. This is how a good business goes downhill fast. Poor customer service and mismanagement. Word gets around quick. By far, this is the worst food of any sort I've ever eaten. The pizza here is pretty much a thin layer of cheese on a slightly burnt crust, with a few nasty oily pepperonis. It's nearly like eating cardboard; any pizza, even frozen pizza from a grocery store is better.
