You know, you wouldn't travel 50 miles for it, but if you're in the neighborhood it's quite tasty. In fact, the only reason it doesn't get the full 5 stars is because although it actually showed up well before the 30 minutes they quoted me, it showed up lukewarm. I'm a regular here, but only because it's close to my house. They have minimal seating, so I usually take-out. Their pizza is good (chicken parm slice being my favorite), but not the best I've ever had. Their sandwiches are alright (they never put enough oil and vinegar on, so it's very dry), and their garlic knots are horrible. Probably their worst thing on the menu (they are so dry and have way too much garlic). Their service is below-average, they always take long too deliver which is why I always take-out and the people are mean (the girl who answers the phone ALWAYS has an attitude and one of the guys has a really bad accent and always raises his voice when I tell him to repeat himself). Ordered pasta with garlic & oil as well as some other items. I stressed in detail that the person eating is vegan and has dairy allergy so no grated cheese & please no parsley & no butter as he doesn't like it. It gets delivered & it's loaded with grated cheese. I call to complain & the high school girl apologizes then puts the owner on. He not only doesn't apologize but starts getting loud & argumentative telling me that high school kids don't know what vegan is & that I should have spelled it out. First, I did spell it out. Second, I didn't get loud so no need for him to get loud. Third, I didn't get what I ordered so how am I wrong. Last, my 5 nieces are in high school and 3 are vegan the other 2 are pescatarian. The best part of this is that the only one who apologized is the high school girl who he underestimated. This establishment has been around for years now and any Saddle Brook native will tell you it's the best pizzeria that's ever been opened at that location, and there's been quite a few. I, personally, have been enjoying Brothers' Pizza for years, especially their chicken parm subs and baked ziti pizza. I've only ever ventured into the dessert menu for a cannoli once or twice, which was delicious and generously portioned. Food is impeccable ALWAYS, never a bad day! The service is always great. There are always friendly local teen girls working the counter and responsible young men delivering. It's great to see an establishment extending so many jobs to millennials. As for the cooking positions, of course, there are qualified older workers, who are always quick to look up from their work to share a big smile. I always feel welcomed to eat here. Whatever you do, don't pop in on weekends around dinner time or on days where local kids have off from school or get out early. It gets so packed it's impossible to breath. The eat-in portion is quite small, but understandable since their main focus is delivery/pick-up. The customers are usually respectful, unless it's a large group of kids (who come often) that are always loud, obnoxious, and take up most of the tables. I am a self-proclaimed pizza snob....(my all time favorite is Brooklyns in Ridgewood, but they don't deliver) I thought I'd order a medium cheese pie for delivery and see if it's up to my standards. It was sooooo good! I like the thin crust which is just chewy enough with the perfect balance of sauce to cheese ratio. If they say delivery will be 30 minutes, you can expect your bell to be ringing between 15-20. Decent prices, too. I decided to change up my order this past weekend and got rigatoni with meatballs. It comes with a good portion of garlic bread on the side and the meatballs were so tender that my fork cut it effortlessly. Food is good, but pickup times for any order is always 40-60 minutes. I ordered a plain pie and it was a 60 minute wait. Then when you get there, you wait another 10-15 minutes.
