If you're rollin' into Brothers Restaurant and not ordering the Country Skillet, you're seriously missing out. I grabbed it last weekend--loaded with crispy bacon, juicy sausage, and sautéed onions all piled on a bed of golden hash browns, topped with eggs. It came with toast on the side, slathered with butter and jelly like grandma used to do. The whole plate was hearty as hell and hit that perfect greasy spoon sweet spot.
