All the employees are friendly and professional. The establishment is clean and let's not forget the service itself...they do an amazing job! They shape my eyebrows with symmetry and beauty. Over priced. Huge over turn rate. Every time I come here I have to have someone new wax/thread me. They are usually not as experienced (threaders). One of the ladies waxed my upper lip and dropped wax all over my neck. I would pay $17 for someone whose knows what they are doing, but not for someone who is trembling to put wax on and inexperienced. read more

Normally I love this place, but today was not the same, my eyebrows came out looking bad, in my eyes not even to each other. The lady said well I did a clean up. But I wasn't happy at all. Still paid but I won't be going here again. They make you feel as if you messed up when all you are doing is sitting back in the chair while they thread. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! I am very particular about my eyebrows, I mean, who isn't? It's part of our face. I had gone to multiple places before landing here. Everywhere else, the girls either left my eyebrows too thin or asymmetrical. I came here and got Nisha. I know it sounds weird but I feel every person has a 'heavy or light' hand, meaning it hurts a lot or not when they thread your eyebrows. Not only does she have a 'light' hand (doesn't hurt as much) she always leaves my eyebrows full and symmetrical. I have been to this place probably 10 times. It was good 2/10 times. The ladies have been consistently rude. Don't like fixing mistakes. Are sitting on their cell phones and seem annoyed when a customer walks in. And it hurts like hell. They rush and say they are done within 2 minutes so that they can go back to their cellphone. This is the worst threading experience I've ever had. Not only is the employee Dimple very rude, but she determines the price for each service (which varies every visit) and the area covered for each service. I had my chin threaded, for which she charged me extra for plucking couple of hairs along my jawline, close to my chin. Every other salon considers this the chin area. This salon only cares about collecting more money from the few customers they get. The place is empty whenever I've been there and I'm not surprised. Never going back! read more

I have been going for threading services for past 10 years and never have I came across somebody who segregates upper lip and lower lip and moreover the demarkation that you lower lip area has started and refuses to clean unless you pay extra dollars for it and that too with such arrogance which leaves you speechless obviously you can't leave hairs at the corners of your mouth so end up paying that ridiculous charge :'(. The experience was completely beyond belief and nowhere in their rate chart( the segregation of lip ) has been mentioned :(. Also I got little scars after few hours of when i got my eyebrows done .I am never ever going back to this salon again but in my personal opinion such strategy in the field of customer service is such a big fallout . read more

First time here for eyebrow threading. Sorror was so gentle and accommodating. She applied aloe vera gel before starting, to help with the tiny hairs I had coming out. She asked if I was doing ok. Very happy with my first visit. Will be back and will ask Sorror for my threading. read more

Bad service and they rip you off. The place is dirty and the price says for example $8 and up and when I went to pay she said $16 and then she said oh wait it's actually $20. I get the same thing done at Stars Threading for $7. Never going here again. They judge you and hike up the price based on seeing you / your car. I even tipped after I was ripped off as I believe in karma and the amount they ripped me off costed them customers I would have otherwise referred. Good luck staying in business - pretty sure you will close down in the foreseeable future as Irvine Company has strict standards ! read more

Got my eyebrows threaded here for $10.00. I was in and out in less than 5 minuets. I've been threading my eyebrows for years at Sutra in University Town Center and this is the first experience I've had where I was not satisfied with my service. The lady seemed like she wanted to get back to talking to her coworkers on the couch and did a quick clean for me. The edges were not sharp and I had to go home and trim the extra pieces she missed. Overall, I felt so rushed to go in and out even though I was the only customer in there. Would not come again. read more
