This is an excellent burger place! Wow! Highly impressed at the freshness and high quality taste of the food. They have a separate fryer for the fries that are gluten free for those of us with allergies. They have dairy free cheese options and gluten free buns! LOVE this place so much. The owner Ian is super awesome too. Made sure our food was tasting good during our visit. The inside looks great, very modern industrial look. Very clean and spacious. As soon as we walked in someone greeted us which was a nice start. We sat at the bar since it was empty. The music was super low so that kind of made it feel dead. We went to have some cocktails since it was happy hour. The drinks fell way short, the Lemon Lavender had zero flavor just tasted like water with bottled lime juice. Unfortunately the Mango Madre ( it was called Mango something) was not much better. Once we tasted the drinks we decided to pass on the burgers. We would have left but we ordered onion rings and sweet potato fries. The fries were burnt but they replaced them immediately and the onion rings were a little too greasy maybe old oil. The experience through us off since we had a great experience at the old location in Prescott years ago. Maybe burgers will be the only thing to go for... just not sure . We visited while on a trip to flagstaff. Found Brown Bag on yelp and stopped in. Wasn't too crowded for a Saturday night and ordered takeout. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Portions were great, almost too big to finish. Onions rings were great. We enjoyed while eating in parking lot of the Lowell Observatory before a visit. Overall will def come back when in town. read more

Hate to be critical but it was a really disappointing experience. Even coming in very hungry, the food was not good at all. Poor quality ingredients. I would never serve this to friends or others. It's very sloppy and low class to serve such an awful hamburger and other items. Ordered a hamburger medium rare but got very well done. The patty was really low quality anyway. The blue cheese was overpowering. Bun was good. Kids chicken fingers were all bread and very little chicken. Ok atmosphere but music louder than necessary. Service was decent - well enough and not to be critical of. Maybe a decent place to get a drink. I never saw a drink menu but didn't ask either. Nothing special here. Good burgers and their fries are good too! I think the sweet potato fries were better but both hit the spot! I ordered the Cajun burger and it was so good! The onion jam on it was DELICIOUS! Honestly, probably the WORST service I've ever had in my life. Food was decent but there's other decent burger restaurants around so i do not feel the need to ever go back here & hope no one else risks their time & money to go. The server forgot to put an order in for 1 person in our group, so everyone else got their food except that person. Server never brought our fried pickles then ended up leaving w/out saying anything so the 1 other server there had to pick up her slack. Everything took over an hour for a round of burgers. This is the 1st time we never tipped the server. Definitely will never come back, there was not 1 single thing that would be worth another visit. Ps- it was graduation weekend and this place was empty, so it's not like there was a ton of people. It was us & 2 other tables, no one else. Don't come here unless you have all the time in the world to wait & don't care if you get your full order. Just terrible. read more

Quick service! A great spot for quick, good food. I got the west coast Philly and it was great. The atmosphere is not exactly what I expected- it does feel definitely more like quick-serve almost fast food rather than really a sit down restaurant, so just be aware of that. We would have welcomed the opportunity to try your restaurant. However, closing at 8 PM on a Friday night during move-in weekend at NAU speaks volumes about the management of this restaurant. UPDATE; Obnoxious response from the manager below. An apology and an invitation would have been a more respectful approach. Now not even going to attempt to return. There are numerous other restaurants in Flagstaff that not only has good food but clearly more respect for customers. Stay away from this place. You could get a better burger down the street at In N' Out or even McDonald's. read more

Me & my partner came to visit flagstaff from thurs-sat. Horrible & never again! We walked into this restaurant and were not welcomed in, we ordered and the young lady at the register seemed bothered to take our order. which i tried to be understanding because maybe she was having a rough day. We wait 50 mins for our food NEVER GOT IT A white family showed up 30 mins into us being there and they were welcomed in as soon as they walked in the door and were handed menus at the register the cashier let them know there was going to be a little wait and that they can take a seat & order when they are ready (Never said a word to us til we walked to the register) they got their food 20 mins into being there and the young lady had the audacity to bring out there food and said "sorry for the wait" while it was a family of 4 and they all got meals while me & my partner just got two meals nothing extra! Once again we weren't told there was going to be a wait she just took our order and walked away. we get up and ask for a refund because we felt we got treated poorly for being colored. As we walk to the register the cashier runs to the back and comes back out with the meals in a bag from the back when we said it was for there. So i'm assuming it was just sitting back there and they wanted us to get served last or waited for us to say something. I hope you guys find peace within yourselves to treat others the way you would like to be treated. read more

If you're looking for a greasy, delicious burger, this is the place. The fries were doused with seasoned salt, bordering on too much. The ranch dressing is yummy. Probably best burger I've ever had, or if I've ever had better I can't remember. I had the chili cheeseburger. The chili had more flavor than heat, but just the right amount of heat. My date had the Diablo burger and also said it was just the he right amount of spicy. You know you're having good French fries when you don't go looking for the ketchup. Theirs were perfectly seasoned. When I wanted a little extra zip the chipotle Mayo was great for dipping. Prices are reasonable... I've paid about as much for a fast food burger. this place was awful. Starting with them being out of pork & ice cream. The food would have been okay if my tots weren't over cooked with no potatoes in them and had my burger been MEDIUM RARE & not well done. I wasn't even gonna complain until I found a long piece of hair in the middle of my burger! It was disgusting and I almost ate it. I got a refund but of course didn't realize the refund was for the cheaper item! This place is trash & I do night like being taken advantage of highly NOT recommended. Nobody was inside I should have not even went in. Also tipped 20 percent before even receiving service. I'll never do that again. read more
