Our LG washing machine suddenly developed pump problems after almost 15 long years. The dryer was removed, cleaned, diagnosed, repaired, reconnected, and drying clothes for less than $100. This all happened in less than an hour of the technicians arrival. My washer broke 4/6/21, I called brownes aplience at 6pm no answer so I left a vm and explained the issue. The next day, instead of calling me back he texts me and asks my issue with the washer and I told him it just stoped working. Then he texts back, "I already spoke with you about your washers issue". I responded, "I think that was someone else". Then he asks my name, and for an hour no response and I simply ask l, "can you come out today?" Still no response for an hour.. it's like, if you have a business respond to your potential customers don't leave them asking you multiple times if you can come out to fix an issue, or at least give me the courtesy of saying your busy at the moment. wouldn't recommend this "repair" person. read more
