Very responsive and attentive to call he answered phone right away and had an opening the same day to inspect washing machine. He advised the washer was in overload thats why it stop spinning. He checked the suspension springs and they were not broken so he did not try to install or charge for parts that were not needed. Honest guy. read more

We hired Browne Services to first check mom's older Whirlpool dryer which was not heating. He came out and let us know the parts couldn't be found for the 30 year old appliance (we had chrcked too but and couldn'tlocate them). We found another dryer and he installed the new one and hauled off the old one and recommended a new gas line which was also 30 years old. My GE dryer was making an awful high pitched screeching sound. It is 14 years old so I assumed it was time for a new one but wanted to have it looked at before I put out the money. Ask for a price for my washer to be leveled and my dryer to be hooked up. He came out installed the dryer tighten the legs on the washer. He never used a leveler he just used his hands. And said ok its better. My husband called him back because same day because the washer was not leveled. He told my husband to use the tool and tighten it. Well that why we called Browne appliance for and that's what I paid him to do. I have since emailed browne twice to let him know it's still not leveled and all I get is use the tool. Called another appliance guys and the first thing he did was pull out his leveler.and now it's working fine.
