Hands down, the best bagel shop I've ever been to. If you're unsure, check out their amazing menu on their website. I have tried the prime rib and chicken bacon ranch bagel sandwiches. Both were delicious. I recommend their red potato salad as a side because it's the perfect portion and the perfect taste. After my first visit, my mouth was watering later that day for another bagel sandwich. I live in Fife, but it's worth the drive. The business is family-owned and operated. The service is very quick and friendly. It's always nice to support local business owners, and even better when you're supporting a business that delivers the best products. Please go check them out! As I and a friend walked in we were NOT greeted by three workers though all were right there within 10 feet. The person at the register was chit-chatting with a customer so we stood there waiting for a menu or to be seated. I wasn't sure because there was nothing in sight to their preference. So we stood there for a few minutes waiting for a break in their conversation or one of the other employees to acknowledge us as to what to do, but no one looked our way. So I interrupted the guy at the register and asked "Can I have a menu?". He just glanced at me, looked away and kept talking. So I took some menus that were on the counter, but under some billing stuff (awkward) and we seated ourselves. We waited a good 17 minutes until the waitress finally walked by and said "I'll be with you in bit", and then that took good while too. She finally came back, just wanting to know our order but still NO greeting or smile. I found it odd and cold. The food added to a worse experience. The bagels were blah! I ordered the egg and bacon bagel with cream cheese. There were just two small thin strip of bacon on mine and the cream cheese was put SO thinly on, it was slimy like hot mayonnaise! The Americano I ordered was the only good thing. The food seemed very over priced for what we got. Even after paying our bill, the guy at the who took out money didn't really look at us or say thank you!! Really? He closed his till and walked off!! Geesh!!! Did they even want us there? We came, we ate, we left and not one employee really said "boo!" We will never go back!!!! read more

Once we sorted out that you're supposed to grab a menu yourself, and then order up front, we waited at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. Today was the last day I will patronize Bruchelles bagel bistro. Today was the fifth time I went to this bagel shop to learn they were out of one or more of the most popular bagels. Last time I went a few weeks ago, they had run out of sesame bagels within an hour of opening. Today, I arrived right at 8 am when they opened, was literally the first customer, and was told upon entering that they were completely out of both sesame and everything. Despite a strong desire to support local businesses, this business is run poorly and a pattern has been established of not ordering adequate supply of their main product (bagels) to support customer demand. How they are still open amazes me. Shame on me I guess for expecting a bagel store to carry bagels and continuing to frequent this establishment expecting different results. Do ice cream stores run out of ice cream, or pizza shops run out of dough? No. If they did they would go out of business. I've had it with the poor management of this bagel store. I imagine I'm not the only customer they have lost because of their inability to forecast demand. read more

4 or 5 people working right now. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Young lady who took my order is visibly sick, coughing into her sleeve every few minutes. Took 5 minutes to get my coffee, another 10 for the bagel. Literally a bagel on a plate plopped on the table, with about a half cup of cream cheese on it. No napkins or silverware. While waiting, I watched the server serve a table of 6. She brought each item out one at a time, over the course of about 10 minutes, each water, bev, plate, one at a time. By the time the last person was served, the first person was finished. My bagel and napkins took two trips. No silverware - I hate to ask since that would mean three trips for her, knife fork spoon. She just now wiped down a table (with a sopping, dripping rag, not even wrung out), which was clean btw, while people are sitting there - gross - while two empty tables remain dirty. The blonde behind the counter, seems to be either owner/manager, griped to me about being busy(!). Literally. She said "I swear these people are calling their friends or something, telling them to meet here. Geez, I don't know what's wrong with everyone today. They just keep coming in waves." Seriously? Are you friggin' kidding me? It wasn't that busy. There were 3 empty tables. One table of 6, two tables of two, and two tables of one. At least 4 people working. You call that busy? You don't know what busy is! Unorganized, flustered, yes. Busy? No. Keep it up and your "busy" problem will fix itself. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

For anyone planning to come here I want to clarify that this is not a bakery/bagel shop. I knew that before I went in so that I wasn't disappointed. It is a cafe type place with menu items that incorporate different variations of the bagel! I was actually very satisfied with my visit. The place is very clean and inviting. Lots of parking, a nice TV, not that busy when I went. You order at the counter and then seat yourself as one of the friendly workers waits on you. The staff was just as great as the food. Only two girls were working when I went and they were both so friendly and fast. I ordered the tomato and basil soup, as well as a blueberry bagel with vanilla cinnamon cream cheese. My boyfriend got the basic breakfast sandwich with a side of Greek yogurt with passion fruit topping. We both loved out meals and they were more than worth the price. I spent only $20 for both of our meals and drinks. We will definitely be coming back as I am looking forward to trying a coffee or adult beverage next time. ;) read more

I took the missus here for a quick bagel-to-go on her birthday in April. This was our 1st visit. My wife got the Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese & I got the Jalapeno bagel with Garlic cream cheese. (Alas, no kisses for me I later realized) Both of our bagels were lightly toasted. We didn't make it a mile down the road before I had to pull over and park so that we could thoroughly enjoy our excellent treat. The bagels were thick, warm & lightly toasted on the outside while the inside was soft & chewy. They could not have been better. My wife took our daughter there last week and she couldn't stop raving about how amazing her chickpea bagel/sandwich was & now plans on taking her boyfriend there as well. I thought the prices were fair & will definitely go back myself when I have the chance. I do have to agree with the other reviewers in regards to their business hours, I really don't like how they open so late at 10am. This effectively cuts Bruchelle's off my breakfast list, which is a shame. I bet if they were to open at 7am, they would get a huge boost in sales, as both kids going to school could pop in for a bagel before class & people heading off to work could have a little something to counter the coffee they just hastily downed as they walked out the door. My co- worker and I had a unexpected day off and asked if I wanted to grab lunch! I had heard about bruchelle's but hadn't been there yet. So we opted to head on over there and have lunch! The place is adorable, decor is nice and a laid back atmosphere. I ordered the sirloin salad and my co worker ordered a Bagel sandwich (sorry not sure which one) but the food was fantastic! Great service and we met the owner and her daughter ( who works there) as well! This is an awesome place for meeting up with friends. They serve cocktails and have a good variety of beer as well!
