Bagels are always fresh with a big variety of options, and fresh ingredients & I love that they crack fresh eggs for your bagel sandwiches. I also enjoy that they offer freshly squeeze orange juice. One of my favorite bagels to get is the cinnamon sugar with their honey walnut cream cheese, it's almost similar to a cinnamon bun. I've been here about 25 times and have found the servers to be friendly, competent and quick. The environment is conducive to my working on a paper and checking my email messages. A variety of bagels are offered as well as bagel sandwiches. All that I've tried have been excellent: fresh and perfectly cooked. The coffee has always been fresh and well-brewed. Birthday 2025, today i found myself in between MD appts , and the hangry monster was starting. I quickly came here and realized it was the last day to redeem a free bagel with cream cheese on the app. Note: app doesnt work here. After waiting in the wrong spot to make an order with no signs , and the women working chatting away, i was finally able to get a customer to help direct me to the proper location. First, you go to the area where the ladies are chatting away to order , then you pay. The lay out is kinda off. 15 min wasted later , i finally order and get my bagel of choice: cinnamon with cream cheese and a fresh squeezed OJ. I initially thought about taking it to go, then decided to eat inside instead. Why not? When i came it was around 11;45am, once i started eating it started to be around noon and the vibe started getting livelier. The lunch crowd maybe by 12:35pm. My bagel seemed harder than usual, and the cream cheese "meh". I usually order the onion bagel or everything bagel. Im regretting my choice now, since im now smelling the garlic/onion scent. Olfactory senses on heightened awareness. Next time. Inside is clean, there was a nice worker who was hard at work cleaning , stocking , and tending to restroom while the other 3 were chit chatting away. Her hard work did not go unnoticed by me. Would this be my regular spot to come? Maybe not. The problematic app, the parking situation, and mediocre bagel isn't something that would make me rush here. All the bagels are yummy and they can be ordered toasted there or to go or however, you want. You can get cream cheese on your bagel or you can get a egg and cheese bagel sandwich which is also very good. The only criticism I have is their coffee sucks so I wouldn't order coffee, but everything else is great. read more

I remained polite and did not raise my voice, yet her response was dismissive and unprofessional. I later spoke with the manager, Marcel, who defended her behavior after I mentioned that she had misidentified herself as the manager. He stated that he had never received a bad review regarding her, rather than addressing how I was treated. I submitted multiple customer service inquiries requesting follow-up with someone higher than the manager. The lack of response has affected me deeply, as it left me questioning why I was shamed and treated so poorly when I simply asked for a refund. All I wanted was for the situation to be handled respectfully. This experience left a very bad impression. read more

I hate to do this, because I grew up eating brueggers and have a love for the place. But every time I have been in recently, the experience has been a "why did I come here again" type of experience. I usually get a pretty simple bagel and cream cheese, which is around $5. The prices have increased, and the sizes of the bagels seem to have decreased. The once big, fluffy bagels are now small, flat and sad. I'd rather just get a bag of processed bagels at the Ralphs next door at this point. If I'm paying a premium for a plain bagel, I want a good one! This last time I went in I found a hair in my bagel...thought it might have been a hair on my shirt or something so I continued eating. Then another...and another... I'm really hoping (and kept telling myself) it was something that just fell off me, but the bag had just been opened and everything was wrapped...I was so disgusted. I placed an order for half a dozen bagels (toasted/sliced) and a tub of plain cream cheese. When my ordered arrived, there was no cream cheese. Fortunately, I was able to have that refunded and placed another order for plain cream cheese and an iced coffee cooler mocha. I specifically noted, "No chocolate drizzle, please. If you could make it a little less sweet, I would appreciate it. :)" When my second order arrived, I finally received the plain cream cheese but my drink order was terrible. They completely ignored my instructions and instead of no chocolate drizzle, I received a drink with a good portion of the bottom covered in chocolate drizzle. There was so much chocolate syrup, I couldn't even taste coffee. It was a $6.19 chocolate milk. I'm really disappointed that 2 orders in the same day were wrong. Feel hesitant about ordering from this particular Bruegger's Bagels again. And it's unfortunate, as I've purchased many times for my co-workers in my office. I didn't have the same negative experience a lot of other reviewers did. I have had their bagels before when they would be brought into the office. I thought it pretty good and their cream cheeses are good as well. This past weekend I tried it in person at the restaurant. It was really busy due do it being a weekend but they got through the line really fast. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with honey siracha cream cheese. It was really good! However, I didn't taste much of the siracha, there was just a hint of spiciness. The flavors of the cream was good though, sweet and savory. The bagel could have been toasted a tad bit more but it was good. I also got an iced coffee which wasn't amazing but not terrible and pretty good/acceptable for a chain bagel shop. I didn't see garlic bagels which are my favorite! I wonder if they ever carry them? I will definitely be coming back to try other bagels and different flavored cream cheeses. Not impressed. To be fair we usually get bagels and lox at I Love Bagels but they were closed today so we tried Brueggers. While the bagel tasted nice with good texture, it was very small and thin. They put a tiny smear of cream cheese (didn't even cover to the edges and you could see through the thin layer) and then the lox was not only a tiniest amount (so little that we then went to Ralph's to buy more lox to add on the bagel), but it was so thin it was almost shredded and the edges were dry like it was old or left out. Farmhouse is my favorite so far, on an everything bagel. Convenient to the ice rink for a breakfast sandwich and hot coffee while watching early morning practice or a game. Service is top notch. Sweeter bagels like blueberry or cinnamon raisin to cheesy hashbrown, poppy seed, sesame seed and plain Janes. On average about 15 different flavors. There are about 10 types of cream cheese to top them with. If cream cheese is not your MoJo they have butter, peanut butter, ect. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are a little high for what you get. Just under $7.00 for a bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee. Coffee is always hot and fresh. At least 4 types of coffee is available along with different types of creamers. Dark Roast is my favorite. I dig this place. Then again I LOVE bagels. 3 stars mainly for the value.
