The best value for the money so far in Aspen. The restaurant is nice, kind of mid-scale with good waiters and good food. The seafood risotto was excellent and had a subtle smoky taste and lots of mussels, calamari and shrimp. The lasagna was very tasty and just the right serving size (and we still took some In a to go box). The margaritas were delicious and we watched the NCAA M tournament while we dined. Excellent service and a nice atmosphere. I would go back!

Place is supposed to be open but the doors are closed and locked...no one is there but they took our payment.

This place may be closed?? I feel awkward giving "stars" as I have no particular complaint with the food or location...We are visiting Aspen and were looking for dinner to eat in. We ordered food to go from the Brunelleschi's website, order was accepted, and payment shows as 'pending' through our credit card company (including tip). But, when we showed up 20 mins later to pick up the food, the doors were locked, lights out, furniture stacked on tables, and nobody there. Other customers showed up also looking to get in. The hours on their website showed they should be open. We called multiple times but it only went to voicemail. We are hoping the place is still open --- but it wasn't open tonight and we are definitely hoping that our payment is not processed as we never got any dinner. Sending good thoughts to Brunelleschi's that tonight was just a blip.

Honestly, dining here was a good experience for us. We stopped by for lunch on Saturday and this place was fairly empty. We got the Sofia, shrimp scampi, shrimp linguini and the chicken piccata.. I think the Sofia and piccata were my favs. Service was quick. The calamari was pretty good. Decent meal if you're in Aspen downtown

Service was okay, food was beyond mediocre. The pizza is basically a lavash with no crust. Gluten free pasta was mushy and so overcooked and came out within 2 minutes of ordering so it was clear it had been pre-made and sitting there disintegrating... Marinara sauce was full of sugar and I would hardly call anything here "Italian."

Aspen is very hip and happening all year round. The summer months are gorgeous so this restaurant is very busy if you are looking to sit at the outside tables. We didn't have a reservation so we. sat inside. The ambience inside doesn't exist unfortunately. It's old and outdated. The service was good. The pizza is paper thin and lacks a crust. For thin pizza lovers this pie is for you! The burnt cheese is the "crust". Pasta was good and authentic. Salad was really good too.

Greek pizza was very good, much better than expected. Thin and crispy almost tortilla like crust. Delicious fragrant olives.

OMG, the fries were absolutely amazing. The German style pils that I had were perfect with the food and my wife loved the Independence Pass IPA. Keith the bartender was so friendly and fun to chat it up with. First off, we were met with a cold waitress. It seemed like it was such a chore to take our orders. I asked for a side of ranch for our pizza and she came back with the tiniest sauce container with less than a tablespoon of ranch in it, which I originally thought was fine because I could just ask for more, which I did end up doing. Then, every time my boyfriend's soda was low she would take it and refill it, not specifying that it would cost us for a refill. Then we get our check and I see 2 charges for ranch $2 each and 2 charges for soda $6 each. She never specified that the ranch nor the soda refills would be extra especially since the ranch portion was smaller than a shot glass. Some places charge for ranch which is fine, but they give you enough ranch to justify a charge. Then on top of that there was a 22% gratuity fee already added because we were a group larger than 6. AND on top of that there was a 5% employee wellness fee. Both explain why the waitress didn't need to care about doing a good job because she was already guaranteed a 27% tip. Keep in mind this was all noticed after we got the receipt emailed and had already paid because on the software they use for paying, it didn't show us an itemized receipt. And of course, we could have waived the employee wellness fee but we didn't know that it existed or that we could've waived it until after we paid. Just pay your employees more or up the prices of your menu items to include the "wellness" fee.

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The peanut dressing does have soy sauce so it is not gluten free, so they brought me a champagne vinaigrette instead. It was delicious. I got this during the cyclospora outbreak, because I'm a wild person now lol but they assured me they only get quality ingredients and super clean all veggies and fruit coming in. My pilots got the meatballs, creamed corn, and deviled eggs and they LOVED them.

They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating! Servers were very friendly although the serving can take a bit longer, depending on how busy they are. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.
