My husband and I love ice cream so we were excited to try this place out. During our first visit, we were greeted with friendly service, samples given when asked, and they threw in a doggy sundae for our pup who was with us. We both got the blast with Oreos and although we were impressed by the creaminess to it, we were disappointed that by the time you reached the middle, all the toppings were gone. All that was left was the vanilla ice cream which got overwhelming. We went again yesterday to try something else. My husband ordered a waffle bowl with mint chocolate chip and fudge brownie ice cream. Immediately, he shared that it was 10 times better than the blast haha. I got a scoop of strawberry matcha ice cream and enjoyed it as well. Our dog Rita got another doggy sundae and basically inhaled it. Overall, we like Bruster's for the variations of ice cream they offer (from sorbets, cakes, scoops, blasts, subdaes), wonderful service, and how quick parking is to get in and out. First time coming here and we loved it! There was a line at 9pm but it's a Friday night and a good place will have a small wait and totally worth it! There are a lot of options to choose from but we decided on a Blast with candy mix instead (1 free mix but you can add on for small fee). It was delicious! Also they offer free doggie sundae for your pup! Super sweet and cute to offer this! We didn't bring our dog as we came here after date night, but they gave us our doggie sundae to go! The ice cream here is delicious! I love the aesthetic and colors of the place - very nostalgic. Walked up to the window and was greeted by a very nice man. He provided us with a few spoon samples we requested. Everything was so delicious, I had a hard time deciding which flavors to get. I ended up getting a scoop of Banana Cream Pie and a scoop of Peach in a waffle cone. The Peach was delicious it was made with real peaches. This new ice cream shack is finally opened in Fullerton. If you are a member of efoodie, you can buy one waffle cone and get a second one free. Both Jamaican Me Crazy and chocolate cookie dough ice creams were phenomenal. What it is so interesting is that even though the ice cream melts, it doesn't drip because it is gooey. The clerk was very bright and nice. She offered to try the flavors and made sure that we get what we like. My favorite place to get ice cream! I usually go to their Orange location but came here for the first time, and this location was just as great. The place itself is a walk up style place where you place and pick up your order from the windows. The workers are all so friendly and helpful so if you feel overwhelmed by all the flavors, don't be afraid to ask questions. I got a half gallon of the sea salt caramel toffee and it was SO good. The ice cream here is phenomenal! It's fresh and creamy! We ordered two blasts. One with Snickers and the other with Reeses peanut butter cups. I paid extra for more toppings in each as well as peanut butter sauce in the other. One I got home I saw there were m&ms in both as well. I am a little upset because there was not extra toppings in either blast but also no peanut butter, all of which I paid for. Hopefully the pint we got is worth the $8.99. read more

As soon as my girlfriend and I got here we were greeted by a very friendly worker who offered us any samples we wanted. I settled on the Rocky Road which was decadent and nutty, the perfect chocolatey combo. My girlfriend went in the opposite route and went with a Sour Apple italian ice which incorporated the perfect amounts of sweet and sour into the green apple flavor. Something about this ice cream felt rich but also light at the same time, without making you feel overindulged. A new ice cream place in Fullerton? Oh, heck yes. My friends and I rolled into the parking lot on a rainy night two weeks ago. We were the last customers of the night because we got there right before closing (I know, I know, we were those people). After skimming the menu and trying some samples (the employees were super kind and gave great recommendations), I got the Oreo cookies and cream (made with oat milk) in a cake cone. As a lactose intolerant girlie, I was super happy to see non-dairy options that were actually good flavors!!! The ice cream was super good and had great texture. My friends also really enjoyed their ice cream, too. We also got coupons for our next visit. My mom actually winded up going sometime later and tried their butter pecan ice cream. She said it was the best butter pecan ice cream she's ever had (and I've never heard her say that ever)! Bonus points to Bruster's. I will say it's a bit on the pricier side of ice cream, so something to keep in it. However, it's all made in shop, so that justifies it. The ice cream is good, but every time I come here, I leave feeling ripped off. Once they forgot to apply my discount for bring your own banana day, and instead of refunding me, they gave me a coupon which meant I had to come back and spend more money. Another time, I asked for an extra cup so I could split a small between my two children (because they don't need 500 calories of ice cream) and they told me they would have to charge me for two kids scoops instead of one small. What bothered me is that the previous time, they offered me an extra cup without me even asking. For context, I am (or was) a die hard Handel's fanboy. Since they were purchased by a new owner, they've lost a bit of their charm. Not to mention, their scoops have gotten smaller. We tried Brusters when they first opened and weren't that impressed. It appears they have worked out all those kinks and are operating on all cylinders now. Price wise, they are comparable, if not better since their portions are better. Ice cream tastes great. Graham Central Station is my weakness. Plus their new Peanut Butter Butterfinger flavor is fire! Service has been wonderful! Great customer service. There can be a line at times, but I promise you it's worth it. Do yourself a favor. First time here. Cute place. We ordered outside. The lady working the front was really nice and knowledgeable. I was driving so I ordered a cone. My daughter & husband ordered a small cup. I went to the bathroom next-door, came back to the car and noticed that they had given me a cup of ice cream instead of the cone I ordered. I went back and advised I was driving so I needed a cone.
