He knew the procedure the insurance company wanted me to follow, but he gave me options and told me how to get the best amount from my insurance company for the totaled car. He informed me of what the insurance company was and wasn't allowed to do and how the laws work for this sort of incident in Connecticut since I am not from there. He was extremely helpful and he worked with me to get everything (and I mean every little thing) out of my car so I wouldn't leave anything. I said, "I'll bet you wish you.." and he finished my sentence: "wished I hadn't told you to come in anytime?" We both chuckled, and he said, "let me see what I can do." He popped his head into the shop, and within seconds, said, "I've got you." Fifteen minutes later, a tech popped out of the shop and asked if my wheels had EVER been balanced, because there was no sign of any weights ever having been there (alloy rims). I said that I was surprised, because Costco had done the install six years earlier, and I had never had problems with their work before.
