I was pleasantly surprise coming here. They were able to accommodate a party of nine with no notice. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The food was really good! My only complaint was that towards the end of the night the service was terrible. Could never find our server and it took 30 mins for them to bring out a piece of ice cream for a birthday. It got to the point where we just left our take home food Because we got tired of waiting for boxes. I still give them 4 stars because everything prior to that was very good.

It was so cool the UFC fighter Charles Oliveira 2 won the fight against Holloway and he was eating at Bubba's today! We Came around 2 o'clock as usual we got to sit down right away. We had a waiter name Kitti. Very informative. Love the trivia questions! Got the Mama blues fried shrimp today. It's a lot of shrimp very good!

We made reservations for 12:30 PM and were able to sit outside on the patio. To start, we ordered the "Run Across America" sampler. For our main courses, I had the fish and chips, which was very good, and my husband ordered the crab and shrimp rolls. The best part about this restaurant is definitely the location--being up above the Strip gives you a fantastic view of everything.

Came here for XMas dinner. Bubba Gump's is one of my favourite places so when I heard there was one on the strip we just had to go. The gift shop is at the bottom and you go up the stairs to get to the restaurant area. While the restaurant was quite spacious it was packed on this night. I had made reservations awhile back but still had to wait quite awhile to get seated. There were a few impatient patrons on this day but staff did well to handle it. The decor was your typical Bubba Gump's. I ordered a Caesar Salad to share at the table and the Shrimper's Heaven for myself. Both were really good - not too much dressing on the salad, but enough. I love shrimp so having 3 kinds of fried shrimp was great for me. My wife and daughter both got the Jambalaya - flavourful and great portion. My son got the Shrimp Mac & Cheese and he enjoyed it. Our server Jamie was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were super busy service was great once we were seated.

Literally my favorite meal in Vegas!! Firstly, the bartender Daniel is amazing!! So sweet, gives wonderful recommendations and in such great spirits. We sat outside, and it was such a wonderful view. Food was fabulous!

Bottom line. Good food, fun atmosphere!! Our server Keisha was great. My hubby and I came for lunch and it was great. He started with hush puppies and shrimp jumbo. Both were excellent. The gumbo had plenty of fish, shrimp and sausage. It had plenty of flavor and spice but not too much! He had the fish and chips and I had the bourbon mahi mahi and shrimp. All was grilled well and the mashed potatoes were good. Everything was served hot! The bathrooms were updated and very clean!! Prices were actually fine for Vegas.

I originally left a negative review after a disappointing experience, but I want to give credit where it's due. I spoke with manager Jake, and he completely turned the situation around. His customer service skills are A1, and he genuinely took the time to listen, address my concerns, and make things right. That level of professionalism and care really matters. He definitely turned my frown upside down, and I truly appreciate the effort he made to fix the situation. Thank you, Jake!"

When you walk in, there are smiley faces on the floor that lead you to check in for seating. There's Forest Gump movie references throughout the restaurant. Our server, DK, was amazing. He was attentive to where I didn't have to ask for refills. He made sure to explain the menu thoroughly. I even like how he questioned us about to movie. The crab and shrimp boil was so delicious. I got the Cajun flavor. It wasn't spicy but very flavorful. I was really hungry so I ate the whole thing in one sitting. I highly recommend the boil if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. They give you an apron but I didn't ask for gloves. It's definitely worth trying.

We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was Israel who was very nice and efficient. I ordered the lobster butter mahi mahi and spouse ordered the bourbon street mahi. Both pieces of mahi were a touch over cooked but everything was seasoned nicely and tasted good.

Typical tourist trap restaurant. The hubby and our friend wanted to stop in for dinner. Yes, it's expensive but it's right on the Las Vegas strip. Customer service was ok.

Bubba Gump outdoor patio provides a great view of the Las Vegas Strip. Plenty of indoor seating too. There is no nearby parking. Best bet is fork out the $25 fee at Paris and park there. Its a semi short walk. We ordered an appetizer plate with everything, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 alcoholic drinks. The bill was just under $100. Menu consists of shrimp, steak, chicken, sakads, etc. Its mostly shrimp. Service was friendly. Food was good.

The first floor of Bubba Gump LV is its stadium store. The restaurant is on the second floor. They have a few tables in the outdoor patio and many more tables & booths inside. I enjoyed the Mama Blue's shrimp gumbo. Adding Louisiana hot sauce totally brings out the flavors. Meat on the crab & shrimp rolls seems to be on the skimpy side considering its $26 price tag. Food came out promptly after we ordered. And the service is adequate. They probably get a lot of its business due to its location, right at the end of the pedestrian bridge.

Shout out to the GM, David who visited each table and kept a watchful eye to ensure all the patrons were enjoying themselves. Our sense of adventure is real. We had the steak tartare and it was great. I was able to order half size portions and it was still enough to share and not worry about having too much food or if it'd taste good when reheated. The Italian chopped salad was the delicious. I added a side of garlic shrimp scampi and they were yummy. We tried but ended up taking the carrot cake to go. The portion was generous and after all the other good food, I had run out of room. Highly recommend the parmesean truffle fries. All the dishes were eyecatching and mouthwatering. It's crazy how we have an Ocean Prime in the DMV but ended up at the one in Vegas. I'd be very happy to go back and try some of the other tantalizing menu items. For drinks, the pineapple picante was soooo good. Followed up with the berries and bubbles. Totally picture and video worthy. Good vibes, good drinks and excellent service are core components that keep customers referring and returning!

Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

Is there cross contamination? Be aware of fake drinks or dirty glasses. I think they could have offered to bring over the bottle with a new glass or open a new bottle..? Food was excellent - probably the reason I did not give a one star. We had the vegetarian fried rice and shrimp fried rice - both were delicious, the rice was fluffy and flavorful. Also had the curry laksa soup (spicy), that was delicious too but it wasn't as spicy as we would have liked. Last, we had the won ton soup... broth is really good, skimpy on the won ton (3) and it was mostly wrapper with little filling, the noodles were al dente... but the shrimp (2) were plump and cooked to perfection.
